Time of Reading 4:15 to 4:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ky. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [852], this we have had before.
2. As we find, conditions have been and are somewhat acute. Yet if there are the proper precautions, there need not be a great deal of anxiety.
3. For at least a day, to set up eliminations through the alimentary canal and to alleviate the toxic forces, we would take principally fruit juices; also using high enemas.
4. Then begin with taking Zilatone; three tablets each day, following two of the meals - whether a cup of soup is taken or a cup of orange juice or what. Take one tablet about half an hour after the morning meal, and two tablets about half an hour after the evening meal.
5. Then skip one day. Then continue again. Keep these up, in this manner, skipping one day between, until the gall duct has been well emptied - and until there is no more temperature.
6. If necessary, take an enema on the day that is skipped, so that we may cleanse or empty the gall duct itself.
7. The taking of the Zilatone, the first time it is taken, may tend to cause a little nausea; but use only ice or lemonade or limeade - cold - to prevent same - or for keeping down the temperature.
8. The pressures that are indicated in the lower portion and to the left side of the lung are from gases in the stomach itself. Hence the taking of the fruit juices and enemas before beginning with the Zilatone.
9. Keep quiet for several days, but in the open as much as practical.
10. Not too much exercise nor too much food, see; but those things that are easily assimilated.
11. Stimulate osteopathically the eliminations from the duodenum. There should be had at least three to four manipulations, and these directed to emptying the duodenum.
