Time of Reading 3:15 to 3:35 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [815].

2. Now, as we find, there are definite disturbing factors that prevent the better physical functionings of the body. These and the resultant effects created in the system arise from infectious forces in the physical functioning of the body. There is specifically in the liver and gall duct area that which is the source of the infectious forces. This has reduced and does reduce the vitality in the system, producing in the alimentary canal such conditions that we have regurgitation in the duodenum; and this makes for indigestible activities in the jejunum, producing irritation throughout. Hence we have a soreness at times across the abdomen just below the diaphragm. We find in the colon accumulations of mucous from infectious forces. We find these same poisons carried into the system, and produce in the muscular forces - as in the left side or in the shoulder, in the upper portion of the arm - excruciating pain at times. This also is in the neck and in those centers specifically about the left side where the vagus nerve plexus enters the throat and bronchi and larynx.

3. That there have been those conditions in the lungs and the respiratory system, that have blocked or been blocked off by the creation of the cellular forces sufficient to encase those destructive forces that attacked portions of the lung, is apparent; but the pathological activity in the present is only for the poor circulation through same producing some tenderness and soreness as would be in the middle portion or opposite the sternum area of the frontal breast bone. These are the conditions as we find them. They produce, of course, a low vitality in the blood supply, in its attempt to keep a normalcy for the proper balance between the blood supplies that make for the healing or coagulation after or following eliminations of drosses in the system.

4. As yet there have not been other than palliative measures

815-1 Page 2

in the applications. There have been irritations, too, through the kidneys - or heaviness across the small of the back; painful urinations at times or the irritations to the bladder - slow or sparse. These are the effects of the disturbed hepatic circulation.

5. In those areas from the 4th dorsal towards the area of the liver itself there would be found a very sore spot, if pressed rather deep. These are indications of that disturbance that has been given.

6. As we find, in bringing the better conditions for this body in the present (for, to be sure, the mental attitude of the body, the worriment about the conditions of the physical forces, the indecisions as to the proper mental and material attitude towards those conditions that have surrounded the body, are contributory causes - but) there needs to be these applications that would RID the body of the disturbing forces, adding the necessary character of vibrations and of activity to the replenishing forces of the system as to overcome those conditions.

7. Then, we would find these to be the more helpful in the present:

8. We would not change a great deal, first, from the diet that has been given; save we would have at least four or five meals each week (preferably morning) that would be principally of the whole wheat or cracked wheat, prepared as a cereal; not cooked too long, but sufficient that there may be only the breaking up of the cellular forces for the vitamins to be supplied that are necessary for the creation of the necessary forces for the activity to the digestive forces, through the liver, the pancreas, the spleen, and through the gall duct area. We find these would be most helpful (but do not ever use citrus fruits AND cereal at the same meal!). Also those body BUILDING forces or nerve energies contained in combinations of lettuce, celery, tomatoes, peppers, onions, radishes, carrots and the like, as one meal each day would be well to keep down that tendency for the accumulations of acid in the system.

9. Three times each week we would have a quarter grain of the ANIMATED Ash, taken ten or fifteen minutes before there would be applied - over the left and central lung area - the ultra-violet light. This should also be over the liver area; the liver area from the front, the lung area from the rear. The activity of this for the system will be MOST helpful.

10. Of evenings before retiring, EACH evening, we would take a dosage combined from two solutions prepared in this manner:

815-1 Page 3

11. Add 1 grain of Chloride of Gold (which, to be sure, is an acid; but taken in the manner indicated is what the body needs) to 1 ounce of distilled water.

12. Add 2 grains of BROMIDE of Soda to 1 ounce of distilled water.

13. Keep these solutions separate. When the dosage is to be taken, take 1 minim of the Gold solution and 3 minims of the Soda solution in half a glass of water.

14. The next evening take 2 minims of the Gold solution and 3 of the Soda solution.

15. The next evening take 3 of the Gold solution and 6 of the Soda solution.

16. Then rest or leave off for one day.

17. Then begin with the 1 again, and repeat the whole procedure until there is seen - from the necessary irrigations to prevent these accumulations - the activity of the Soda and Gold upon the mucous membrane activity of the system; which will also act upon those activities through the genitive system as to make for a stimulation in their activity. It will also, with those manipulations that are given for the massage throughout the nasal passages and through the antrums, relieve the tendencies for the accumulations there. These are from slowed circulation.

18. It would be well also for the body to use each day for an hour the Radio-Active Appliance, plain; opposite sides of body, but for at least one hour each day. When attached to the right wrist, the other anode would be to the left ankle. When attached to the left wrist, the other would be to the right ankle.

19. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) Have I a tendency to diabetes? (A) Not a tendency to diabetes so much as a tendency to an overstimulation between the kidneys and the liver.

21. (Q) Is the nervous system subject to nourishment through any specific foods, such as celery, in the same fashion as the more physical organs of the body? (A) As indicated, it would be well for such foods to be given, for they are helpful and - if assimilated - will build for the strengthening portions of the nerve system.

22. (Q) Do you note any pathology in my lungs? (A) As indicated.

23. (Q) In my sinus? (A) As indicated. Do as we have indicated, and we find we should find - in ten days - quite a change. Then keep the body building up by its exercise. And after all these have been changed, add to

the diet the Ventriculin with iron; but not during the first ten days of these treatments.
