Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Entity. In the light of the information given him this morning through this channel, you will answer the questions he submits, as I ask them.)
1. EC: Yes, we have the entity, the enquiring mind, [826]; this we have had before; together with the information that has been given this morning.
2. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) Will you give me some rules or formula which will enable me to determine in advance the time of the beginning and end of short moves of from three to thirty days in individual stocks and in the Dow-Jones Industrial average? (A) In considering the activities upon such, as has been given there are many factors that enter into the movements of stocks AS individuals. All of these phases are to be taken into consideration in making judgments respecting the activities of same; whether for short or for long. Very seldom are the reports that are ordinarily given of any great factor, save as to that which is created in the mind of individuals or individual speculators for the moment. This often - this effect created - produces the precipitation of short movements. Hence it becomes rather the complicated than activity of the effects as produced upon the general trend and the general activity for LONG durations. Now the factors that are to be taken into consideration: If these - that is, such stocks - are to be for long time, then not only the period of the organization's or corporation's activity or beginning of an activity is to be taken into consideration but the purposes, the valuation of the stock or of such stocks as related to the productive end

and the activity, the needs and the SCOPE of the activity of the product that is produced by same. All of these are taken into consideration, then, as well as the activities that have been indicated that show the formations of movements. These then are only judged as to their RELATIVE relationships to both the astrological and numerological aspects of same. Then these taken into consideration with the valuation, the effect of the reports upon the activities of individuals as to whether this makes for a general movement or a spasmodic movement in individual locations or localities. All of these enter as factors in the determining of same. If there is then the whole factor for the adverse conditions we may expect from three to thirty day change in a rapid succession - inside of the general trend, see? But if the whole factor is for an optimistic outlook, then we may expect an evaluation or a change in the upward trend within that particular activity or period; as combined with a general or long trend in respect to same.
4. (Q) How can I determine the beginning and end of such moves based on the relative strength of buying and selling pressure? (A) Just as has been indicated, in coordination or cooperation with the activities of the individuals from their astrological aspects in view of same, see? If - For instance, as we have here - we have had here recently activities in an individual stock in which there may be seen a condition, or we may draw from same a conclusion of that as related to industrials; especially as related to farm or machinery - or International Harvester - harvesting reaction, see? Here we have a very period of those directing the direction of same being in an adverse position to any conditions that enter with Mars or with the activities under any of the phases of Neptune. Now - whenever we find these in adverse conditions - which we have found in both instances here, within the last three months - we have changes that have been quite varied.

Whenever these have switched from the activity from the numerological aspect of same - which becomes then as ten TIMES the evaluation of those fluctuations from one day to the next - if these have advanced to where they have come under the influence of Jupiter, which becomes as a quieting influence upon the whole general trend, or upon Venus - we have seen an advance. But whenever it has come to the Uranian we have found BOTH within the same twenty-four hours of activity UP AND DOWN! making for quick changes within these. Now these apply then in any group, in any activity in which - NOT merely because of the great VOLUME that may be activative by any individual or any group, but the same thing will apply to those as indicated also in rails; whether it is in steel or the various activities, whether in Seal Kap or the production of soft drinks - another in Coca-Cola, there will be seen where there has been a long trend - For the very activities of these are under the influences of individuals that are subject to the very OPPOSITE conditions! When there has been that influence of Mars we have seen a quick and active fluctuation. When there has been the influence of Jupiter, we have a very quieting - yet a general trend for periods of LONG advance. While in Mercury - these have made for very quick, very sudden and very determined towards destructive forces for this particular stock. Now these things applied to a great SCOPE, or a great field of service or activities in individual groups or stocks.
5. (Q) What aspects of which planets indicate the beginning and end of such short moves? (A) Such movements? As seen, the aspects of Jupiter are ever in a quieting influence. Or if they are indicated as a benevolent influence in those directing the activities of such a stock, then they indicate that there is a general rise. When these are in adverse conditions to those who are directing such, then they come short and they are as the periods of the good or bad influences of each of the planetary influences as well as - of course - the Moon and

Sun, which become the greater influences to the individual movements who control such.
6. (Q) What books on numerology are the best to study with relation to forecasting the moves in stocks? (A) As we find, the Plantechet (?) and P-f-e-i-f-f-e-r - Pfeiffer. [4/16/38 See letter under 826-11 Reports. 4/23/38 See 261-32, Par. 32-A saying that the Phfeiffer book is published in Munich, and that the other refers rather to a census of others' activities.]
7. (Q) Will you spell the first word? (A) P-l-a-n-c-e-t-s, or t-t-s.
8. (Q) Can you give me any rules of numerology which can be used in determining the end of moves in stocks? (A) These have been given in various forms. When there is an advance, as that above indicated, to a half, then it will go to the full point before there is the movement below the quarter in that individual movement or chance. If it advances from a quarter to the five-eighths, then wait for the - watch for the fall below the activities of the preceding days or preceding activities. These become as factors, then. All of those when end in one, three, six, eleven, twenty-two, are always in the advance. Those that break between the points - as two, four, eight, twelve - we may watch for the BREAKS when these appear in the figures or the activities. Those then in the fractions run in the order as has been indicated.
9. (Q) Do these rules apply to the industrial averages? (A) These apply to the averages as in general.
10. (Q) Can any computation of volume, distance and time, as applied to stocks, be used to determine the beginning and end of short moves of 3 to 30 days? (A) All of these factors as we find enter into same, as has been indicated, and these are determined more by the effect there is had by reports that make for the activities of those that become the sudden or the individual tradings; and hence become more of a greater factor than any other activities. And when these are to be determined, are determined by the general influence upon things as related to the astrological and numerological effect upon the INDIVIDUAL movements as a whole - that is, there are the corporations or the activities of same influenced under the aspects of certain individual groupings - While as in the industrials, as related to gas or steel or electrical appliances and the like, are related to another group coming

