Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Calif. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [855]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, there are considerable changes in the general physical forces of the body from that we have had here before. True, the causes of the conditions that disturb the body at times have not been entirely eliminated or eradicated from the system. And there may occur a reoccurrence of the conditions with the eyes, in a much milder form.
3. But, as has been seen and indicated by the tests that have been made upon the various functionings of the organs of the system, the reactions to the blood supply, to the functioning of the hepatic circulation and the reaction from the conditions as indicated are but the EFFECTS (as with the eyes) of poisons not being eliminated from the system. And they are in the form of a neuritis, or a congestion along the line of impulse of the circulatory system - as between the nerve impulse AND blood supply. For, with each nerve energy there is the accompanying flow of the circulatory system. Or, as should be stated, with the blood supply is the nerve energy carrying the impulse toward those. As indicated, the liver area congestion and the supply from the lacteal ducts are the areas from which the infectious forces - either to the lower circulation or to the head - arise; or from the impairments that have existed as to the proper reaction in this system.
4. As we find, we would continue with the massage that has been indicated.
5. We would add, now, a lower or low vibration from the deep therapy of the diathermy treatment; making the applications to the secondary cardiac plexus center in the cerebrospinal system - or at the 4th dorsal, and (the other anode) over the lacteal duct area. This should not be taken longer than a thirty minute period, though ordinarily this is shorter than would be given. But we should not make for too great a

strain upon the impulses for the circulatory forces with the nerve forces until there is a strengthening of the nerves' supply, the walls of the arterial and the lymph and the venous circulation. So these we would have twice a week for a period of three to four weeks, or four weeks. Then have a rest period of a week, and then take them for another three weeks. Then have a rest period for another week, and again take the treatments for a week. This should then have adjusted those conditions so that, with the massage, with the osteopathic adjustments THEN, we would make for a near normal condition, eliminating the causes of these disturbances.
6. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) Just what is the condition of the eyes? (A) When there have been the nerve plexus from the upper dorsal area, that supply the impulses, having a congestion there, this has produced a swelling in the areas about that supplying the nerve energies to the optic forces as to cause a distorted vision. However, the optic forces themselves do not show any disfigurement, any disorder; but only through those reflexes. Hence the vision is NOT impaired save when the iritis or neuritis affects the nerve supplies to the optics themselves.
8. (Q) What treatment should be applied for the sore tendon on the heels? (A) The diathermy treatment that makes those applications as indicated should so change the axes of the whole system as to make for the PROPER distribution of energies that will overcome those conditions. We would extend the massage of the oils, you see, over the sciatic, especially in the lumbar, the ileum plexus, along the sciatics and especially under the knees, and - of course - to the heels.
9. (Q) Should I continue entire treatment formerly suggested? (A) Should continue entire treatment; adding the diathermy in the MANNER indicated. After the three treatment periods with the diathermy, with the rest periods in between as indicated, we would then have the OSTEOPATHIC adjustments. BEST, though, that we give those suggestions then for the specific areas TO which the manipulations and adjustments would be directed.
10. (Q) Any further advice for the better welfare of this body? (A) We would do these in the manner as indicated. Then, at the end of the diathermy treatment period - of the three periods - we would give further instructions.

11. We are through with this reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See letter [which was enclosed] to Electrotherapist with directions for the diathermy treatments. Let us know when these treatment periods are finished, so we may make appointment to give directions for Osteopath.)
