Time of Reading 10:45 to 11:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [849].
3. Now as we find, in the main the body continues to be on the improve. While there is still much to be desired, the consistent and persistent application in the manner indicated of those applications for betterment will enable the body to continue to improve.
4. As has been indicated, few or little curative forces arise from the internal or external applications, but these are necessary to insure that the activities of the physical body in its assimilation and elimination are not hindered.
5. To be sure, the very nature of the infected forces arises from static conditions having been produced in the system; and, as has been indicated, it is necessary that the nerve forces be almost rebuilded.
6. Then, it is necessary that the applications made be in those directions to assist the natural sources, and natural rebuildings to take place in a normal manner.
7. To be sure, this has been and is a slow process, and at times portions of the joints and ligament ends give a great deal of pain, as well as the cushions or bursa in the joints. This is natural with the sources arising in the system's attempting to eradicate those conditions which have been and are existent.
8. All of this is being carried on in the present.
9. Then, we would keep those properties that keep down pain at times, but we would gradually get these a little farther apart - save when there are the periods necessary for the eliminations through the breaking up of areas.
10. We would keep the vibrations of the low electrical forces carrying Gold into the system.
11. Again we would add, now, the Wheat Germ Oil; not more
849-53 Page 2
than the system can stand, but that which aids the natural sources of supplying those energies builded in the system: aiding same through the rubs, the massage, the adjustments mechanically (osteopathically); and - by all means - keep up the exercise!
12. As we find, begin with about two drops of the Wheat Germ Oil once each day. If this is assimilated, and does not cause an upset, after ten days increase it a drop; and after ten days increase it again - until it is possible to assimilate or handle at least five drops each day.
13. We would leave off the Gelatin with the Wheat Germ Oil; but take the orange juices - AND if practical drink at least a pint, or more, each day!
14. The ADIRON should be continued; two pills each day.
15. In the matter of the diet - do not keep just ONE thing. It is necessary that each day there be plenty of liquids, both in the diet and in the quantity of water taken.
16. Calcium is now needed, in a manner that it may be assimilated, and gradually take the place of that which has been crystallized in the bursa and portions of the structural body. This we would add in the form which we have indicated as the BEST - the chewing of bones or ends of bones of the fowl. If this is abhorrent to the body, or disagreeable, then take CALCIOS, about three times each week, just what would cover Premium cracker as butter. Best that this be taken of evenings.
17. Keep the eliminations, though it is necessary at times to have the enemas.
18. Keep the body warm; not too much cold or drafts on the body.
19. Keep the activities in the open, AND the sunshine, as much as practical.
20. Do these and, as we find, we will continue to see improvements in the GENERAL health, as well as the removal of causes of the disturbances in the system; and we will overcome those conditions that hinder in locomotion and activity.
21. Ready for questions.
22. (Q) Should the body make an effort at this time to have local work done on the teeth? (A) He SHOULD! For this adds to the inconvenience, as well as makes for the absorption of poisons that cause shoulders, elbows and arms at times to give distress.
23. (Q) What will aid in whitening the teeth? (A) Any good dentifrice is very well. The HEALTH has much to do with this; but any good dentifrice is alright.
24. (Q) Any changes in the methods of giving the packs or
849-53 Page 3
the osteopathic treatments? (A) Apply the packs over all the areas where INFECTED activity is indicated. Make still deeper applications in the lumbar, sacral centers and ESPECIALLY in the femur or head where there are the sciatic centers or nerves, and UNDER the knees.
25. (Q) What about the Epsom Salts Baths now? (A) We haven't given them any more yet!
26. (Q) Any suggestions regarding the activities in the exerciser? (A) As given, TAKE the exercises. Increase these if possible, a little bit more at least every other day. These are the sources of the recuperation, you see; NATURE'S way, and these are the helpful forces - for it is rebuilding that apparently DESTROYED, which MUST be rebuilded by that assimilated and - to be sure - the drosses eliminated.
27. (Q) Any suggestions regarding the best time for the body to work? (A) When the body feels like working is the best time! But set a time and do it! The mental attitude has MUCH to do with the general conditions; the DETERMINATION to fight it through. These are necessary, and will include the work as well as play, as well as social activity; but don't let one interfere with the other!
