1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [817], present in this room.
2. Now, as we find, the disturbing conditions in the physical forces of this body have been of rather long standing, and we have some constitutional reactions from the slow process that has evolved as related to the functioning of organs in the system from same. Hence we will find that many of the portions of the body are affected and that with the corrections and the proper balancing of the activative forces to not only eliminate those disturbing conditions but that there may be rebuilded or regenerated for the system that which will make for a much greater improvement and the building back to near normalcy for this body, [817] we are speaking of, present in this room, we will bring about that desired.
3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them:
4. First, in the BLOOD SUPPLY we find indicated that there has been a disturbance in the hepatic circulation as related to the activities of the negative forces in same; for there are the tendencies for an uremic reaction in varied centers, even in the structural portions of the body itself, where sinew and muscular forces have to do with the locomotions; producing or making at times a stiffness or a tendency for contraction as in the feet, under the knees, in the arms, in the hips, and those reactions that naturally occur from these conditions not being solvent and eliminated from the system or being carried through their proper channel. This produces in portions of the system those reactions, too, at times that make for irritations to that which may be the more easily assimilated by the digestive system. This produces at times tiredness, the reactions to the various organs that are involved in varied cycles of the circulatory system; not producing an organic heart disturbance but at the same time a pulsation that is AT PERIODS irregular.

5. In the NERVOUS SYSTEM we find that in many respects the sympathetic system is the more active in the body. Not that the responses in the cerebrospinal system are not normal, but the high mental activity and the attitudes that are taken by the mental forces of the body as respecting physical and mental and spiritual aspects are helpful, have been and will be helpful to the body. But there have been those pressures in certain portions of the system that have slowed up the circulation through the kidney and the bladder, especially. These AS organs have suffered, do suffer the greater from the reactions in the system; hence necessitating that there be added in the physical or material manner those elements and activities that may be assimilated by the body to make not only solvents for the crystallizations that occur in the form of accumulations in cysts in portions of the lymph and in the soft tissue in parts of the body at times, where they tend to separate for themselves or the system attempts to produce coagulation around same to throw them off from the system, but to make for the creating of that proper balance in the activity of the organs themselves.
6. As in the hepatic circulation, that between the kidneys and the liver and the activity of the lacteal ducts and the spleen and pancreas in their activity under the assimilation of those things as they become active through the pylorus portion of the system, these become necessary elements for this slowing up from those pressures existent in the 10th to the 12th dorsal area; and have caused the unbalancing (that is, the activity in the organs) to the elements in this body, [817].
7. As to the ORGANS themselves, we find:
8. Brain forces are good. The activities of same in relationship with the sympathetic forces are above the ordinary, especially in the manner in which the body has controlled itself and its emotions and its activities; not only in relations to the individual reflexes to itself but to those about itself.
9. The activities of the organs of the sensory system are very good; highly sensitive to all reactions through the nervous forces as related to the coordination between the sympathetic and the sensory organs.
10. In the soft tissue of the face at times, as in the antrum and nasal passages and in those portions about the head or the ear, these have given rise to disorders, but these are rather a SYMPATHETIC condition and have responded to the simpler applications that make for the recurrent action for the body as to produce better circulatory forces
817-1 Page 3
through same.
11. Lungs, bronchi and larynx show disturbances that have arisen from these pressures to portions of the body, especially as to the respiratory system; but no organic disturbance through same.
12. Heart's action as indicated from the very nature of the circulation that has been disturbed through the body.
13. In the digestive system, here we find again a portion of the system that has been disturbed by the slowing of the impulses for the proper assimilations through the body; as also the hepatic circulation, through the liver, the pancreas, the spleen, and those activities of the lacteal ducts through those accumulations from creating the balance in the acids and alkalines or the potash and iodines through the body.
14. At times we have had a great deal of disturbance in the GLANDS of the system, as through the lyden, the thyroid, the portions of the gastric flows in the juices from the liver itself in its excretory functioning; the pancreas and its reaction to those in the caecum area as through those for the activities for the peristaltic movement throughout the alimentary canal. In the glands about the liver itself and those as in the base of the brain, and the balancing in the system, these have been disturbed; but in the present show activities in the body where these have been improved. Yet in making those applications that would be beneficial or of a lasting nature, it would be necessary that these be taken into consideration in the application of those things that would be the more helpful.
