Time of Reading 11:50 to 12:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [875].

2. Now, as we find, there are conditions of very definite natures that disturb the better physical functioning of the body. At times the effects of these conditions, as we find, are mistaken for causes. For while we find many portions of the system taxed owing to a diffusion of energies and the taking up of the supply of the influences within the body that would make for better physical energies, these are the conditions as we find them with this body, [875] we are speaking of, present in this room:

3. First, we find the BLOOD SUPPLY shows not only a disturbing factor within the blood supply itself, or factors, but a very much disturbed circulation. With those taxations to the system, this shows a disturbance in the metabolism and the katabolism of the system. Also in the blood supply we find there are times when there are very poor eliminations; at others there is very poor excretory functioning as related to the liver, the kidneys; at others we find the pancreas and the spleen become involved in the condition. This does not necessitate or mean that these organs are defective, but in their functioning at various periods of the distresses - in the effluvia or the urea of the blood itself there is indicated a deficiency in the number of the red blood cells, as in the present, with an excess of the white to the number of red. But this very condition may be changed within the next eight hours, dependent upon how much rest or how much stimuli there is to those portions of the system that supply or make for the using of these vital energies within the body itself.

4. In the NERVOUS SYSTEM we find disturbances, to be sure, but for a general condition this may be said to be only periodical that there are the overtaxations to the nervous system.

875-1 Page 2

However, the body in the physical activity often goes upon the whole of the nerve system itself by sheer WILL force. When there is a using of the energies in the will forces through the sympathetic and sensory forces of the body, this - to be sure - depletes the nerve energy as related to the cerebrospinal which makes for the building up or replenishing through the energies of the organs in their functioning throughout the system.

5. As to the functioning of the ORGANS themselves, we find:

6. Brain forces are very good. We find the discernments, the separations of what may be called the purely imaginative and the basic forces for the physical activity, are very good.

7. The eyes, ears, nose, throat, or those organs that function from the activity of the sensory forces, or receive impulses for the making of the activities, responses through the sympathetic nerve system, show stress and strain at times; and at others are almost clear. This depends again upon the energies that are exercised or used up in the vital forces of the body itself.

8. In the throat, bronchi, lungs and larynx, we find - through the poor circulations - there are periods when atmospheric pressures make for a vast difference upon the soft tissue as in the face; or the fullness as in the throat, or the tendency for the accumulation of phlegm in portions of the throat - too - at times, just in the back portion of the nasal cavity or upper portion of throat. At other times it may be deeper. This is from those attempts of the system to adjust itself to the varied conditions as it is called upon to meet in the activity MENTALLY AND physically of the body. If periods occur when there is overstrain, when there is the activity as in the antrum and the nasal passages - as occurs in the present, we find we have a fullness of same without a great deal of pain except occasionally ACUTE pain.

9. As to the functioning of the lung forces themselves, these are very good; but there is little of the clarification that SHOULD ORDINARILY be carried on in the purifying of the blood. Hence we have reinfections in the lymph through the lung area, but not an organic disturbance there; though at times there is a heaviness in the upper portion of either the right or the left lobe of same. Again, if there are distresses mentally, there will be rather the heaviness in the lower left lobe more than in the right. This is owing to the position of the pressure as deflects the circulation in the secondary cardiac plexus

875-1 Page 3

area; 3rd cervical, 4th dorsal. These are the ganglia from which these plexus radiate the circulation, nervously and blood supply, to portions of the bronchi, throat and head.

10. Heart's action, as indicated, is showing an irregularity at times; organically little disturbance.

11. In the digestive system, here we find a great deal of distress at times; for sympathetically - as has been indicated - it makes for a great deal of variation. We find those foods taken that at one time would agree at another apparently disagree entirely, or there's the tendency for acidity and the tendency for regurgitation from the duodenum to the pyloric portion of the stomach itself; a heaviness that occurs just across and below the diaphragm area, at times extending to the cecum area in the right portion, at other times occurring along the pressures that are made towards the left side in the ascending and descending, or transverse ascending and descending portions of the colon. These are the natural accumulations from the system's improper elimination, or not the correct balance in the circulation of the lymph or the white blood and leucocyte forces of the blood supply in creating the proper forces in energies used by the system that don't coagulate nominally for the energies used by the body, mentally AND physically.

12. In the activities of the hepatic circulation disturbances occur at times from the inflammation produced by the regurgitation, and at times an irritation - not as lacerations or ulcerations - in the walls of the stomach or duodenum itself; more, as it might be said, an overacidity or too great a quantity of the hydrochloric influences. And these may be tested by the body itself by this overflow that makes for a too great acidity in the activity of the bladder and kidneys; which may be tested even by litmus or by the boiling and the sediment that occurs from the urine at such periods. This makes for heaviness at times when these occur; this inflammation, this overacidity in the activity of the glands of the system and in the body as indicated by the lack of the proper flow or circulation. And the feet and lower limbs become heavy and tired; these are the effects.

