Time of Reading 11:45 to 12:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Detroit, Mich. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [862].
2. Now, as we find, there are conditions of a very definite nature that disturb the better physical functioning of the body. The causes and the effects are apparently very far removed from one another, for the causes arise from improper eliminations, improper activity and functioning of specific organs, while the effect is to the heart's activity and in the effect it has upon the pulsation or the nerve forces to the head.
3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [862] we are speaking of:
4. In the BLOOD SUPPLY we find the evidences of the poor eliminations and activities of the excretory functioning of the liver and the poor coordination with the upper and lower hepatic circulation, so that not only do we have the effects of the natural toxemia or forces from the poor secretions from the gall duct and its activity but a disturbance also in the kidney and its activity; while the effect or pressure that has been produced is to dilate the circulation or the channels of circulation between the heart's activity and the liver. For the circulatory forces in the larger area going through the ducts of those portions of the heart's activity make for the dizziness, the heaviness that occurs at times in the system.
5. These, to be sure, should then be warned against: Either the flooding of the brain by the circulatory system or to such dilations of the aorta artery as to cause a congestion there. Not thrombosis in the circulatory force there, though there are the engorgements in those connections of the ducts or channels that carry this circulation. The poisons from the toxic forces and from the improper eliminations through the kidney make for these effects upon the circulatory system.

6. In the NERVE FORCES, these - as we find - are effects upon the nervous system as reflex conditions from disturbances in the organs themselves as indicated, and as also indicated in the circulation as the nerve forces and circulatory system are combined or must coordinate, these produce the pressures in those specific ganglia that make for the nerves' reflexes to the head and to the trunk portion of the system itself.
7. As to the functioning of the ORGANS themselves, these - as indicated - show disturbances by those pressures that have gradually caused the activities that make for disturbances in the circulatory system, as affected from the organs of the hepatic circulation that disturb the heart's activity; the dizziness, the blood supply, and the pressure - you see - is abnormal in its effect upon the system.
8. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions in this body, [862] we are speaking of, as we find:
9. First we must be very careful that there is not UNDUE excitement or activity of the body in too great a strenuous activity mentally or physically.
10. We would begin first with the high enemas or the colonic irrigations. In the first week we would have at least two of these. These should be followed each time by a very decided alkalin antiseptic to prevent irritation; but these should remove the dizzy feelings, the stumblings that come as a portion of the body's activity. Then afterward we would have these about once a week until the whole of the colon area has been cleansed.
11. We would be very mindful of the diet, that there are not any highly seasoned foods; no great quantities of meats, no quantities of the highly starchy foods but rather those of an alkalin-reacting nature.
12. Should these dizzy expressions appear, we will find that a very minute amount of the nitro-glycerine - given under the supervision of a physician only - would be preventative of the shortness of breath, the dizziness and fullness of the circulation or the tendency for the flooding of the internal circulation or deeper circulation.
13. But if these enemas are carried out - and if there are the proper adjustments made for those subluxations that exist in the upper dorsal area from the 6th to the 2nd dorsal and coordinated with the upper cervical and making for coordination - after these adjustments are made - with the lumbar and coccyx area; these given about three times each week for the first three weeks - we would find a great change for the better with this body.
14. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) What alkalin antiseptic would you advise after the colonics? (A) Either Lavoris or Glyco-Thymoline; a tablespoonful to a quart of water would be the proper proportions.
16. (Q) Any other specific suggestions for the diet? (A) As indicated, beware of highly seasoned foods and of too much starches or too much meats that are heavy, or red meats. These are harmful to those activities in the system itself. But with the following of these suggestions, as we find, these conditions should be immediately reduced; not only the pressure, not only those tendencies for the dizziness, the fullness or shortness of breath, but the tendency for the legs and lower limbs to become deadened or heavy. These conditions or effects, or symptoms, would disappear. Do that.
