Time of Reading 10:30 to 10:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [830].

2. Now, as we find, while from the ordinary interpretation of conditions the body-physical is near to normal, there are disturbances that we find have prevented and do prevent a normal coordination in the building in the structural portions of the body as related to the mental and material abilities of the body.

3. These then corrected, we would find that the mental reactions, the outlook of the entity or body would be entirely different.

4. There would, to be sure, become more self-assertiveness. So those about the body should prepare to expect such reactions. And, as indicated, if they are subjugated it would bring - and does bring - conditions that would become disturbing to the body.

5. Even in a manner as is indicated in the bodily functions in the present, where the mental aptitude does not find in the physical coordination cooperation.

6. Hence the body has often in its quieter self great imaginations, great abilities, great sense of justice, great sense of honor, integrity, sincerity. But to give expressions to these, it is almost as being short circuited by the very activities of the glandular system.

7. These then are the conditions as we find them with this body, [830] we are speaking of, present in this room:

8. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this is near to normal under existent conditions, for the body-adjustments to conditions are as that as may be observed in nature; it takes the best there is given from the assimilating system and uses same in the natural developments, physically, mentally. Thus the reactions of the spiritual and mental and physical body in their coordinations, as we have indicated, do not give to this body their full expression.

830-3 Page 2

9. For there have been those impingements in the 4th lumbar and the coccyx area that have prevented a normal activity of the pituitary to the adrenals' activity in the system.

10. Hence we find not a nominal development in stature. And there would be found that each segment along the cerebrospinal system, while not abnormal, is below normal in the amount of the cartilaginous forces as exist in practically all of same - save in those as are indicated in the 8th, 9th and 10th dorsal segments.

11. Hence we have an indication that may be checked, either by the fluoroscope or X-Ray or by the pulsations, as would be indicated by a testing machine upon reactions to the nervous system by suggestions. And the heart's activity is then somewhat above that of the age, the stature, and the normal mental development of the body.

12. IN THE REGULAR REACTIONS THEN TO THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, as has been indicated, the mental imaginations (through its experience in the coordination between the spiritual and mental forces of the body) overcrowd, overlap.

13. Hence the inability for the body to remain passive. It MUST be ACTIVE! It is FORCED to activity!

14. While the body may respond to reflexes, to the many of the portions of the extremities, as reflexes to suggestive forces, as has been indicated there would be found to be above the normal reaction from that as is specified for age, temperament, stature, surroundings or environs of such a body.

15. Hence as we find, to aid in these corrections, to give the body-physical and mental the proper recourse or activity upon its system or upon those environs about it, and a better or nearer to that to which may be accomplished by the entity:

16. If those suppressions, physically, as affect the mental and spiritual forces, are relieved - and there is the normal flow, we will find the body growing in stature; we will find the abilities for concentration - and the abilities and desire of consecration more pronounced, more definite, nearer to the fulfilling and the carrying out of the purposes of the bodily functions and their reactions to conditions about the body.

17. First we would have osteopathically (not chiropractically, but osteopathically - Waters [Lulu Irene Waters (Hare), D.O.] would be very good) corrections in the coccyx and the 4th lumbar centers, coordinating the brachial or the upper dorsal and throughout the cervical with same; but adjustments specifically made in the coccyx, RAISING the end of same - a loosening of the segments at the lumbar axis

830-3 Page 3

or 4th lumbar with the lower portions of same especially, as well as the movements between the 3rd and 4th - as is necessary for a RELEASING of same.

18. And then apply, about once or twice a month for three to four months, the vibrations through the Sinusoidal reaction of the electrical vibrations. These would be placed alternately; that is, one of the treatments given from the secondary cardiac plexus to the lacteal duct and the gall duct center, and the other from the lumbar center (the 4th) and the lacteal duct. These should NOT be given too heavily but sufficient to make the MOVEMENTS of same revivified by the activity of the Sinusoidal's reaction that is re-vibratory - or a high and a low that causes the activity of the areas from which the glandular forces (as are affected in the system) receive their impulse from the vegetative or sympathetic nerve centers as coordinant with the brush ends of the cerebrospinal system. And also the centers as indicated by that plexus in the secondary cardiac center in the 4th dorsal to the lacteal ducts from which and through which assimilations of foods take place.

