Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [840] and those conditions that disturb the physical forces of this body. These, as we find, are rather subtle in their nature. And while they vary at times as to the effect that is produced in the system, there ARE periods in their reaction when they cause a great deal of uneasiness and distress for the body.

2. These, as we find, are the conditions - then - that disturb this body, [840] we are speaking of, present in this room:

3. In the BLOOD SUPPLY we find the effects of those conditions that are the causes or the basis of the disturbing factors in the system. For there has been for some times back a tendency for the thinning of the walls of the jejunum, through which there have been poison seepages for the emunctory and lymph circulation. Hence the body may be termed, by those who have administered for the better physical forces, as one thin-skinned, or absorbing or taking on the influences of vibrations from without itself; being made supersensitive, as it were, by the effects and the attempts of the sympathetic nervous forces and systems of the body to meet these varying conditions. These, as we find, that caused this first, were in times back when there were the absorptions by the system of a condition which attacked the blood supply itself, as a rash, as an irritation, as a high temperature that arose from same, that called for or produced those reactions in the body.

4. Then these began, as it were, in the effect upon the ORGANS of the system as through the respiratory system and through portions of the sympathetic circulation, or the superficial circulation of the body; as sort of a rash, or irritations, or places where these caused irritations to the body.

5. The effect to the lungs, the kidneys and liver from such

840-1 Page 2

a variation through the circulation has made for, then, a complication or a combination of disturbing factors. These, as we find, then, are the reflex forces and the reactions to the organs of the system through those toxic forces that have caused and do cause the distresses through the body; producing tiredness, incoordination in the digestive forces; at times unable to concentrate upon those activities as desired; in the fingers and in the hands and the lower limbs at times as a heaviness. These all arise from these disturbing forces as indicated that arise from such activities in the body itself.

6. In meeting, then, the needs of these conditions as we find for this body, [840] we are speaking of, present in this room:

7. First we would be very mindful as to the character of the diets for the body, and MOST particular as to the character of the water that is taken for those activities with or to supply the natural flow or flushing for the body. The waters about and around the body are of the nature that are hard for, or hard upon, those conditions in the system where there is already an irritation to the organs of assimilation, the organs of elimination and the respiratory system. Hence we find sort of an accumulation from same. We would not take any water unless it carried either a small quantity of lithia, elm bark, or Saffron or the conditions that make for the correcting of toxic forces along the flow of all the intestinal tract, from the mouth throughout the alimentary canal, or the natures that combine with these to make for better conditions. In this proportion we would use these:

8. To the normal water that may be had in the surroundings, we would add to each gallon (to be kept for drinking water, you see) a five grain lithia tablet. Dissolve this and it would make about the proper proportion, and it would be added and dissolved in same preferably after the ordinary water had been boiled - or had come to a boil and strained or filtered off before used. Then when this is to be taken, once or twice a day we would have just a pinch of the elm bark (between the thumb and forefinger) in a glass of water - the ground elm bark. If it is more preferable, it may be used with a small piece of ice in same; this would be all the better, but stir same and let it stand for a minute or two before it is taken. We would also, from the same type of water, have the Yellow Saffron - the American Saffron is correct, or may be used if so desired. This would be the proportions of about a heaping teaspoonful to a gallon of water. This preferably we would make in an enamel container

or in a glass container, preferable to the aluminum. This would be allowed to steep as would tea. Then it may be drawn off and kept as a portion of the drinking water to be taken at the regular intervals when the body desires water. Not that there would never be any of the regular routine or drinking of water outside, but let the most - and as much as possible ALL - that is taken either carry one or the other of those properties as indicated. This would be the first precaution, for - while it is, of course, slow acting it will make for a cleansing of the kidneys, a better activity through the alimentary canal, clear those tendencies for the poisons to accumulate through the lymph and emunctory circulation, and overcome these tendencies for toxic forces to arise in the body that affects the body throughout.

9. In the matter of diet itself, we would have this as an outline, though - to be sure - this may be altered from time to time to suit the tastes of the body:

10. At least three mornings each week we would have the rolled or crushed or cracked whole wheat, that is not cooked too long so as to destroy the whole vitamin force in same, but this will add to the body the proper proportions of iron, silicon and the vitamins necessary to build up the blood supply that makes for resistance in the system. We at other periods would have citrus fruits, citrus fruit juices, the yolk of eggs (preferably soft boiled or coddled - not the white portions of same), browned bread with butter, Ovaltine or milk; or coffee, provided there is no milk or cream put in same. Occasionally stewed fruits, as baked apples with cream, stewed figs, stewed raisins, stewed prunes or stewed apricots - these may be taken in preference to same. But do not eat citrus fruits at the same meal with cereals or gruels or any of the breakfast foods.

11. During the morning we would have a malted milk, between this and the lunch hour, you see; preferably with a raw egg in same, or there may be a taste or two of the spirits frumenti - only sufficient to make for strengthening.

12. Noons - preferably raw fresh vegetables; none cooked at this meal. These would consist of tomatoes, lettuce, celery, spinach, carrots, beet tops, mustard, onions or the like (not cucumbers) that make for purifying of the HUMOR in the lymph blood as this is absorbed by the lacteal ducts as it is digested. We would not take any quantities of soups or broths at this period.

13. Evenings - broths or soups may be taken in a small measure at this meal; but let it consist principally of vegetables that are well-cooked and a little of the meats such as lamb, fish, fowl - these are preferable. No fried

foods for the body.

14. Occasionally we would have corrections in a chiropractic manner, and ESPECIALLY as to the pressures about the lower lumbar and the coccyx area; COORDINATING these with the area in the cervicals where the cardiac and the sympathetic forces cross to the head and nerve forces of the body. These we would take for one to two weeks, then we would rest or leave off for a like period, you see, and then begin again.

15. Following these, we would not take medicated forces. When it becomes necessary for the digestive forces, use rather the Alcaroid in small quantities to reduce that tendency for the lack of digestive forces. But if these waters are taken, and the adherence to the activities, we will bring near normal conditions for this body.

16. Ready for questions.

17. (Q) Will I be able to remodel the home at [...] St., Newark, N.J., for the best for all concerned? (A) As we find, these arrangements may be completed and would be for the better for all concerned. Keep the health first in those ways indicated, and the material and mental forces will come in a much better way and manner.

18. (Q) How can I build my body so as to fill out my face more with flesh? (A) By following those suggestions, as we find, we will come to a near normalcy, and the proper balance of weight for this body; which, of course, is to make for the better OUTLOOK or the better activities through the system and make for normalcy for same. Follow those suggestions first as indicated, that we may be rid of the toxic forces in the system by the administering of those things; by the diets as indicated in such measures as to make for better assimilation and better blood flow, coordinating these through the corrective treatments in the areas indicated. Hold to these, for they cause a growth from within.

19. (Q) Will I accomplish my purpose of following out my plan for steam engineering unlimited tonnage license and also stationary engineering? (A) These are indicated as a portion of the experience of the entity. These depend, of course, upon the application and the abilities of application, as upon the ability for concentration, which - of course - moves around in a circle again. These are indicated as being a portion of the entity's experience. Follow these things as given, then, and we will bring the better forces for this body.

20. We are through for the present.