under the influence of the fires - as of Mars or Uranus or a portion of the influences in Jupiter when they are influenced by those activities that RELATE to the Creative influence among the mass reaction - These as we find are the only factors that may determine three to thirty day changes, and all of these must be taken into consideration when computing same.
11. (Q) What books on astrology are best to determine such moves? (A) Those as we find that are of the Egyptian origin; while for individuals' activities use those of the Persian origin. Those of the Persian are as to the activities of individuals, as to whether they would have to do with this or that - or as to their vocational guidance or activity; while the Egyptian are as to those that would have to do with activities as related to individuals in speculative activities or as related to MOVEMENTS of things that affect individuals in their relationships as one to another.
12. (Q) Is there any difference between the rules to determine when supply is becoming stronger than demand on a rally in a stock, and the rules to determine when demand is overcoming supply in the decline of a stock? (A) There is no general rule as we find other than that which has been and is being applied to those of a long time determination.
13. (Q) Can any of the laws of Physics be used in determining the beginning and end of short moves up or down in stocks? (A) The laws of Physics as all of the laws of relativity of activity between the universal influences and those that relate to the activities of the individual consumption may be applied, but these become rather confusing. These are the manners in which those that have been indicated are applied by Cohen, in this, here; that: In each stock listed there is taken into consideration as to WHO - not merely who is directing the policies, as the agent or the president, but WHO is in control of the greater quantity of the stock itself; as the holding companies, as corporations, as organizations. Just as was indicated in those stocks as related to the Van Swergen lines, which came in combination with those that were both of the long and short conditions as related to the activities in the rails AND their position and conditions and the activities of the country as related to same.

These as related to the astrological aspects and the numerological effect of the service as rendered by those determined as to not only the activity that would ensue in same but brought about that which climaxed the condition in the death of the individual controlling same, see? Hence we find in using the elements, as has been indicated in this individual's activity, each stock is listed - with WHO controls the amount of the stock that is in transit or being held, and their astrological aspect of same as relative to movements in the active forces of consumption of the product of same. Then these are judged according to the conditions as related to the reports that are combined daily from those as related to each one of these activities.
14. (Q) Should these laws of Physics be used in connection with other rules in determining the movements of stocks? (A) They should.
15. (Q) What are the rules which should be used together? (A) Just as indicated in the law of supply and demand as related to the activity of the corporation or company PRODUCING same as related to its cosmic relation to the influences of the astrological aspects.
16. (Q) Will you tell me the methods used by Arthur Cohen in determining the time of beginning and end of short moves in the market like those occurring since Oct. 19, 1937, and other short moves of from 3 to 60 days. (A) Just in the manner as indicated, that there is the listing of who holds the greater volume of individual stocks, see? There is the astrological aspect of same listed, as to the effect upon the individual that controls same from day to day. And when these indicate that there are the adverse, then it's short. When it's the opposite, then it's both; and these indicate the changes as they arise from period to period - as advances from one of the aspects to the other.
17. (Q) What formula or rules should be used in connection with the same data to determine when supply is becoming stronger than demand is individual stocks or in the industrial averages? (A) These are all used in conjunction as one to another, with the relative relationships of the activities of the individual CONTROLLING such.
18. (Q) Are these formula or rules the same as should be used to determine when demand is overcoming supply, or supply overcoming demand, as shown by the methods used in

early 1921 by the N.Y. Bureau of Business Research, Inc., 1416 B'way, N.Y.C.? (A) The same as should be used. These are the same, you see. All gatherings of the data are the same. These all report exactly as one with another, if there is drawn as to what the parallels are of the conditions as related to the GENERAL REPORTS on same, see? For instance, here, we have as these: As has been indicated so often through these channels respecting those things that make for activities in consumption and the fields of activities of production of the various influences, all of those things now that relate to what have been the products of the countries where there has been the storehouse of the food supply - as corn or wheat - the reports from same are not always in keeping with the actual conditions. These bring about INDIVIDUAL movements in the two to three days - until there is the verification of same. And thus we have the same activity throughout ANY given stock. This as related then, or COMBINED with the GENERAL report and the GENERAL trend, makes for the gathering or the making of the subject matter that would give the individual trend from day to day, as combined with the actual MOVEMENTS are BY the numerological table that, as indicated, becomes a part of same.
19. (Q) Will you give me data, rules or formula used by Edgar Higgins, 149 B'way, in determining when moves in stocks and commodities will begin and end, and how far such moves will extend? (A) That is Edgar Higgins'; we will not.
20. (Q) Any further advice for the body at this time? (A) In the light of that which has been given, in relation to what you do ABOUT same, is the question only with self. Use it CONSTRUCTIVELY - all is well!
