Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [849].

2. As we find, it is rather hard and serious for the body in the present. There are and have been periods of some ease.

3. There must be great precautions as to keeping the anodes of the Appliance, or plates, clear or polished; from the natural attraction of adherences to same from application to the body. Keep the Solutions clear by taking the connections out of same when not in use.

4. In giving the Bath, be very careful that there is a MASSAGING of the body gently - or rubbing, if you choose to call it - while in the Bath; else we may have static conditions that would cause collapse - as has been indicated.

5. When taken out of the Bath, be sure that very warm blankets are kept about the body, not only for the strengthening but for keeping the circulation so that it doesn't become jittery or spasmodic in its reaction.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Should the massage during the Bath be towards or away from the heart? (A) It's more for the extremities, you see, and about the waist. It isn't so hard on the heart as it will be upon that incoordination between superficial AND the cerebrospinal circulation, and make for spasmodic reactions, see?

8. (Q) Should the massage be all over the body? (A) As JUST indicated, more to the limbs and closer around the torso of the body.

9. (Q) Is the diet being followed properly? (A) This is very good.

10. (Q) Any other treatments to be added or changed? (A) These as we find, if they are adhered to, give the hopes for a bettered condition of the body.

Keep up the little pills - that is, the Codiron. These will be very effective in keeping a better balance, creating an appetite, giving strength and furnishing the proper vitamins that have been destroyed because of inability of proper assimilation and digestion.

11. (Q) Are the plates from the Appliance being attached over proper areas? (A) These are very well. Keep the plates very polished, or clean; that is, after the Appliance is disconnected, rub them off; when the attachments are made again, or before they are made again, rub off the plates again. By capillary attraction these tend to collect adherences from the body itself, by their activity; and naturally when taken off of the body another character of reaction is natural from their standing or not being in use - because of the current having been carried through same. Hence polish these off each time before and after their use, see?

12. (Q) How often should the body have the general massage? (A) Whenever it needs it! and that will depend, of course, upon the reaction of the body itself. If it's every other day, or three times a week, it would really be better; but let this be a reaction from the body itself. Do those things as we have indicated.
