Time of Reading Clearwater Beach, 11:00 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Florida.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [849]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, in the general conditions improvements still are coming about.

4. In the different environs, the activities may be somewhat different from those in the last environ.

5. Then, as we find in the present, the body is gradually overcoming the taxation produced by physical and mental anxieties from trip. These have produced some other pains, - those across the area just below the 9th dorsal, almost as a circle about the upper portion of the abdomen. This is gradually diminishing, and will more so as the massage for the body as well as the limbs is carried on.

6. In the present we would continue each day with the use of the Appliance. And be sure there is sufficient stirring of the ingredients for perfect dissolving; having all of the ingredients combined in the order as indicated. For, without sufficient of the acid AND of the zinc, the others will not produce the proper vibrations.

7. As to the massage - keep this with the Peanut Oil; especially the limbs and the sacral and spinal column. This we would have every day.

8. We would keep up the exercises, as the body can gradually be strengthened by the determined forces of the body to stretch the limbs.

9. Do have the sun and sand packs. Not as much may be accomplished from the sand packs here as might be from those in the vicinities where the radial activity of the ingredients in the sand is different, but these are well.

10. As soon as practical (but be sure there are the aids), swim in the water as much as possible. The will aid the

body in gradually controlling itself. It will also aid in the activities that are not practical - as yet - in movements out of water.

11. These we would keep up, with ALL of those activities that have been indicated for the body.

12. Of course, the pain reliever is still necessary at times - both the venom and the Aspirin. Gradually decrease, however, as the strength allows; though there will be periods when it will be necessary to take same regularly. DO find periods, though, when the mind and the body CONTROLS rather than giving way to the activity of same without making a fight against same.

13. DO continue with the mental attitude of cooperative, constructive thinking. Don't talk one way and act another. Be consistent, be persistent. Use the abilities, mentally and physically, in constructive thinking, writing and acting. And AS these are used in helping others, it will bring help to the body.

14. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) Is Mrs. Elizabeth Townsend [Lizzie G. Townsend - Mrs. Pierce Townsend], the masseuse now administering to the body, capable of giving the necessary mechanical treatments? (A) Capable of giving necessary mechanical treatments. Let all of the massage be done, as this body does it, with the Peanut Oil used as a source of massaging into the muscles, tendons, and areas about knees, feet and limbs. Do this, and these will aid materially. The response will be quicker as there is the gradual stretching, as the water is also used as a means of support.

16. (Q) Should the sand packs be given in the same manner as those at Virginia Beach, and how often? (A) Given in the same manner, but there will not be the same reaction. Take these whenever there is the ability or the time. If it is every day it is not too often.

17. (Q) Any changes in the routine of the body as to diet, battery, rubs, exercise, etc.? (A) These we would keep very much in the same manner. In the diet, add as much of the vegetables as possible that have iron. Also have plenty of sea foods. Don't become set against these - just change the manner of preparing same, see?
