Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Body and enquiring mind, who seeks information, advice and guidance as to his mental, material and financial welfare and associations. Ques.)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [853], this we have had before.

2. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Are my amended accounts as administrator of the Drewery estate, which have been filed and to be filed, correct? (A) These as we find are correct. There may be a question on one of the amendments but as we find acceptable, correct.

4. (Q) Where is the court order signed by E. L. Travis, Jr., allowing me to pay Mrs. Frances Page $50 per month for the Page children, docketed? Give book and page. (A) (In undertone) Page 53, Rocky Mount. No, this is another order. This appears not to have been written. The order still remains as an order and is yet to be, with some other papers, recorded as an order, and is in those courts here where this was first given, see?

5. (Q) Was it signed? (A) It's signed!

6. (Q) In what file is it? (A) Documents or Court Orders to be recorded. It's pushed back. Pull this file entirely out. You see, it was among those in the last and has been pushed behind others and caught.

7. (Q) What year? (A) This was given here two, three years ago.

8. (Q) Where can the original order be found? (A) This is the original order!

9. (Q) Will my account of this estate be approved as they now are?

853-7 Page 2

(A) They'll be approved.

10. (Q) What action would be best for me to take under the present circumstances? (A) See that these court orders are in their proper place, in their proper associations with those orders that have been issued in accordance with this order, see? and you will find that we will have all of these in shape.

11. (Q) Should I make a trip to Halifax to attend to this matter, or could I do it by correspondence? (A) Best that this be done in person.

12. (Q) At this time? (A) The sooner the better, to be sure, for these should come up for the reports in the next court.

13. (Q) Where is the receipt of J. Paul Speed for 1935 taxes on this estate? ($311) (A) This we don't find here. (Pause) This we don't locate here.

14. (Q) What are the next steps I should take to locate cached goods in N.C.? (A) As we find, taking into consideration those suggestions that have been given, that there should come through those periods of meditation or of the entity's turning itself, as it were, back to those periods of experience in which there have come some two or three periods when these have been almost as it were located. There have been periods when there have been seen activities wherein there were the actual activities of individuals that were associated with the entity during those periods of this caching. There have been the indications with an animal that was a portion of the entity's experience during that period in the attempt of the animal to uncover those things as pertained to same. These indicated a place, as has been indicated, that it should be. Then, obtain the mechanical appliances that aid in locating of same and then proceed. As we find, as to a period or a time, as soon as the opportunity presents itself - which will, of course, be better when there is not so much foliage though these will come as a period as we find that would be the beginning of a hunting season.

15. (Q) What is the location of the sycamore tree, with respect to what body of water? (A) Where there was in those periods a stream, that emptied into the channels that are very close to the cache - as we

853-7 Page 3

find.

16. (Q) What was the name of that stream? (A) Not named then. Now, we will find - it is called a Bottom of some kind now.

17. (Q) Is it Clark's Bottom? (A) We don't get the association. It seems more as of G - Goddom's (?) Bottom. We will find here. The good intent and purposes of the entity in associations with this so outweigh the act itself, it makes for rather the seeking for that which is unpleasant. Yet as we find, if there are the followings of the self in the dream, using the mechanical instruments, this should lead as rather away from that influence as would be necessary to indicate names and associations in the present. As we see these located, the entity has been in close proximity. There have been those things that were as heresays, as experiences of individuals that knew of same as a legendary thing. But as we find the entity in using the mechanical means, with its own attainments, may overcome those tendencies for the influences for divisions for associations to become rather as null; yet will require the use of same in its discovery and at the time of same, the entity to use same in a way and manner as will be beyond any question, in the same attitude as the body or entity assumed that even in a manner makes it possible for the entity to attain to the gaining of same in the present, see?

18. (Q) Does the interview I had with Mr. Opper, assistant general council of the Treasure, mean a promotion for me? (A) It would indicate that it would, and if there are those attitudes and the advantage of that interview as intimated kept, not as in a worriment to the individuals in charge but rather a reminder, would be well.

19. (Q) In what division will I be placed? (A) That that is the most satisfactory. Don't turn it down this time!

20. (Q) What are the next steps I should take to gain this promotion, and what position should I seek? (A) As has been indicated, would be to keep as in reminding of those intimations and promises in these interviews. And keeping in touch with those in authority in the placing of those in the positions that become more and more towards the legal end of that division of this service.

21. (Q) Give the name of the person and office to which I should go. (A) Rather keep it in those lines where those through whom

853-7 Page 4

the interview came indicate the individuals that are in the position, but don't allow self to be put off by merely "We will report." Find to whom they report!

22. (Q) What are the next steps I should take to collect commission owing to my wife by Mr. Howard White, on Harrison Timber Sale? (A) As we find, these should be through the Carolina associations with this, see? And insist that there be an accounting of those activities as related to the English corporation, also to the Greenpoint or Green Bay association, which acted in the capacities of those that made for the transactions; the Carolina associations being those with whom these have been - that is, the ones owning the lease or the right for lease in same.

23. (Q) Does that mean Long or Crewe? of Roanoke Rapids? (A) Long.

24. (Q) Give the correct name of the company purchasing the timber. (A) As has been indicated; this has been given. These came through the Greenpoint or Green Bay Company.

25. (Q) Since Mr. White denies that he sold this timber to the British Paper Co., would this information dictate a letter which would cause him to pay? (A) As has been indicated, it would be best that these be given through a demand of a report of the activities in respect to same through Long.

26. (Q) How can I prove to him that I know this timber has been sold? (A) By having a report FROM him to those as has been indicated, of what has been done.

27. (Q) Will Liberty, or what magazine will, accept my story, "State versus Hicks"? (A) There is a special consideration to be given by Liberty on such articles. It would be well that this be submitted. While this may not be used in this one in the beginning, it will be as one that should be accepted by same, and one that would come under the new writers and the associations with same.

28. (Q) When will this be? (A) This is to be opened now, as will be notified in the next issues.

29. (Q) Will the Saturday Evening Post accept "The Woman Who Came Back"? (A) This will be considered by them, as we find, but as WE find these will be well for such articles to be sold through an agency in same. Obtain the names of the one through some of those writers, as Moore or such.

30. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time?

853-7 Page 5

(A) Keep in that attitude for the presentation of self, those associations with those experiences, if there would be the location of this Cache. For this from the material standpoint would answer for many disturbing conditions that have arisen, that may arise, and thus should before the snow falls again be discovered.
