Time of Reading 3:15 to 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Maryland. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, Mrs. [822].
2. Now, as we find, the conditions that disturb the better physical functioning of this body arise from impediment produced by the breaking up of tissue that has involved the nerve reactions as related to a proper circulation. Thus there has been the cutting off much of those impulses from the locomotory centers, both in the lower axis of the spinal system - or in the upper pelvic axis - and the lumbars; also in those activities from the brachial. Hence there has been produced a deeper circulation than the external or superficial activity of the body.
3. These conditions in the present, as we find, have been and are receiving those stimuli through the activities on the centers to relieve these pressures; but they would be materially aided by the adding of an oil rub to the adjustment and massage, especially in these active centers, that the properties may be absorbed by the body in a manner as to supply to the superficial circulation (that is slow in its activity) an impetus to stimulate the muscular and tendon forces in the nerve ends of the sciatic as well as the superficial branches throughout the body, as related to its activity. Properties for such a massage would be combined in this manner:
4. To 4 ounces of Russian White Oil as a base, we would add - in this order and proportion: Kerosene Oil...........................1 ounce, Witchhazel.............................1 ounce, Oil of Wintergreen.....................1 ounce, Oil of Cedar...........................1 ounce, Tincture of Benzoin..................1/2 ounce, Oil of Mustard.......................1/4 ounce, Oil of Sassafras......................40 minims.

These in their natural solution, with this as a carrier, will tend to separate, but may be shaken together and then a quantity poured in an open container for massaging. Massage in those centers in the 4th lumbar, in the sacral area, the head of the sciatic centers, along the limb under the knee, in the brachial center; all the body can absorb. This would be done three or four times each week; it will materially aid in bringing a better activity to the physical forces of the body.
5. Keep the manner of exercise as indicated, both to the physical and mental body, and to those activities through the digestive and assimilating system.
6. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) Do you find any other condition involved in the vertebrae, something like an ankylosis, where the bones grow together? (A) These are not as ankylosis, but rather the lack of the superficial circulation's activity in the ganglia, in the segments along this lumbar area and the lower axis, of course, of the 12th dorsal; the lack of sufficient of the oils of the body to allow or to cause a circulation to the exterior portions. Hence the secretive forces for supplying to these portions that which will be a superficial stimuli, and the absorption of those properties that will make for a balance in this condition. As is seen, each of the ingredients indicated for the rub has an effect upon the circulation through absorption, you see, and will be efficacious in this particular condition.
8. (Q) Do you find anything wrong with her kidneys? (A) As may be indicated from a subluxation, or lack of proper circulation from the upper dorsal dorsal or lower dorsal area as activative with the pelvic activities, there is rather a STRAIN upon the organs from the kidneys to the OUTLETS; but NOT ORGANICALLY do we find disturbance - only in its sympathetic and functional activity with the coordinating system.
9. (Q) Do you find any bladder involvement? (A) As indicated from the activities to the tubes to the bladder, these are STIFFENED; or in those conditions of SLOW activity through same from lack of nerve impulse, but NOT other than sympathetic irritation.
10. (Q) Do you find any brain trouble? (A) As may be seen from any incoordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal nervous system, where there have been - as it were - impregnations to the cord itself, it produces a drying and a lack of proper brain circulation; that is, the blood supply and lymph through same. But
822-1 Page 3
stimulating so that the absorption may take place to the covering of the cords themselves, with the release that has been made for the circulation in the secondary and direct cardiac center, this should be helped and aided by these applications.
11. (Q) Do you find that she is using the right diet? (A) As indicated, we would not alter those adjustments nor the activity mentally or physically, or the diet. This, as we find, is well.
12. (Q) Would you advise treatment by electric blanket? (A) This may be beneficial when there may be better circulation through the superficial portions of the system. As we would find, this would be more beneficial after there had been a week or ten days of these applications indicated; for then the system will absorb more of this vitalization to all centers through the use of the electrical blanket. Do these, as we find, and we would bring the better conditions. Not that we may bring wholly cure, but we will find there will be many moons of a great deal more normal activity to this body, [822].
