Time of Reading 10:55 to 11:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. In many ways the conditions are gradually on the improve.

4. We find that those administrations already indicated and outlined for the body need to be kept. We would not alter or change those suggestions. We WOULD be more specific in the adjustments, as well as in keeping better eliminations.

5. Use the Senna for a time, or any combinations of a senna base that are effective. These will tend to aid in removing those drosses that are gradually being broken up by the mechanical (osteopathic) adjustments, as well as the applications of the Packs.

6. These may be made more severe, or apparently become more severe, but these are necessary, as well as the activity as much as practical. Work AGAINST even the tendencies to be "easy" with self, if there would be the gaining of the use of the system.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) What caused the severe pain in left knee and what should be done when this happens? (A) This is the breaking up of those crystallizations. It comes partially from cold, and from too much sweets.

9. (Q) What should be done to relieve this when it occurs? (A) Leave off sweets, and increase eliminations! Also the applications of heat, even with that to be applied, as well as the salts.

10. (Q) Is the Appliance working satisfactorily? (A) It is working when kept charged to full capacity. As indicated, this should be somewhat heavier in its charge than that ordinarily used.

11. (Q) Any treatments which will aid the stretching of limbs? (A) Only the mechanical adjustments AND the attempts to stretch when in the machine or the exerciser.

12. (Q) Are osteopathic treatments being given properly?

849-54 Page 2

(A) We have just been talking about these! When these are allowed to be, they are given very well!

13. (Q) Any suggestions regarding diet, other than leaving off sweets? (A) As indicated, NOT TOO MUCH SWEETS! More fruits, more vegetables. All KINDS of fruits SHOULD be taken.

14. (Q) Any other changes or addition to treatments? (A) It has just been indicated that there is not to be too much change, except in being more persistent and watching the diet, and keeping better eliminations.

15. (Q) What sweets may be taken, or are best for the body? (A) Honey, or those made with honey. Not cane sugars, NOT cakes, NOT pies! These should be taken very, VERY seldom!
