1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
3. As we find, those disturbances arising are the nominal or normal conditions at the present time.
4. There should be helpful forces, we find, in the small doses of Tonicine as a tonic; just a few days before the Periods. Take as indicated upon the label of same, but take it only about a week - commencing about a week before the Period; then leave off, see?
5. And greater precaution should be taken by the body as not to overtax self too close to the Periods, in any great mental or physical activity.
6. But the supplying of the tonic, that is a stimuli to the glandular forces, especially of the thyroid, the adrenals AND all of the activities through the organs of pelvis, will better aid the body.
7. Be precautious that there is plenty of the A and D vitamins, or - in preference to substituting, or making additions to the body in prepared vitamins - eat a larger quantity of fish AND of oranges; not at the same meal, but during the same day, or during the same week.
8. These as we find, with the regular precautions, should make for better conditions.
9. Occasionally a good massage or rubdown would be helpful, with special reference to the areas from the 9th dorsal downward; especially, though, just as a rub and a rather DEEP massage, following a mild sweat.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) Would Glyco-Thymoline packs or Castor Oil Packs help in the adjustment? (A) Not particularly here. Glyco-Thymoline taken internally would be helpful; not for this particular trouble but for the reactions that come afterwards. Take three to five drops in a glass of water each day for three to four

days, each month following the Period, see? When there are the heavy pains at the Periods, just hot salt packs over the pubic center will be helpful.
12. (Q) What causes the headaches at or near the Periods, and what can be done to prevent or relieve them when they occur? (A) These are the same effects of the conditions indicated, and we have given the things that are to relieve same.
13. (Q) Any other suggestions for diet? (A) These add as indicated - oranges AND fish, or sea foods.
14. (Q) May anything be done to prevent graying and thinning hair? (A) There may be preparations used, but this is a nominal thing here - coming with the worrying and the general anxieties, and then the change with the period of activities - or age. But any of those that are helpful to the retaining of color would be helpful. Do not use those preparations that have too much alcohol in them.
15. (Q) What causes the blister to form especially on right foot, and what treatment is advised? (A) Use DOG ON FOOT. The slowing of the circulation, the lack of the proper circulation through the extremities causes the irritation - in the change of the pressures produced. DOG ON FOOT massaged on of evening will aid in the local condition. The massages through the sacral and lumbar, or from the 9th dorsal downward, as indicated, will be the more beneficial.
16. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file [Ques. ans. without being asked: What may be done to correct or allay menstrual irregularities, or is this to be expected?] ]
