Time of Reading 10:45 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [808]; this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, conditions throughout the whole physical forces of the body are much improved from those as we have had here before. The reactions in the activity of the glands, for the replenishing of the activative forces through the system, show a great improvement.

3. These, then, are the conditions-physical as we find them with this body, [808] we are speaking of, present in this room:

4. The BLOOD SUPPLY indicates the better activity of the glands of the system; and those centers in the nerve system from the locomotory centers, those from the assimilating centers, those from the activities in the whole of the body, show that there are not those glomeruli [glomerule?] from an unbalanced metabolism in the system.

5. It is true that there is a reversal at times in the pulsations, from the central axis of the circulatory forces. If there will be kept occasionally the Radio-Active vibrations, at least three to four times each week, this will assist in making for a normal equalization in the blood flow through the axis in this portion of the system. It will also aid in equalizing the nerve forces in the system, that necessary coordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal, through the central plexus or the solar plexus activity. Hence use same at least thirty minutes to an hour, or an hour and a half, four to five times each week. It is preferable to use same for periods of three to four weeks, then to have a rest period of leaving it off for a week, and then to begin again.

6. In the activities of the circulatory forces, we find there are some distresses through the bronchi activity because of congestion, so that there is the reaction of cold

808-3 Page 2

or a cough in the system. If we will prepare a compound in this way and manner and keep as an activity for such conditions, we will find this will not only relieve but will make for a coordination in the circulatory forces in the hepatic circulation with the secondary cardiac and bronchi activity.

7. To 8 ounces of distilled water add 2 ounces Horehound (preferably dried). Make a fusion of this by letting it come to a boil. Then set aside to simmer or to cool. But before it is entirely cool, strain and add to that left - which would be about 8 ounces - these ingredients, in the order named: Essence of Wild Ginseng...............1/2 ounce, A syrup made by allowing to come to a boil an equal quantity of Strained Honey and Water.............1 ounce, Essence of Wild Cherry................1/2 ounce, Pure Grain Alcohol as a preservative....2 ounces. This may be kept almost indefinitely. Shake together before the dose is taken, which would be a teaspoonful when needed.

8. In the general activity of the organs of the body, we find these are on the improve. Well that there be kept a balance for the activities of the thyroids and the adrenal glands, as well as the assimilating glands in the lacteal ducts and area.

9. Keep those tendencies towards an alkalinity in the system. This will prevent the activity of cold or congestion.

10. Keep the feet dry and away from especially heavy drafts at night.

11. In the general activity of the diets, keep sufficient of the calcium - especially with developing activities through the physical forces of the body. Not an OVERACTIVITY in same; but have the flesh and vegetable diets that make for the iron, the iodine, the general stimulating forces so that they are assimilated by the body.

12. Well that sun baths or the ultra-violet be taken at times.

13. These should make for and bring about the perfect, normal balance for this body, [808].

14. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) Are my menstruation periods normal? (A) These will be more and more normal. For, as is indicated by the nerve forces in the system, the body is rather supersensitive to activities through the secretive glands of the system, as normalcy of activity approaches.

808-3 Page 3

Hence, it is found at times that cold may delay, or overexcitement may make for periods of OVERACTIVITY or uncertain activity in these directions. But as normalcy is attained in the physical forces, these become more and more normal.

16. (Q) Should I continue taking Atomidine? (A) This is well, provided there is not kept an excess of iodine food values. But, as we find, there is not a better manner in which iodine may be assimilated than small quantities of Atomidine taken rather periodically. That is, take one to two minims morning and evening for two, three, four days; then leave off for a week to two weeks, then take again. This keeps a better balance in these directions.

17. (Q) What causes the occasional pain in my intestines? (A) The adjustments, as it were, of the activity of the lymph flow through the peristaltic movement of the intestinal activity. The activities from the actinic rays of sun or ultra-violet make for a better coordination in this direction. Hence those suggestions in these.

18. (Q) Do I get enough exercise? (A) Walking would be the more beneficial, and a little more exercise in this direction would be preferable.

19. (Q) Is the functioning of my heart entirely normal? (A) As indicated, almost entirely normal. There are periods, as suggested, when there is a quickening of the pulsation or its activity from the lack of the proper secretions or activities in the GLANDS of the system. But there are much better improvements than we have had heretofore, and we would keep those things as suggested for the keeping of the metabolism of the body.

