Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern War Time. Clearwater Beach, Fla.

1. GC: You will answer the questions regarding this body as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [849].

3. While there are great improvements in many ways, it is necessary that the body - insofar as possible - not become overanxious as yet at general attitudes or general conditions (and this is not as a criticism of the attitudes in the present); for these work to the disadvantage of the body. Know that it is with purposefulness that ye are to do those things that may bring better conditions in the physical forces of the body. To be sure, there are many more or better conditions to be desired, but use that ye have and be thankful that they are as well as in the present. And this will add considerably to the better welfare.

4. The only changes we would give from that being applied would be to use the Ichthyol Ointment on the right limb; that is, the foot, the ankle, the areas where there has been the tenderness by the breaking of those areas that become sore.

5. Use a little heavier shoe, not more than a quarter pound weight, on the left foot. This of course, needs more correction in the sacral area, where there are the needs for obtaining a flow of the nerve impulse to the area across from right side to left side, to aid this limb to become nearer normal.

6. This may be done by the adjustments and massage in the area.

7. It would be well to apply Glyco-Thymoline Packs, quite hot, over the lumbar and sacral area - just before the adjustments are to be made. Do not have these so hot as to irritate, but do have sufficient warmth to relax; and we find that these applied also to knee would be beneficial.

8. Then let the one making the adjustments gradually pull on

the left limb as to straighten it. This, added with the weight, should bring better conditions.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) Is it true that the right side of the body is getting well now while the left is not? Why is this? (A) As indicated, in the area where there is the cross circulation of blood and nerve force there needs to be the stimulation to activity, and this may best be done in the manner as we have outlined.

11. (Q) Can anything be done further to help the left leg unbend? (A) As just indicated, the application of the Packs in the sacral area and in the area where the nerves cross in that end of the left limb, also around the knee.

12. (Q) Should a new pair of shoes be secured for the body? (A) Do as indicated, and add about one quarter pound heavier.

13. (Q) Is there anything the body can take to aid it in resisting the increasing coldness of the water while swimming? (A) It would be better to smear the body with axle grease, and it will aid in resisting the coldness felt in the water. Then when this is to be cleansed, cleanse it with soda - this will take it off.

14. (Q) What is the best time of day to go swimming during the winter months? (A) Between 11 and 2.

15. (Q) Any other suggestions for the winter schedule? (A) As indicated keep up all those suggestions - the Appliance, the massage and all of those things indicated for the body. Do keep up more of those foods that tend to make muscle tendon, nerve tissue and the like - in the gelatine, see? Do keep that up. And keep the spiritual attitude as for a purposefulness. This is very necessary. Don't become aggravated. You are about to pull over the hill - don't grow weary in welldoing.
