Time of Reading 3:40 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Clearwater, Fla.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions he has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [849].

3. As we find, conditions continue to improve slowly but surely.

4. There needs be those precautions in keeping up the rubs and massage, especially through the locomotory centers and areas to the lower portion of the cerebrospinal system; also the sciatic nerves and muscles; that the conditions do not become static - and for the strengthening of the limbs.

5. Thus the body may be enabled to gradually risk or trust self to crutches or canes. For such a strengthening of the limbs it would be well that there be arranged a manner whereby several times day, or whenever there is the inclination, the body may pull self (by pulling or rope) to almost - or gradually to a fully erect position. This would be gradually, to be sure; though there may be the strengthening gradually, with the rest of the applications, of the muscular forces and tendons so as to bear the greater portion of the weight of the body.

6. The rest we would keep very much in the manner as has been indicated for same.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Is that just described in answer to the question as to the best method of procedure in attempting to use crutches? (A) That's the manner in which there may be the greater ability for strength, for it will give - of course - the greater strain in the upper part of the body, but these attempts to pull up will, of course gradually, strengthen the muscles and ligaments of the areas about the upper portion of the sciatic centers, and the limbs.

9. (Q) Should anything be done to stop the muscular spasms that result from exercise, especially those in the right leg? (A) It is well, after the attempt of exercise, to rub the

muscles well with grain alcohol or whiskey.

10. (Q) Should anything other than Tim be used to counteract the itch in the rectal area? [Seems to get better after a colonic irrigation.] (A) Paso's lozenges may be used in combination with Tim, if so desired; as these will tend to stay longer than the Tim in the area.

11. (Q) Could something be taken to quiet the nerves during times of stress and strain? (A) Such may be taken, but these should be kept just as far away from as practical or possible. For any sedative that may be taken would gradually grow as a need for the body, see? When the need becomes too great, then Silosan may be taken; but this should be mighty far apart, and just as little as is possible.

12. (Q) Is there any danger in the tendency of the right arm to remain sore and bent at the elbow? (A) This again is an indication of the need for the rubs. Of course, this will be another usage by the pulling of the body. At first it will be only a pulling without other than just gradually sufficient to pull the body up, see, and not sufficient to pull it erect. And this will tend to strengthen. Well that THIS area BE rubbed with either the alcohol or with any of the liniments that tend to strengthen or to heal sore muscular forces.

13. (Q) Should anything be done to help the cartilage that slips out of place in the right knee? (A) Yes - this should be massaged, too, but preferably massage this with salt and pure apple vinegar - a saturated solution. Gently massaging this, it will absorb sufficient so that in a little while this will remain without any slipping.

14. (Q) Any further advice for this body? (A) Keep that mental attitude of constructive forces and influences, and make for the use of the mental and spiritual attitudes for better constructive material atmosphere and expression.
