1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [816]; this we have had before.
3. Changes have come about, naturally, since we had the body here before.
4. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) The nerves are not normal of late. Can anything be done about them? (A) This we find is a constitutional disturbance. Much may be done about same. As we find, nerves are supplied from the glandular system, especially as related to assimilation. With the strain under which the body has labored, and with the general changing of the body-functioning, it becomes necessary that there be kept a normal balance in the chemical reactions from that as may be assimilated, as well as from the supplying through the body-energies that which when assimilated will supply deficiencies in the body. Here, we find that there is a lacking in that vital force as may be supplied by that in the blood flow that is taken from the body-assimilations into the hormones of the blood through a form of dextrinous substance - or gelatine. This will aid the lymph to carry those energies that give a "pick up" and yet act with the body forces. This also will aid with the exercises, as well as the diet. For this particular body, take once each day, preferably in the afternoon, two or three o'clock, half a teaspoonful of Knox Gelatine - stirred in cold water. Do not attempt to fully dissolve, but stir thoroughly and drink.
6. (Q) Is there anything about the diet which should be changed? (A) Along with the diet we would have as much exercise in

the open each day as practical - a good brisk walk morning and evening, even though it is only for a short distance; and in the open when practical; that is, let not a walk in the crowded street be counted as the exercise, see? Then, in the diet, add all of those vegetables and fruits that are yellow in their nature; that is, yellow preaches, bananas occasionally, with cereals. Have the reenforced cereals that carry B-1. Use as cooked cereals the combination of wheat and barley (as in Maltex and the like). For the dry cereals use oats or corn and tapioca or the corn flakes. These with yellow peaches or bananas or the like should be parts of the diet. Carrots cooked AND raw should be taken daily. All forms vegetables and fruits. Corn meal wafers, or corn pones, made of yellow corn meal - all of these will aid in stimulating. Not that these should be the things alone taken, but all these should form portions of the diet daily - some parts of these, see?
7. (Q) Is the recent throat irritations of a serious nature? (A) This is rather the lack of the ability for proper coagulation in the use of, or in a strain produced by some infectious force. As we find, a few days of the taking of the properties suggested should reduce this entirely, as well as the exercise - walking, and the setting-up exercise morning and evening also. This should all disappear.
8. (Q) Which tooth causes the trouble in the left jaw, and what is wrong with the tooth? (Dentist cannot tell) (A) As we find, it is the second of the back molars, and is a leakage. But if this is massaged - the gum - with an equal combination of soda and salt, it should clear up - unless there comes more of a leakage there. This should be applied, of course, to all the gums - for this is better than almost any of the massages for cleansing the teeth, and especially for stimulating gum circulation.
9. (Q) Are the pituitary and pineal glands all right? (A) As the weakness from the lack of vital energy, as nerve flow is a part of the activity, of course, from the pituitary and the other glands, these are showing some irritation. But with the changes wrought by these properties indicated, these should become near to normal in their activity or reaction soon.
10. (Q) Can the body do anything in the way of breathing or exercise or diet that will improve the functioning of these glands? (A) As indicated, have a few minutes walk in the open morning and evening. Follow the regular setting-up exercise of morning when arising and of evening when retiring. These, with the diet as outlined, are the better for this

particular body.
11. (Q) Over the next year or two, is the general business outlook for this entity favorable or unfavorable? (A) MOST favorable, if there is the adherence to those policies and those ideals which have constituted the activities of this body, in the recent actions.
12. (Q) Any specific suggestions will be very welcome. (A) Keep the faith in thyself, in thy God, in thy fellow man, and make them coordinate in thy dealings with each.
