1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [831].

2. Now, as we find, there are definite conditions that disturb the better physical functioning of the body. It is true the body is passing through a period of adversity from the astrological aspect, but as the physical forces of a body are impelled through the elan vitale that manifests itself in that which is assimilated or prepared for a body, that it may function the more normal, these disturbances - then, as we find - rest primarily in the manner in which the glands function with the organs in their assimilation of that which is made for the resuscitating of vital forces in the body. It is true the psychological conditions affect, but the pathological reactions are the more definite, not only in the physical functionings of the organisms but in the manner in which the responses are seen in the mental AND material force of this body, [831].

3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them:

4. First, in the BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find very much below the normal in the resistive forces that are necessary in the carrying on of the perfect balance in the system. The elements in the blood supply are lacking in many points; the quantity or numbers of the red blood cells being deficient. That activity in the urea or in the lymph circulation makes for lack of generation of elements or activities, and the responses are rather the dilatory reactions. Not that a mental condition has set in or that there is a weakening in the mental faculties, but their reactions through the circulation to all portions of the system are lacking in creating the incentives for the resistances necessary to meet the whole needs of the body.

5. In the NERVOUS SYSTEMS we find, while the cerebrospinal is very good in most of its associations, in the functioning

831-1 Page 2

of organs and in the activities and impulses through the system, the sympathetics are rather as uncoordinating with the cerebrospinal. So we find that those conditions or surroundings which once animated activity to the body make for rather little or no response to the normal reactions in the system; so that in the abilities to concentrate on the influences that should be in the activative forces, they become as negative influences in the body-reaction.

6. As to the functioning of the ORGANS themselves:

7. In this depleted nervous condition that exists throughout the system, we find many of the organs in their functioning are involved in the disturbance; yet these have NOT reached those proportions as to be said to be diseased, though many are at a dis-ease. For the abilities to assimilate those foods or properties that may be given arise from the weakening and the mental attitudes towards the conditions and activities that surround the body. So, these make for not only anxieties within self respecting the abilities for activities in any direction but have tended to make for conditions where distrust in self, distrust in purposes of those things that may be given, those things that may be applied in ANY direction, become as rather an inhibition to the body. Then, in the functioning of the organs there are rather resistances to be RECLAIMED, as it were, by the addition of those influences or activities that may renew the energies and balances in the system between the activities of the functioning of the glands and the functioning of the organs themselves.

8. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions of this body at the present:

9. As we find, the low electrical reactions to stimulate activity through portions of the body that will affect the assimilating system, adding in and through same the elements that are lacking in the body for the balance, would bring a reaction that would make for near to a normal body; and build then the proper resistances in the system. These would be preferably applied in the use of the Wet Cell applications that carry elements that will react to the glands of the assimilating system, the adrenals, the thyroids, the lyden and the ductless glands of the body. They will so stimulate such activities for the replenishing of those influences necessary in the blood supply, those influences in the ganglia along the connecting sources between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal, as to aid in bringing about normalcy for this body. The Wet Cell would be made with the copper and the nickel poles, copper and nickel extensions. When the attachments are made, one day

831-1 Page 3

it would be with the solution of the Chloride of Gold; the next day it would be with the solution of Spirits of Camphor. The attachments would be made in the same way and manner. The smaller anode or plate would be attached to the 4th dorsal plexus, and the plate carrying the solution would be attached at the umbilicii center or that space over the lacteal duct - a hand's breadth from the umbilicii center towards the duct of the liver. This would make then to the right side, the larger plate. These would be attached on alternate days in the same way and manner, and be for a period of twenty to thirty minutes.

10. Persistence and consistent activity, naturally, will be required. And an effort on the part of the body in making these applications would be necessary.

11. We would also have the Radio-Active Appliance of the plain nature, that would be attached in the MORNINGS, from opposite sides of the body, that the circulation that is stimulated through the activities of these electrical forces working with the body may create a balance in the physical forces of the body itself. When attached to the right wrist, attach the other anode to the left ankle. When to the left wrist, to the right ankle. This would be for a period of thirty minutes to one hour each morning. When this has been used for twenty-six to thirty days, then rest or leave off for a period of a week and then begin again.