20. (Q) How are my teeth and gums? (A) These show an improvement. We would find, however, that the use of the Ipsab as a massage occasionally, once or twice a week, would be helpful in making for the firming of the gums and preventing any inroads of infections in these directions. The taking of those properties indicated for the allaying of cold and congestion - as in the Cherry, the Horehound - will not only aid DIGESTION but stimulate the circulation for the upper portion of the head and through the bronchial area, thus giving a better flow of circulation for the throat and the gums - if the massage of the Ipsab is taken as indicated.

21. (Q) Will this nervous condition disappear? (A) Will disappear. Forget it!

22. (Q) Am I getting sufficient rest? (A) This is very good. It is well that the body take the

808-3 Page 4

sufficient exercise to physically - not mentally, but PHYSICALLY - tire the body occasionally. Dancing, swimming, golfing, and the like, are well - as walking - for exercise.

23. (Q) Would Health Chocolates be harmful? (A) Be harmful with those properties that have been indicated would be better or well for the body. These carry with same (the Health Chocolates) that which does not work for the best with the assimilations through the lacteal area, making for a hard activity of the gastric flow - especially in the duodenum.

24. (Q) Will Kaffa Hag be harmful to drink once a day? (A) No.

25. (Q) When would be the best time for conception, taking into consideration my physical condition and also the best influences for the child and the health of the child? (A) In those periods of June, July or August of this PRESENT year.

26. (Q) When will I be entirely well? (A) NOMINALLY, the body would be called entirely well in the present. Hence those activities for conception, for the necessity of the care of the body, the necessity for those preparations and those expectancies through such periods, are a portion of the helpfulness for the body.

27. (Q) What type of sweets may be eaten by the body? (A) Honey, especially in the honeycomb; or preserves made with BEET rather than cane sugar. Not too great a quantity of any of these, of course, but the forces in sweets to make for the proper activity through the action of the gastric flows ARE as necessary as body-building; for these become body-building in making for the proper fermentation (if it may be called so) in the digestive activities. Hence two or three times a week the honey upon the bread or the food values would furnish that necessary in the whole system. As indicated, keep a tendency for alkalinity in the diet. This does not necessitate that there should NEVER be any of the acid-forming foods included in the diet; for an overalkalinity is much more harmful than a little tendency occasionally for acidity. But remember there are those tendencies in the system for cold and congestion to affect the body, and cold CANNOT - DOES NOT - exist in alkalines. Hence the diet would be as indicated. Citrus fruits; or the smaller fruits occasionally with the cereals that are dry (but do not have citrus fruits and cereals at the same meal). Green raw vegetables should be a portion of the diet occasionally. The meats should be such as lamb, fowl, fish,

808-3 Page 5

or the like. Occasionally the BROILED steak or liver, or tripe, would be well. A well-balance between the starches and proteins is the more preferable, with sufficient of the carbohydrates. And especially keep a well-balance (but not an excess) in the calciums necessary with the iodines, that produce the better body, especially through those periods of conception and gestation.

28. (Q) How about roughage in the diet? (A) Do not go to excess in this direction; but the proper amount is all right provided what is taken at any time is WELL masticated. For, as we have indicated, for each and every body there should be the thorough mastication. For if this is done the activity of the glands in the mouth and the salivary glands is such as to keep the throat and the bronchi in a much healthier condition. Bolting food or swallowing it by the use of liquids produces more colds than ANY ONE activity of a diet! Even milk or water should be CHEWED two to three times before taken into the stomach itself, for this makes for the proper assimilation of the lacteal activity in the system; and when being acted upon by the gastric flow of the hydrochlorics in the duodenum area, it is better assimilated and gives more value in the whole of the body.

29. (Q) When I find that I can't sleep, even after applying the Radio-Active, would it be all right to take a sleeping powder? (A) Keep as far from these as possible. But do not allow the irritations to become so aggravating as to upset, and these are then necessary forces. But be sure whenever such IS taken that there is taken afterwards that which tends to make for a balancing of same; or something to increase the eliminations through the system. Follow these suggestions and, as we find, we will maintain near normalcy for this body; making the outlook upon life as a greater expectancy, and more interesting, more worth while. Budget the time, for mental and physical recreation as well as for the cares of the household or the activities in the material associations. For these are as a portion of the body, builded properly; keeping all in a constructive manner. Make EACH day as SOME activity that has brought joy, happiness, to someone else.

30. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See list [which was enclosed] of Alkalin-Reacting Foods, of

which the greater portion of your diet should consist with the exception of the changes suggested in reading. See booklet [which was enclosed] explaining Ipsab. See letter [which was enclosed] to Druggist with directions for preparing compound.)
