Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.C. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [843]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, produced by nerve strain, at times improper diet, anxiety of the body, it has reverted much to disturbances that have existed through the weaknesses in the organs of digestion, to the old disturbance of inflammation in the cardiac as well as pylorus end of the stomach.
3. Thus a form of acidity is produced, allowing through these disturbances at times for there to be regurgitation from the duodenum - or duodenal condition back to the lower end of stomach. At others when there is the lack of proper assimilation, the flow to the duodenum and even to the jejunum is of such natures as to cause those distresses that arise in the whole of the hepatic circulation.
4. For with the attempt of the spleen, the pancreas, the gall duct secretion, the activities of the liver to meet the needs, all of these at times become sore - or there are inflammatory inclinations.
5. This superacidity also unbalances the activity of the kidneys, so that there is a tendency for the kidneys to act sparsely yet often. For the inflammation, or the activity of these producing inflammation, causes a condition in the tubes from kidneys to bladder; causing an irritation or the tendencies for this to become contracted rather than expanded in a nominal manner.
6. The loss of the appetite and yet at other times there are desires for food, and soon satisfied - yet little that digests properly. The headaches, the nervousness, all arise from these conditions.
7. As we would find, all conditions taken into consideration, THESE we would apply in the present:
8. First, let's revert much to the diet that has been indicated. This under the circumstances partly becomes difficult. Yet if these suggestions are adhered to as much as possible, we will find quite a variation in the
843-3 Page 2
reactions.
9. We would take two to three times each day a SIP - or a teaspoonful - of Saffron Tea, made in this manner: To a heaping teaspoonful of Yellow Saffron (the American is alright), put a pint of boiling water. Let it steep much in the way and manner as tea would brew. Not coming to a boil but keep warm until it has through the radiation drawn off the effect or activity of the Saffron. This in two, three, four spoonsful during a day.
10. Almost as often, though not at the same times, take a little sip of Olive Oil; not a spoonful but a third or a quarter of a spoonful, not more than enough to make a swallow. Otherwise we would find that this would disagree and not be assimilated by the system.
11. We would find also that occasionally a teaspoonful of Milk of Bismuth taken of an evening before retiring will be helpful; as also at other times Milk of Magnesia. These, of course, work opposite - one is an alkaline, the other is an absorbent - but the poisons must be eliminated from the system.
12. We would use those vibrations from the low Wet Cell Appliance as often as possible, in the manner as has been indicated; that is, each day if possible. When not possible, whenever possible each day.
13. These as we find would make for the better conditions for this body.
14. Ready for questions.
15. (Q) What should be done to bring about a better coordination in my nervous system? (A) Remove, so far as possible, the strains upon the system in manners as has been indicated for the nerve forces to react better, and we will find with the removal of this irritation the nerves much improved.
16. (Q) What is the present condition of my urethra and how can I correct the existing pathological condition? (A) As has been indicated. This inflammation arises from superacidity, and the attending conditions from the activities from same in the upper hepatic circulation. If those properties as indicated and the activities in the diet and all are carried forward, we would find these conditions would improve.
17. (Q) What is present condition of my heart and what should be done to prevent it from skipping beats and otherwise return it to normal action? (A) Again we have, as has been indicated, that disturbance in the upper hepatic circulation. Here we have the direct activity between the heart and the liver through which the
843-3 Page 3
flow of the blood from the heart to the rest of the body, as from the liver to the heart through the lungs, through the heart to the liver, is a continuous reaction. With the exercising of the body in its functionings to attempt to keep coordination, these conditions are then REFLEX. And of the electrical forces as make for coordination in nerve reflexes are applied, if there are the applications for the reduction and the bringing about of better condition for the digestive area, and thus relieving the pressures upon the organs of the hepatic circulation and especially those in these connections, these conditions should become near to normal.
18. (Q) What is condition of my appendix? (A) As we find, all through the whole area there is inflammation; not such that we would say there is inflammation of the vermiform appendix itself but rather throughout the caecum area. Thus the conditions that have been given for the absorption of inflammation and poisons as may be aided by the use of the properties indicated, especially the Milk of Bismuth. But do not take any of these in gobs or gulps or big swallows. Small doses, as we have often given, taken the more often, are the better.
19. (Q) What causes me to feel raw, ache, burn and wired up tight all over, particularly in my arms and legs, and what should I do to correct this condition? (A) This is from the nerve reflexes from the inflammatory condition throughout the stomach and duodenum area. And if the accumulations of poisons by an increased circulation, the inflammation throughout the blood stream, and the causes are removed - the effects as are had will also be removed.
20. (Q) Why do certain foods like eggs, apples, cheese, spinach, apricots, coffee, tea, condiments, etc., produce stomach distress and cause me to feel very nervous, and what should I do about this situation? (A) We would follow rather the diets indicated. These are combinations rather than the foods themselves that upset. And keep away from those that you find cause distress, or change their combinations that you make with same. But if the gastric juices of the stomach are made to be in a better accord through the activities of properties as indicated that we find would be helpful, these conditions should gradually disappear.
21. (Q) What foods acts as poisons to my system? (A) As has been indicated, it is rather the combinations.
843-3 Page 4
Acids, too much of acid, or too much of starches, or starches with greases. While as we find certain fruits would also react, because of combinations as taken with same. But study those things as indicated heretofore for the body, and try these out in their VARIOUS reactions as conditions improve in the use of those things that have HERE been suggested.
22. (Q) What causes my weaknesses and how can I build more vitality in my body? (A) Nerve strain. These produce the weaknesses. And overanxiety at times. These also work together with the general distressed conditions to bring about the disturbance; though if those things as indicated were carried out, we should find help and relief.
23. (Q) Considering my present physical condition, should I continue in my present position or what other work would be better suited to me? (A) This can be made to suit to the conditions, if there is the adherence to those suggestions that have been given. Do not overtax self but fit self in an OUTLOOK upon things by the application of that which would create for the body a more helpful and creative force for the correction of disturbing conditions in the system.
24. (Q) In what location to live and make a maintenance would be best suited to me? (A) This will have to be made according to the desires of the body, as well as the facilities or the conditions or environments. All of these should be taken into consideration. But man, in his proper balance, may adapt himself to most any locality. Then do the things that would make for a physical adaptability, and then mentally adapt self to the environs and that which is in accord with the desires of the mental and physical body.
25. (Q) Please give me any other advice that would aid me most. (A) Keep those things constructive ever in the mental and spiritual self. Know that those influences that surround the body, if they are allowed to become stumbling-stones they produce that which is mentally AND spiritually depleting. But if they are used as influences for magnifying the spiritual and mental forces of the body, these may be much more easily overcome. For the purpose of each soul's manifestation is to be not only good but good for something. And to be a channel

through which the ideals and that in which thou believest and in WHOM thou hast believed may be magnified in the earth. For these are as things one lives day by day, and not as one proclaims under such and such circumstances. For Life itself is earnest and real, and to do and to be the fulfilling of the purpose for which the Creator intended IS development, mentally and for the soul. And He IS, and thou may be HIS alone.
