Time of Reading 3:30 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body, answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before, you see.
3. As we find, in the present conditions are very good. There are disturbances that from time to time cause a great strain upon the nerve forces of the body, upsetting the system in varied ways and manners.
4. We find that at times these respond to the administrations that have been indicated, at others they DO NOT respond - and apparently without cause or reason. Then there are periods when the result is not only nerve exhaustion but the type of headaches, that vary at times; the inability of proper assimilation and the upsetting of the digestive system.
5. Then at periods there is a feeling that might be well described as an "all over-ness," with conditions where the lower extremities and through portions of the torso experience a trembly, dull, heavy feeling.
6. These arise not so much from over-taxation, as might be felt at times, but rather from the cycles of activity through the glandular forces of the system.
7. And these especially become involved - the overactivity at times of the INNER action of the thyroid, the LACK of proper activity of the adrenals, the suppression of activity of the glands as related to the genital system.
8. These all combined, then, bring about those periods when such distresses arise.
9. Then, to meet these general conditions:
10. We would keep those general activities that have been indicated or suggested; having the periods of rest regularly, having the injections to aid the activity of the

glands' coordination.
11. To the present activities we would add a glandular extract as found in TONICINE; three-quarters of a teaspoonful every other day for at least a week to two weeks. This will produce the better coordination of the thyroid, the typhus, the adrenals, the glands through the activity not only of the pelvis but the general activities of the system.
12. DO have, at least twice a month, the hydrotherapy and massage treatments.
13. Do these, and as we find we should eliminate the disturbance; though there will be periods when there will be tendencies for the upsetting. This may come from overexcitement as much as or more than from physical overtaxation.
14. But do have the rest periods, do have the exercises, do keep close to the diets.
15. And occasionally add the Atomidine. When this is taken, take it regularly for two to three days, then leave off. Take one drop in half a glass of water of morning before any meal is taken. Take it for three days. Then leave it for two or three weeks, see? Then take it again for three days.
16. Through the cold seasons it is very well to take the tonics, which as we find is the better found in the ADIRON. During the periods when there is the ability to have the exercise in the open air and sunshine, leave it off. When it is taken, take two pellets each day, but take them at different meals.
17. Occasionally we would use the CALCIOS; not so as to become addicted in the sense that you feel "Well, this is the period I must take it," but as a combination for better activity through the system take the Calcios for two to three days, or five days and leave it off for a month. Then take again. The quantity taken would be about that as would spread well on a whole wheat cracker.
18. Do these and, as we find, we will keep the better conditions.
19. When there is the exercise in the open air and sunshine, the body feels the better. This is the effect of the ultra-violet upon the general disturbance in the nerve AND the glandular systems of the body.
20. Ready for questions.
21. (Q) How often should the glandular injections [Eschatin] be taken? (A) As has been taken heretofore. These would be rather in the periods to aid in the activities to the system, see?
22. (Q) Do I bring about these periods of debility or would
808-15 Page 3
I get them regardless of how much rest I got? (A) As has been indicated, this is a cycle of activity. It comes from overexercise of the imaginative forces. Now do not get the idea that this is mental, but it is the over-exercise of the imaginative forces rather than from the physical, see? For it is a combination of a glandular condition AND the activities upon the nerve reflexes of the body.
23. (Q) Is there a cavity between the two last lower jaw teeth on right side? (A) This should be attended to. It is the beginning of a tenderness there, close to the gum within.
24. (Q) What causes so much phlegm in my throat? (A) The attempt of the circulation through the inability of the lymph activity - that is, the white blood, the water blood - to meet the needs of the conditions of the body. The better balance in glandular activities, as combined with the effects of the ingredients that have been indicated, and the better resistances in the body, should remove or relieve these disturbances. The occasional use - when this occurs - of a gargle with Lavoris or Glyco-Thymoline will materially aid. This does not injure; and is a good intestinal as well as lymph antiseptic, and will be beneficial. It is alkaline reacting also. So if small quantities are swallowed, it is beneficial, not harmful.
25. (Q) Is my diet complete? (A) The diet is very good, if it is kept in that manner as indicated. Let the appetites of the body begin to be as a criterion to the body, as to its needs. Of course, when quantities or regular periods of sea foods are taken, lessen the quantity or the distance between the doses of the Atomidine. That is, if oysters are eaten oft, or sea foods, or fish, or crab, or lobster, or the like, then do not take the Atomidine as often. When there is a great deal of fowl taken - that is, of chicken, goose, duck, turkey or the like, and the body pieces or broths of same are taken - it is not so necessary for great quantities of the Calcios. But when these are NOT excessive in the diet, keep the foods reinforced with these. For, the glandular forces and the corrective measures for all of the activities of the organs

through the pelvis, as well as those related to the thyroid, will be coordinated the better.
26. We are through for the present. [10/5/41 Immediately following above rdg., Mrs. [808] obtained 2567-2 for her stepmother-in-law.] Copy to Self " " Ass'n file le
