Time of Reading 11:35 to 11:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [849]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, while the acute condition especially in the limb has not been entirely eliminated, these disturbances arise from the inability of the system through the eliminations to carry off the accumulations or poisons that accumulated from an almost entirely cut off circulation.
3. Hence we would find that the manipulations by an osteopath in the lumbar and sacral, and THROUGHOUT the upper portion of the sciatic centers, should be DEEPLY given; as well as in the muscular forces below the knee and to the feet, that the contraction and the accumulations may be thrown off by the system.
4. We would keep the painting of the area with the compound that has been given - the combination of the ounce of Laudanum to the fourth ounce of Aconite. This solution would be applied and then a wet heat, now, rather than the Epsom Salts. Use rather the heavy wet towels about same.
5. When this has produced a perspiration, then massage gently into the whole area about the knee, about those portions of the limb where the muscular forces are contracting, with a combination of equal portions (tablespoonful each) of Mutton Suet, Turpentine, Camphor; adding about ten drops of Compound Tincture of Benzoin. Shake this well into the solution (the Benzoin) as it separates.
6. This as we find, with keeping the eliminations, and the activities indicated, gradually, we should soon relieve the disturbance.
7. Do that.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) Were the Packs and other treatments followed correctly? (A) These were very well. As has been indicated, there should have been greater stimulation for the circulation to

the extremities as well as to the trunk portion of the body; that the excess might have been carried off easily.
10. (Q) How soon may the body return to work? (A) By the first of the week it should be able, if these are kept in any order as indicated. Each day or twice a day there should be the manipulations to allow the body to absorb. This necessitates keeping the alimentary canal eliminations above normal, even though it is necessary to use the enemas or colonics.
11. (Q) Is the Castoria best as an eliminant? (A) Castoria is well, but combined with the California Syrup of Figs.
12. (Q) Any other advice for the body? (A) These as we find for the body. Don't worry, for this only adds to the anxieties and ties up the assimilation. Strengthen the body with the Beef Juices and those of such natures that carry the great amount of easily assimilated strength and vitality.
