Time of Reading 11:05 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which may be submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [849]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, in the main conditions are developing most satisfactorily.

4. There needs to be some little assistance, as we find, that would be helpful in aiding the muscular forces and the tendon ends to take on more elasticity; with the activities of all other properties and applications that have been and are being administered.

5. All of those we would keep in the order as has been indicated, and in the main being adhered to.

6. We would add, now - and in the manner indicated, for we will find these vitamins working in a most unusual manner, - the extra vitamins, especially E, as found in the Wheat Oil. Give only one minim each day for five days; leave off for three days; then give two minims for five days, leave off for five days. Then begin with three minims for five days, leave off for three days; then five minims each day for five days.

7. Then it would be well to seek information as to its relative activity with other properties.

8. In the massage - here we would keep those oils that have been indicated, but do not depend upon the oils alone to be effective in the activity through the absorption alone. Rather use the oils as the basis for making a better application of a circular massage; rather than just straight down or up, gently circular in the motion, particularly across the sacral and the area where the sciatic nerve begins - at the upper portion of the muscular forces of the sacral area. Also along the area under the knee, both above and below the knee - and especially the feet. The

straining back gently of the toes of the feet TOWARDS the body (upward, to be sure) is much more effective than just the massage in the muscular forces of the lower limb, - though this should be done also; but all in a circular motion, save - of course - the massage or the movement of the feet, the heel, the toe. And, to be sure, massage thoroughly in the Achilles' burse as well as the burse in the area just below toward the arch and the big toe.

9. Do these, with the rest; and keep as much of the influences through the diet indicated as possible. The gelatin may be taken in water or prepared in the meal, but do not tire the body of same - alter it as much as possible.

10. The more fruit, the better.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) What suggestions may be given for Dr. Crews? (A) Let her work as is indicated in the present, but do those things we have outlined.

13. (Q) What technique should be used in straightening the legs? (A) Hasn't it just been given?

14. (Q) Any other suggestions for the body? (A) Keep in the open as much as practical, but when so much of the Wheat Oil is taken not too much in the sun, see? The sand packs and the sea water are well for the body, but be sure he is put in dry sand!

15. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Wife " " Ass'n file ile
