Time of Reading 10:30 to 10:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [849].

3. As we find, conditions are developing very well. There is greater general and constitutional improvement than we have had here before, in some time.

4. There needs to be kept all of those applications and suggestions that have been indicated for the body; in the corrective forces mechanically (osteopathically) made, as well as the application of the Packs; and the exercises should be attempted more severely toward straightening the limbs, now.

5. Also, the activities in the mechanical adjustment would be given in the hip and the centers of the sacral area.

6. Do these, as we find, for the better improvements for this body.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) What should be the nature of the exercises to straighten the legs more, and how often should they be taken? (A) In the beginning, about twice a week. After the third week, about three times a week. After that, about every day - that is, after another three week period. Not merely the pulling of the body UP with the arms and the upper portion, but so that there is some weight put ON the limb and the body attempt to raise up on same, see?

9. (Q) Would the type of hoist exerciser as illustrated in the drawing I hold in my hand be helpful in straightening the leg? (A) If used in the manner here indicated, very well. If used merely to strengthen the muscular forces of the body and the back, it will not be so helpful.

10. (Q) Any suggestions for improving the diet. (A) Be warned as to too much sweets, as indicated. Of course, honey may be used; or the pastries made with BROWN

sugar and not with the white or cane would be preferable, if there is the insistence upon having same. Use more of the fruits that make for better eliminations. These are the changes only we would make.

11. (Q) Why type of fruits particularly would aid in eliminations for this body? (A) Figs, prunes, pears, oranges, and such; dates; figs that would be dried and then stewed, you see - both the black and the regular fig. This does not indicate that he is to go on a fig diet, but these are to be taken two to three times a week, as well as the prunes and those of such natures as these.

12. (Q) Should the senna tea be taken every day? (A) Not every day; but three to four times a week.