15. In the activities of the hepatic circulation, the liver shows those periods when there has been lack of activity or coordination through those slowed impulses of the hepatic circulation. Hence we have had that creation in those activities such as to produce a centralization of same in the ducts and the glands about the eliminations through the hepatic circulation, producing in the clitoris and in the neck of the bladder itself an irritation that has at times caused a great deal of disorder and disturbance throughout the body by the pressures created. This has made for pressures in the locomotory system as indicated from the circulatory forces.
16. Now, in meeting the needs of the conditions in this body, we find that it would require some persistence; yet there may be relief and a near normal balance created - but it will of necessity make for a CONSISTENT effort also. For to relieve same there will be periods when there will be the recurrent reactions, yet being persistent and consistent we
817-1 Page 4
would bring near normal forces for this body, [817].
17. First, we would have prepared the Wet Cell Battery, PLAIN, and the low form of electrical vibration that may be carried through same from only the Spirits of Camphor in the lead that would be attached to those portions where there have been and are those reactions. This would be applied only after there had been the thorough massage of those portions in the cerebrospinal system where these subluxations in the 10th, 11th and 12th dorsal have shown these impulses and the burse or the ganglia there show for an engorgement to the lower portion of the solar plexus ganglia, but only involved same - which has more to do with the digestive forces, at times, when this has been or become especially severe. Such a massage would be given rather in the neuropathic manner; general, yet deep enough to make for a reaction with same, especially using Olive Oil as the base for the application. Then, after this is given, two or three times each week, we would apply for thirty minutes the Wet Cell application carrying the Camphor in the negative plate or anode. The first attachment or the copper plate would be to the 10th and 11th dorsal segment. The larger plate, or the negative anode, carrying the solution, would be attached over the puba bone, or that negative activity from the nerve impulse from the cerebrospinal and sympathetic system, the bladder and its concurrent activities from the tubes to the kidneys for the activities of same.
18. And we would prepare this as a tonic that would be taken twice each day, only; after the morning meal and just before retiring. Do not make this from synthetic drugs or synthetic applications, but from the herbs themselves. To 1 gallon of rain or distilled water, we would add, in the order named: Wild Cherry Bark...........1/2 ounce, Sarsaparilla Root............1 ounce, Burdock Root...............1/2 ounce, Yellow Dock Root...........1/2 ounce, Prickly Ash Bark...........1/2 ounce, Mandrake Root................3 grains, Buchu Leaves.................1 dram, Elder Flower.................2 ounces. This would be reduced by slow boiling to 1 quart, when strained. While still warm, put into same a solution made by cutting 2 drams Balsam of Tolu in 3 ounces of grain alcohol. The dose of morning and before retiring would be 1/2 teaspoonful. We would take the whole quantity, but
817-1 Page 5
every ten days we would leave it off or go without same for two days and then begin over again - until the whole quantity has been taken.
19. The massages and the applications of the Wet Cell Battery or the low electrical vibration would be three times each week.
20. We would be very mindful of the diet. Not too much sugars nor those things that tend to become too great a strain upon the activities of the kidneys, but those things that are BODY-building in that they create a greater quantity of blood supply; as in raw fresh vegetables - one meal consisting of these would be well each day. And the other meals would consist of nerve and blood building forces. Beef juices are well, but not the meats. Those activities that carry weight should be rather in the leafy vegetables.
21. Do these and we will bring the greater responses and the removal of these disturbances.
22. Ready for questions.
23. (Q) What is the cause of my cystitis? (A) As indicated. Those pressures in the dorsal area have affected the circulation to the hepatic centers that have made for the tendency for the accumulations or the activities in the kidneys that, producing the acids in the bladder itself, cause these disturbances as given.
24. (Q) What treatment or drug should be used for it? (A) As indicated.
25. (Q) Have I any heart trouble? (A) As indicated, only sympathetic and not an organic trouble. Naturally, disturbance in the negative forces of the hepatic circulation calls for a flooding at times of the circulation through or between the liver and the heart, but it is SYMPATHETIC and NOT organic.
26. (Q) Do you recommend any particular physician? (A) A NEUROPATHIC physician. Do these, and we will bring the better forces to this body. Keep that attitude which should be commendatory to every individual, for while physical forces are disturbed and while the mental attitude keeps for the body that which is of creative energy in itself, the BODY is built of that it assimilates; necessitating, then, the removal of pressures that have caused disturbance in this assimilation, and the addition of those properties as indicated for creating the proper balance.
27. We are through for the present.
