Time of Reading 11:20 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [826]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, in many respects the body is very good in the physical forces; but there are those tendencies, as we find, - from the lack of sufficient quantities of Vitamins B-1 and G - for the system to feel at times a weakening or a heavy aching through the nerve ends as related to any great physical activity - as through the lumbar centers, with the sciatic ends. This at times extends to the brachials, and to the arms, but is more specific to the areas where there is overtaxation.

4. Not that the exercise should be greatly diminished, but as we find there should be those foods that carry more of the necessary forces; and this should be sufficient without the administration of these in concentrated form - for they would be much better assimilated from the natural food values.

5. Have every form of vegetable or fruit that carry the yellow coloring matter. These are products that carry the Vitamin B in quantities of a helpful nature; also most of these carry G.

6. But as the body is a very good dietician, it is only necessary that there be the consideration of the proper foods; especially such as the germ oils of wheat or oats, and squash, yellow peaches and the like. Any and all of these in the varied forms or manners as may be prepared would be most helpful.

7. For the lack of these vitamins, as we find, is the primary cause of those anxieties which arise.

8. Hence we would do that.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) Can anything be done to cure my Catarrhal condition?

826-13 Page 2

(A) The increased circulation, as we find, and the producing of heat as of the short wave nature, or more in the form of the radio wave or short wave of the Diathermy, - these would be the most helpful; as combined WITH diet.

11. (Q) The dull aching pain at times in left hip and leg, with occasional twinges in other parts of body? (A) As indicated, these arise from this strain because of the lack of these food forces, with the exercise. Do not lessen the exercise so much, but rather increase the quantities of those food values that aid in stimulating the better activity - as the exercises are diminished just a bit, until this increase in food values becomes effective.

12. (Q) Can you give me the name of any naturopath doctor in Washington, D.C., who can efficiently operate the electrical device recommended in my previous Reading, and can he be relied upon to prescribe therefor? (A) Such an one had best be recommended through those who are at the head of the Virginia Naturopathic Association. For through such channels better cooperation might be obtained.

13. (Q) Any other advice for this body? (A) We would keep up the general study and activity; not as to become one so mindful of the physical forces as to neglect or to overshadow abilities in constructive activity, - but we will find that those things suggested will be most beneficial.