12. But during the week of rest we would have the gentle massage along the cerebrospinal system; not adjustments, not corrections in segments, but rather in the manner of a neuropathic massage. Beginning in the 9th dorsal area, follow the nerve centers along UPWARD - out to the fingertips, over the shoulders and to the head. Then beginning at the 9th dorsal go downward, over the sciatic centers, the locomotory centers, to the end of the toes. This would be for the week; recharging the Wet Cell forces, and then begin again.

13. The proper diets are most necessary. For that which is assimilated must COORDINATE with that being accomplished by the activity of the electrical cellular force that is activative in the physical body itself. This would, then, be as an outline; though, to be sure, it may be altered at times:

14. Mornings - citrus fruit juices, including orange juice with lemon juice in same; grapefruit juice or, of course, the pulp of this may be taken (preferably all of this should be fresh fruit); pineapple juice, of course without the sweetening. Whole wheat bread, preferably toasted. The yolk only of eggs, or this may be altered to - and should be, at

831-1 Page 4

least three times each week - only crushed wheat, whole wheat; not cooked so as to destroy any of the vitamines that carry the iron, the silicon and those influences that build with body and nerve and blood building forces, but in such measures that these retained - which would be as cooked in preferably steam cooker of such nature that will only break up the elements but release for the body the proper nutriments from same. These may be combined at times with the cereal known as Maltex, which is a combination of barley with wheat, which breaks up the activities of some influences. Do not ever, though, have the citrus fruits AND the cereal at the same meal.

15. Noons - not STRAINED vegetable juices, but rather the juices of vegetables AND the vegetables cooked together; which would include preferably only the leafy vegetables. These may be combined or altered at times with only green RAW vegetables. This would make up the noon or lunch meal.

16. Evenings - rather the whole vegetables, but combine same at times with the meats that are ONLY of the mutton or lamb or fish or fowl or wild game. Not too much sugars. Never too much starches. All breads taken at all of the meals should preferably be browned whole wheat or rye or of such natures.

17. This kept consistently, persistently, we will find in three to six months a near normal body, [831].

18. Ready for questions.

19. (Q) Are the pineal and pituitary glands normally developed? (A) These, as we find, suffer under the general strain of the system. With the addition of those elements in the Chloride of Gold, which act directly upon the pituitary glands, we will make for those necessary influences to coordinate with the rest of the system.

20. (Q) Are the thyroid glands normal? (A) They are below normal.

21. (Q) Are any brain cells weakened or destroyed? (A) As indicated. None are destroyed. All are under a stress from a weakened condition in the urea in the blood itself from the lack of elements necessary to create a balance. And the Gold, which will be combined in a solution of one grain to one ounce of distilled water, will act upon the glands of REPRODUCTIVE cellular force in the body and PREVENT any inroads into the destruction of the gray matter in the nerve forces of the body or brain. And the Camphor (that is, the activity of the VIBRATIONS of same, not the property itself) is to prevent an irritation along the walls of the nerve centers and the internal centers of brain forces and nerve cellular forces themselves. Hence these

831-1 Page 5

are applied, as indicated from their position, directly THROUGH the body, through the centers through which there is blood flow of the body itself, from a cellular force in the assimilated forces of the lacteal ducts to the secondary and cardiac plexus area - which makes for these influences or vibrations to be carried directly into the system itself. These done, we will bring the conditions of normalcy for this body.

22. (Q) Was there any injury in childhood that has undermined his physical and mental health? (A) As we find, there was an elongation of the activity of the adrenal as related to the pituitary, and the centers from the brain force itself. These corrections have been made, you see, in the alleviating of the pressures; but the coordination between sympathetic and cerebrospinal has NOT been made normal.

23. (Q) What caused [to him] his excessive height? (A) The growth of the pituitary gland activity.

24. (Q) Considering his state of physical and mental health, what line of work should he follow to best fulfill his destiny? (A) First there should be those reactions to create a normal balance. We will find there will be an outlook, with the normalcy created, that has NOT manifested itself heretofore, especially in a commercial coordination in specific lines between individuals and groups. So, more of a COMMERCIAL association will be better. First we would have those corrections, though, in the physical forces of the body.

25. (Q) Where can he get this treatment in Oregon? (A) All of this may be applied in the home by those about the body. And this to the body and to those about it makes for a great deal better condition for all concerned. These things, to be sure, are taken into consideration with the form in which these are to be applied. A little longer, but safer and much surer.

26. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) To those about the body this would be as an admonition: Never any word or act that would be of a detrimental nature in creating a doubt in the mind of the body but what ALL is coming right!
