Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern War Time. Clearwater Beach, Fla.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [849]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there are continued improvements. While the circulation through the extremities is gradually being improved, we find that this will require considerable patience and persistence in enabling the circulation to remove the broken up conditions from crystallization between the nerve and muscular tissue through the knees and feet. And as this is aided, of course greater improvements will come.

4. The manner in which this may be aided, other than by that being administered, would be to use either the sitz baths of Epsom Salts or the Epsom Salts Packs on knees and feet and ankles. These would be given at least once a week, but for three days beforehand the Atomidine would be taken as heretofore indicated.

5. The massages and the assistance in straightening the limbs are very good.

6. Keep up the electrical Appliance; one of the anodes for the feet, as indicated.

7. The exercises with the weights are very well, though there needs to be more of the weight; that is, somewhat heavier. Though it may hurt, as it naturally will at times, this is well.

8. When there is the ability to exercise in the water, this character of exercise is well. For every movement, especially of the limbs. Holding to a bar or some stationary object - if the body will then exercise the feet with the clearing from the ground or from the water bottom, see - this will give the better exercise for the limbs and the feet.

9. The rest we would keep much in the manner as has been and is being administered.

10. It is necessary, to be sure, to keep up good eliminations. Do not get the body overweight. Thus it is necessary that the body watch the diet, though foods that give plenty of strength - especially to nerve and muscle building - should be a part of the diet. Fish and fowl, fresh vegetables - these should be the basic portions of the diet.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) Is the breaking up being done correctly? (A) As indicated, this is very well but will be found to be better by either the sitz baths or preferably the Packs - though this will take more time, to be sure.

13. (Q) Can anything more be done to help the body eliminate the poisons as they are broken up? (A) As has been indicated, this application will help - but it will require more of the hand rubbing with the oils afterwards, see?

14. (Q) Are the attempts at walking being made correctly? (A) These as indicated are very good. These should not be too much with the weights, though at times - say, at least once a week - it would be well to attempt to walk with the weights on the feet.

15. (Q) Are the shoes being used the proper type and fit? (A) These are very good.

16. (Q) Is Mrs. Townsend's rate of procedure fast enough, or too fast, or sufficient? (A) As we find this is very good. These will be times - as will be indicated to the body Mrs. Townsend as well as to Mr. [849] - when it can be broken up faster than at others, see? and there will be other times when it must be a little bit slower.

17. (Q) Any further advice? (A) Keep the good work, and keep the right attitude - and the usefulness of self and its abilities for creative influences, as the improvements come. For, to have the body well and not used in creative forces, it had better remain as it was!
