Time of Reading 11:55 to 12:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., New York. (Body and enquiring mind. You will give him such counsel as will be most helpful at this time regarding his physical condition, his mental and material affairs. Answer questions.)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [815]; those conditions in the physical, those aspirations in the mental and material affairs of the entity.

2. In the physical forces of the body there has not been the complete cooperation in carrying out those suggestions that have been made for the body.

3. The mental efficiencies of the body should take into consideration, seriously, how that animosities or hard feelings create in the mental forces of a body that which may easily - under such conditions as the body has labored - become a very destructive influence.

4. For the manner of outlook, the manner especially of the ideals - not merely ideas but ideals of a body - has much to do with the physical reactions that take place.

5. It is necessary, to be sure, that there be a coordinating OF the ideals and ideal relationships with those whom the body may contact day by day. But to let little differences, little animosities, little hurts, interfere with the real ideal and purpose of an entity or soul is to go backward - rather than onward with those abilities which the entity has to create for others that which will be helpful and hopeful in their experience.

6. That the enzymes of the body-physical are lacking has been indicated in the previous information given (though it may have called same by a different name). These are the plasms in cellular forces of the body that make for the manner in which there is the association of the circulatory forces of the system, or blood supply, with the nerve energies that impel or make for the influencing in their activity in the body.

7. These have been lacking.

815-3 Page 2

8. In the present we find that the addition of those enzymes - in a manner that may make for a proper balance - would be most desirable. As we find indicated, these in the present in the form of Ventriculin would be most helpful to the body; this preferably taken one dose a day, and this taken before any meal is taken of a morning - for the meal is taken late enough as usual for their (the enzymes') activities upon the system in such a manner as to influence the body throughout the day.

9. Take these, then, in this way, before the meal - and alternate the characters as taken; that is, the first bottle that would be taken of the Ventriculin would be WITHOUT iron, while the next would be that carrying iron. This indicates, then, there are those influences within the physical forces of the body that are lacking or deficient in this element (iron) for the body; but not sufficient is the lack that there is the necessity for this (the Ventriculin with the iron content) to be continually taken. Hence, alternate in this manner until three, four or five bottles have been taken. Begin with the one without iron.

10. And we will find that the general stamina of the body, mentally and physically, will be materially aided.

11. As to the ideals and the purposes of the body mentally:

12. If there is builded in the mental forces of the body that there is a hindrance, that there is that which cuts self short in any manner, it is gradually builded so that it becomes a barrier to not only the efficiency of the body. But it should be considered by the body that the SOURCES of supply are - in their elementals, or in their first premise - SPIRITUAL in nature; also that the Creative Force (or God) is the motivative force in that which is of an idealistic nature, in whatever form of endeavor the body engages. This is true whether pertaining to the efficient activities as to the psychological effect of advertising upon individuals' minds or as to the correction of those that have attempted to use their own mental forces in depicting the experiences of life in a play or script for advertising forces upon the radio or the like.

13. Then, is there any limit to the abilities, or the heights to which the body may attain?

14. For if thou art UPON the Lord's side, WHO can be against you?

15. Work in body, in mind, in that direction; knowing that WHATEVER there may be within self, that ability is only lent thee - as it were - for what THOU, in thine individual self, may MAKE of same; not to the glory of self but to the glory of Him who giveth ALL THINGS unto thee!

815-3 Page 3

16. These are not trite. These are not merely idealistic. For in thine experience and in that thou hast seen as success in others about thee, though they may have abused their own bodies, though they have indulged in those things that make for the gratifying of self's desires, the bases of that which MOTIVATED them in the beginning were the Creative Forces or Energies!

17. Ready for questions.

18. (Q) What precise work should I be occupied with? (A) As we have indicated for the body, either the preparations of ads for the sale or presentation of this or that, whether it be for publications or skits or script for advertising upon the radio.

19. (Q) How shall I avoid kinks and pains in abdomen and solar plexus? (A) As indicated.

20. (Q) For the eye soreness, redness? (A) Use a weak solution of an antiseptic that will make for a coordination better with those activities. And occasionally have those rubdowns and sweats - whether you like the fellow or not!

21. (Q) How can I shoulder responsibility with more grace and ease and poise, and assurance? (A) Of thine self, thou may do little. Take the LORD in partnership with thee! But be honest with HIM and with thyself, as you would have HIM to be honest and sincere with thee! This does not bespeak that self becomes the "goody-goody," or as one afraid to do this or that! ALL force, all power that is manifested in the earth, EMANATES from a spiritual or God-force - as it manifests. MAN in his madness, or in his selfishness, TURNS same into that which becomes either as miracles in the experiences of man or crimes that make for the crying out of the people who heed not. Know that the Lord IS GOOD! And to do good, to be kind, to be gentle, to smile even when in pain, to look up when others are even tramping upon thine feet and give praise to Him in the inner self, is that He seeks for. And He has promised glory and honor to those who do such. The MYSTERIES of His love, man makes same. For He is not afar off, but within thine own heart. For thine body is indeed the temple of the living God. Dost thou keep it, and the mind, in the condition in which ye may entertain Him there?

815-3 Page 4

Then, DO that. For as ye do it unto the least or the greatest, ye do it unto Him. For he that would be the greater among men is the servant of all!

22. (Q) What is the focal-point, the integrating point, of my mental life, or entire life? Should I be married as part of the integration? I am divorced since 1932 but "fear" return, as I haven't "ironed out" my own responsibilities and emotional problems clearly in my mind, nor in my emotions. (A) Why do you suppose, then, that what has just been presented thee has been given? Let this be in thy mind and in thine HEART, and in thine inner self: As has been given of old, "There is ever, TODAY, set before thee good and evil, life and death - CHOOSE THOU!" In other words, if ye would have peace, if ye would "iron out" kinks, if ye would know your relationships to others, set in thine inner self as to what is thine ideal. What is thy purpose in life? Is it to GET, through the attitude of "Gimmee - Gimmee - Gimmee!" or is it to GIVE - GIVE - GIVE! If it is the latter, then there should be the knowledge and security from within as given of old: "Let others do as they may, but for me - I will KNOW the living God," that has promised, does promise to - and does - meet oft within the conscience, in the mind, in the heart of each and every soul that has purposed in itself to be, to do, to give of self in a service to its fellow man. Then, let His promise remain. For, as He has given of old; There has never been one that loves the Lord begging bread; nor one that lives the life of love failing to find harmony and peace in the inner man. Then, do that thou KNOWEST to do TODAY! TOMORROW will be given thee the next step to take. Be patient; be gentle; be kind. Show brotherly love. For what ye sow, ye reap. What thou art today is because of what thou hast done ABOUT that which thou didst know towards doing good.

For time and space are naught, but to man's self - to man's gratification - they become as the marks upon the soul of man, as to those periods when the heart, body, mind, is opened to service. Self-sacrifice. "I, the Lord, hath said, I no longer seek sacrifice of animals or of goats or of bullocks or of rams." Ye cannot buy thy way into the grace of thy Lord, nor into those purposes in thine inner self - for they cannot be satisfied by self-indulgence nor self-gratification. In that as ye would purpose to do, USE not others for stepping upon their hearts or minds - because others may have used thee. Bear ye up under same, knowing: The Lord is the avenger of those that misuse His love in their relationship with their fellow man. And He, the Lord - the LIFE that is WITHIN thee; that is thinking, moving; the BEING within self - IS the avenger; NOT self: GLORY in the Lord!