13. Then, in applying those things that would bring the nearer normal conditions of this body, we find:

14. First, we would give that, while the body is very active, we would be a little more systematic in giving time for this, that or the other period of activity. Take the TIME; for this will make for periods when there will be a specific period for rest, specific period for a visit, specific period for activity in this, that or the other

875-1 Page 4

association; whether of the commercial, social or the greater activities in doing that for others which is a portion of the entity's or soul's experience. But BUDGET the time! Not as rote, but as NECESSITY for self and for the good it may do for others, and in filling and fitting self for its obligations.

15. During the periods of rest we would have rather the activities from the Radio-Active Appliance that is kept very active by being ready to be used when the body has the opportunities for using same; for fifteen, thirty minutes or an hour, two or three times each day.

16. Be very mindful that the diet is more of the alkalin-reacting in its nature than acid, and that there are not such combinations as starches with hydrochlorics or proteids with the alkalin foods that make for such reactions in the duodenum and those portions where the digestive forces regurgitate or produce gas, this filling up, this fullness in the stomach itself.

17. When there is a fullness after the meals, either from the acids or too great a quantity of those combinations that disturb, we would take a quarter to half a teaspoonful of AlCaroid; first stirred or dissolved in a small quantity of water and then added to a full glass of water before taking.

18. The gentle massage taken two or three times each week would be the better for the system.

19. Use enemas rather than cathartics.

20. Use douches for the organs of the pelvis to reduce the acidity and the tendency for irritation, with the Glyco-Thymoline as an antiseptic for the prevention of irritation by the improper secretions.

21. Keep these in a normal way and manner, and we should make for much better, much nearer normal conditions for this body, [875].

22. Ready for questions.

23. (Q) What is the cause of puffiness under the eyes? (A) The reaction from a combination of conditions, as has been indicated. Those sympathetic conditions from the kidney, but more specifically in the present - as indicated - from the irritations in the soft tissue of the face; as indicated directly from the 3rd cervical and 4th dorsal plexus areas.

24. (Q) Will you outline a specific diet for the body? (A) As we find, those activities of the body are such that to make a specific diet must become rote, which would become disturbing to the better conditions of the body. Then, we would give rather the things of which the body should be warned in regard to its diet, but combinations in other

875-1 Page 5

directions may be made. DO NOT eat bananas, either cooked or raw. Use only cooked apples; not raw. No white breads at any time. No red meats at any time. No fried foods of any kind. Beware of too great a quantity of shell fish of any kind; the baked are the more preferable. Meats should consist preferably of fish, fowl or lamb; but not fried. Do not have cereals and citrus fruit juices at the same meal. Have each day a glass of red wine with black or brown bread.

25. (Q) Do you find that there is any irritation left in the breast condition, and was the operation necessary? (A) As we find, the irritation to the gland conditions in the left breast area did not need operative forces. There still arises those conditions at times that make for some irritations, but these are only to the mammary glands; and unless there is an injury or a breaking down of the vitality of the circulation and nerve forces, this should NOT cause any further disturbance. For these PARTICULAR conditions that disturb the body occasionally, we would take the Animated Ash - one-eighth grain, followed with an electric bath; which means rather the ultra-violet light, especially over the body from the upper dorsal to the lower portion of the lumbar area. This will aid also in correcting those tendencies for the irritation through the eliminations in the pelvic activity.

26. (Q) Why is the menstrual period stopped? (A) The lack of the vitality of the sufficient functioning of the system to cause or produce the proper functioning. Hence, as has been indicated, the use of the douche with an antiseptic that would make for the relieving of pressure on the organs of the pelvis, see?

27. (Q) Are injections for the glands necessary? (A) Injections for the glands are not necessary, if sufficient of that is taken which makes for the glands to function nominally and properly.

28. (Q) Am I beginning a change of life? (A) This is the natural condition that arises at such periods especially when there has been strenuous activity in the mental and emotional forces of the body. The beginning, yes.

29. (Q) Could the body still have children? (A) Provided there is the normal creation of those conditions that would make for the ova to be produced in the body.

30. (Q) Any other suggestions for the body at this time? (A) Follow these suggestions that have been indicated.

875-1 Page 6

Use each day the Radio-Active forces for making for rest to the body. Have at least two or three periods each week of the massage that is indicated for the whole general forces of the body. Be mindful of the diet. Use once or twice a week, or when there is the irritation, the douches as indicated. At least once or twice a week take the Ash with the electrical bath as indicated; either in the ultra-violet rays or the Sun's Rays - either of these will produce the same effect. Do that.

31. (Q) Is alcohol bad for the body? (A) Alcohol in excess is bad for the body. As indicated, a glass of red wine once a day or twice a day as a food IS helpful. Excess of hard liquors or combinations are the more devastating to the gastric flow. Any stimuli that makes for a hardening of the secretions of the sympathetic system is harmful.

32. (Q) Should the body take coffee? (A) Coffee in moderation is alright. Coffee without cream or milk.

33. (Q) What is the cause of the black spots in front of the eyes? (A) The poor circulation. Not so much disturbance as has been indicated to the sympathetic system through the activity of the sensory system. Follow these suggestions. Be consistent; be persistent; and we will find we will have a much greater vitality, much greater vim, much greater reason and purpose. Then use it aright!