19. Then take exercises IN THE OPEN as much as possible. But two to three minutes morning and evening; morning those above the diaphragm more specific, evening the stooping and the swinging exercise of the lower limbs.

20. When the manipulations osteopathically are given, and the adjustments, (and these we would have twice a week until six or eight are given, then leave off for two weeks and then begin again), we would make adjustments from the lumbar axis to the Achilles bursa in the heel AND the center of the feet. These will make for that loosening of the muscular forces as related to the tendons and the activity of the deeper and larger nerve AND blood flow to the lower limbs.

21. Keep a normal appetite or activity. Expend the self in study, in meditation; not by force but by the OPENING of self to recognize that as goes on about self. In this manner:

22. Each day before retiring, make a resume - not just mentally but upon paper - of what have been the EXPERIENCES of the whole day. Make this not only a rule but a rule to do; not to be studied, not to be exploited or shown or given to others, but for self! And DO NOT read same after it is written for at least thirty days. And then note the difference in what you are thinking and what you are thinking about, what your desires are, what your experiences are!

23. And remember, do not condemn others, do not condemn self. But express desires, express wishes, express the

830-3 Page 4

kindnesses YOU have shown as well as the kindness others have shown. For know that the fruits of the Spirit bring to an altering and a changing body the fruits of the Spirit in measures that find expressions in the relationships to individuals.

24. Do not attempt to be good but rather good FOR SOMETHING! Know what is thy purpose, what is thy goal! And unless these are founded in constructive, spiritual construction, they will turn again upon thyself!

25. For each soul is meeting day by day SELF!

26. Hence as has been given, KNOW thyself, in WHOM thou believest! Not of earthly, not of material things, but mental and spiritual and WHY! And by keeping a record of self - not as a diary, but thy purposes, what you have thought, what you have desired, the good that you have done - we will find this will bring physical and mental reactions that will be in keeping with the purposes for which each soul enters a material manifestation.

27. Ready for questions.

28. (Q) Are the bones of the body in a healthy condition? (A) As has been indicated, through the very activity of the glandular forces as related to the pituitary and the pineal - as courses through the whole system, the segments have been prevented from CUSHIONING nominally. Hence these corrections as indicated in the areas outlined (the lumbar, coccyx, and the coordinating of the ganglia in the other portions of the system, and especially to the bursa of the feet, the lower limbs) will release these; allowing for a different flow between the mental and the physical forces. Hence the necessity of the entity in its abilities to make for self ROTE as to its mental and spiritual reactions, written, day by day.

29. (Q) Will the body grow taller? (A) As has been given, it will not only find it will grow in stature of the physical body but there will be more elasticity in the step, there will be more alertness in the observation, in the reaction. But, to be sure, there will be more self-assertiveness. This is well, provided the IDEALS are kept in the forefront.

30. (Q) Is the thyroid gland normal? (A) Thyroid gland naturally is ABOVE normal, when considered in the activities of the others as indicated - but with the corrections and the coordinations, we will find

830-3 Page 5

all of these working more near to normal forces. Do that.

31. (Q) Are the teeth in good condition? (A) Nominally, very good. Keep the local attention that has been so oft impressed, but these are the RESULTS of and not causes of conditions.

32. (Q) What can be done to make the body physically and mentally energetic? (A) It's what we have been trying to say throughout! The relieving of the pressures to allow for same! Then the training in self as indicated, in making note of the experiences - and know when you quit doing same you are losing your hold on self - and this you do not want to do!

33. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self (one for mother) Copy to Ass'n file (1/3/37 GD's note: See directions [which were enclosed] for Osteopath & Electrotherapist.)
