Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: There are improvements as we find with this body since last we had same here. However, there are the inclinations for an overtaxed nervous reaction to the body; thus producing those tendencies for cough, a little irritation in throat and bronchi; anxiety for the body producing headaches, some disturbance with the eyes, and overanxiety for the inopportune manners of the activities of the organs of the pelvis and the natural or normal eliminations that are not always in accord. These as we find are expressions of nervous conditions in the system and pressures upon various centers; with anxieties of the mental forces owing to environments and surroundings.

2. But if those attitudes and aptitudes and those things that have been indicated are held and kept for the body-mental and physical reactions, these we find should make for better conditions with this body.

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) Are the osteopathic manipulations being given properly by Dr. Waters? (A) These as we find are very good. There should be, as we find, a little more of drainages set up by the manner of the manipulations to particularly the 9th, 10th and 11th dorsal. These as we find would aid in producing a better drainage through the activity of the organs of the pelvis themselves. As we find, a better douche to be used by the body for those tendencies for inflammatory conditions through the vagina and the uterus forces themselves would be with Atomidine; proportions: Two teaspoonsful commercial strength Atomidine to a quart of lukewarm or body-temperature water. These as we find will not only add or make for a good antiseptic to make for a cleansing for the body but the astringent activities and the healing properties in same will tend to reduce those tendencies - if kept at this temperature - for

accumulations upon portions of the organs of the pelvis. We would do this (the douche) about once or twice a week, or when there is an inclination for the leukorrhea to cause irritation by superacidity and that tendency it has to produce a pressure upon the bladder itself. For the urethra - or the tubes to the bladder itself - at times becomes, through this acidity, an irritation that causes these anxieties and produces a natural strain upon the whole of the nervous system itself. For such douches we would use the Fountain Syringe rather than a force or spiral syringe.

5. (Q) Can anything be done to help eliminate the soreness in the region of the vetebrae? (A) After the manipulations we would massage gently the area, or rub the body with equal portions of Olive Oil and tincture of Myrrh. Heat the Oil to add the Myrrh. This tends to strengthen and to remove soreness by the absorption of the properties for the ligaments and tissue about vertebrae where corrections produce an irritation, and thus be helpful for the body.

6. (Q) Are the lungs healthy and sound? (A) These as we would say, for a general condition, are near to normal. However, at times with the natural anxieties or the nervous conditions as come there is a shortness of breath. But not an organic, not even a functional condition; rather a reflex reaction.

7. (Q) What causes the throat irritation? (A) As has been indicated, nervous strain. Removing the strain from the pelvic organs, and the soreness from the vertebrae itself, reflexes should make for corrections in these directions also.

8. (Q) Dr. Waters believes there is an ulcer on the uterus which may eventually necessitate an operation. Is her diagnosis correct? (A) It's rather an accumulation of lymph in irritated portions, and the use of the stimulation by the character of irrigations or douches as indicated will be helpful. Also the setting up of the drainages as indicated in the dorsal areas as given will be helpful in removing these without the tendencies for this to continue to grow or to be more irritating.

9. (Q) Can anything be done which will bring the blood pressure up to normal? (A) Create an equal balance in the circulatory forces of the body and the supply of energies for building up the

811-6 Page 3

blood stream. These will produce nearer to normal pressure through the activities in the system.

10. (Q) Should any special care be given to keep the eyes in good condition? (A) The exercises of the head and neck are very good. And be mindful as to the light and shade in which the body works at close work, whether this is in the daily activity or in the home.

11. (Q) Would it be advisable and safe for this body to have a child? (A) Not in the present conditions, until the changes in the organs of the pelvis are more in a normal condition.

12. (Q) Will menopause probably occur within the next few years? (A) This depends naturally upon the diet, the activity and the environs of the body. But it should be at least four years before it would even begin.

13. (Q) Any suggestions? (A) As has been indicated, keep as normal a balance as is possible.
