1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions he has submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: (Not so good for the last day or so!)
3. As we find, in the main there are still some improvements; while there are those days when there is the feeling as of a stiffening or of a great deal more soreness in the attempts of the body to move or to use self, and soreness in portions of the knees, pelvis, and even through the torso.
4. Most of this as we find arises from the lack of proper eliminations of that assimilated and of the used energies in the exercising of the body.
5. These then as we find would be the most helpful for the body:
6. When such disturbances arise, it is well that there be a high enema for the purifying of the colon and of the whole of the intestinal system so that the strain may be removed.
7. As fast or as soon as possible, or practical - though it may require several days for the body to be able to get any use with same without a great deal of help - it is well that there be begun the use of the crutches. Use them for two or three days, or attempt to, and then leave them off for a while.
8. When there is the sand and sea bath, it is well that the body be covered with sand afterward - dry sand. Let the body be thoroughly wet in the sea water - this meaning with the bathing suit and the body thoroughly wet - and then immediately cover the body in DRY sand, see? not wet. Cover the entire body except, of course, the head and face, - which should be shaded from the sun, while the rest of the body should be in the sun as much as possible - that is, the mound of sand OVER the body should be in the sun, see? Do not let there be such a weight on the body as to cause a great deal of distress by the weight of the sand, but let

the body remain covered in this manner for twenty to thirty minutes, if it can be fairly comfortable for that length of time without it being a dread or a burden. The sand in this particular locality is not as efficacious as it might be where there is more radium or gold or other activities in same, but use that in hand for the present. This done once a day should STIMULATE the CAPILLARY circulation.
9. When the body exercises, either by pulling or by attempting to swim in the water - if it is practical or possible for the body - movement or activity in the water will be found to be MOST beneficial, if the water is sufficiently warm. Let the body be put into same and attempt to move the limbs and body in same; this will be helpful.
10. After such a sea and sand bath, as well as after the periods of attempted exercises, when the muscles and joints are in a great deal of strain or stress, we find that it would be well to relax and to strengthen the body by the use of a rub with a combination of oils, which as we find in the present would be most helpful for the body. Prepare same in this manner:
11. To 4 ounces of Russian White Oil, add - in the order named: Peanut Oil..........................1 ounce, Oil of Sassafras Root.............1/4 ounce, Oil of Cedar Wood.................1/2 ounce, Oil of Pine Needles.................1 ounce. These will separate, but shake together and massage into the muscles and joints what the body will absorb.
12. As to the Appliance, and those applications as indicated with same, keep those.
13. As to the general diet, keep that that is body-building.
14. And keep the mental attitudes towards creative and constructive forces, ever.
15. Ready for questions.
16. (Q) Any other exercises than those mentioned? (A) Any that the body may in any manner attempt, see? But for the present, the attempt to swim, the attempt to move - AFTER the use of the Packs - the pulling, and those attempts with the crutch - it'll be pretty much of an exercise, under the existent conditions!
17. (Q) How often should the rub with the combination of oils be given? (A) As indicated, AFTER the swim OR the muscular exercise.
18. (Q) How can the legs best be straightened? (A) This should be attempted gradually, and NOT by sudden
849-33 Page 3
breaking or moving of same. See, the joints need to be rubbed THOROUGHLY with the oil; AND that there be builded in the system a better exercise of the FLOW of circulation, see?
19. (Q) Is the Appliance being worked correctly? (A) This is very well.
20. (Q) Should the entity continue his daily attempts at writing, or wait until he is better? (A) Let the body here, mentally and physically, be moved by the impulse or emotion in same. Yet, as has been indicated, if there is held the CONSTRUCTIVE ATTITUDE, there will be the desire to do a little something each day - and more and more when the days are better. These are then the attitude and manner of conduct in such.
21. (Q) Is the mental and spiritual attitude right? (A) As indicated, KEEP that - and hold to the faith of the fathers!
