Time of Reading ... Avenue, 4:35 to 4:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes. We have the body; this we have had before.
2. As we find, conditions are rather disturbing from overactivity and the lack of taking those proper precautions as to the activities of the body during the periods of greater strain on the physical forces. Thus there are those tendencies for the overactivity of the pelvic system; and the lack of the proper precautions as to diet, as to holding to the necessary braces for the body, as to the organs of the pelvis.
3. It would be well for the body, in the immediate present, as we find, to have some manipulations that would tend to relieve these strains and stresses on the pelvic areas.
4. And as the body rests let it lie with the feet elevated above the body, you see, or the whole torso tending to be BELOW the lower portions of the system.
5. Heat, as from the electric pad, may be applied over the pelvis and the stomach area, following a massage with a combination of equal parts Mutton Tallow (heated, and then the others added in the order named), Turpentine and Camphor. Stir these together and massage in and across the abdomen, and across the small of the back, just what the body will absorb.
6. It would be well that there be a thorough course of the Fletcher's Castoria taken in broken doses until there is full activity from the alimentary canal. Take half a teaspoonful every thirty minutes, until there has been the full activity through the system.
7. Then, use those pads that would hold the stomach, the abdomen, in position, see?
8. We would continue with the use of the low electrical vibrations of the Radio-Active Appliance for an hour or an hour and a half each day.
9. And we will find we will make for better conditions for

this body, [854].
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) Is her work too hard for her? (A) At times. Cannot work too hard and play too hard at the same time!
12. (Q) Has she been using her treatments correctly? (A) Not all, as indicated. There have been indiscretions in not only the diet but in straining; too heavy, too much lifting and straining and standing on the feet too often during those periods as indicated.
13. (Q) How often should the manipulations be given? (A) We would have one each day for at least three to four days, and then they may be made twice or three times a week until ten to a dozen are taken. Doing these, as we find, will make for the better for this body.
14. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self (one for Osteopath who is to give the Copy to Ass'n file manipulations)
