1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions he has submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [849].
3. As we find, there continues to be slow improvement.
4. Much better reaction and much better flexus, through the activity of the locomotary centers, is being attained in the more recent activities than was indicated before.
5. For the next two to three to four weeks, or until the weather or the climatic condition is such as to cause a strain upon the body, we find it would be better to keep under the present existent activities.
6. Be sure there is used the oils in making the massages especially over the locomotary centers in the lumbar and sacral area, as well as in the muscular and limb activities, and especially the knees.
7. Also (while the application will make for a little bit of toughness) we would occasionally use an equal combination of Compound Tincture of Benzoin and either Olive Oil OR Cocoa Butter (so as to make it work the easier). The absorption of the Benzoin into the muscular forces BY the thorough massage will be a material aid to stimulating the superficial circulatory forces, and thus enabling the body to gain better control of the muscular forces where there has been the inclination for an atrophy or the lack of the vital superficial circulation in the muscular and tendon forces of the lower extremities, especially. This would be massaged, of course, all over the cerebrospinal system, but more particularly through the lumbar and the sacral and the muscular forces of the sciatic nerves and tendons or ends in the hip and the tendon under the knee, and about the limb, in that way and manner. This would be done only about once or twice a week, you see; while the others would be used in the regular order as has been indicated.

8. Keep the Appliance; keep the exercises as much as practical, but do not overdo it.
9. When the weather becomes so warm as to be a strain, it would be necessary and better for the body to move to other climes. If practical or possible, keep the present masseuse.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) Would it be best for the body to remain on the island, or go to the mainland? (A) This would depend upon which becomes the more practical as to climatic conditions, or as to the PRESSURE that comes about as the general change comes in climatic conditions.
12. (Q) Except for massage, what program of exercise should the body follow at this stage? (A) As indicated, the pulling up - not to overdo or strain the muscular forces of the back - because these need some attention also - under the shoulder blade and about the waist and the like, see? but as much of the USE of the body in and towards locomotion as practical. But be precautious that there's not the overtaxing, or that there isn't the attempt to do that which the body is not capable of, without someone close to the body when the attempts are made. Plenty of swimming, if it is practical at all - as much activity in the water as possible, because this will be materially helpful. And AFTER same, especially, the rubs. The Appliance should be kept, as indicated; for this adds to the activity of the assimilating system those vital forces necessary to supply the elements that will replenish or rebuild the system.
13. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) Keep the mental constructive influence. Use the powers and influences and forces that are given you, for more constructive thinking and activity.
