The Savoy-Plaza, Time of Reading 5th Ave. at 58th, 4:20 to 4:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Body and enquiring mind. Questions regarding material affairs.)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [877]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, conditions, circumstances, the environs, the surroundings, have changed somewhat from those that were in the scope and vision of activity of the body since last we had same here.
3. Ready for questions.
4. (Q) What can I do to improve my financial position? (A) This, as we find, taken in consideration with means and manners that are sought, is rather irrelevant - or is rather all inclusive in much that is being sought. There are many channels to be considered. There are the associations and activities in which the body physically, mentally, may become associated with either financial institutions that become representatives of the government, or as a representative of the government through financial institutions that would become an activity in international relationships as well as in those that may be of rather the local or domestic relationships - rather than others. Then there are those manners in which the associations - very soon, not until there have been some changes (or until the latter part of March) - may be such that it would be well to dispose of the seat on the stock exchange. Or when there is the assurance of the connection with some institution or some associations that would give the leeway for such a disposal, then dispose of same. Also, in those periods about the latter part of March or April, there should be the disposal of the home - or house. These, in keeping with the surroundings and all, should
877-5 Page 2
bring the financial situation to be in a different position. As to manners, means, ways, then, choices are to be made by the body itself. For while changes have come in the manner and in the means, and in the ways that the general situation might have been - or may be - handled; this should not deter the body-mind from making the preparation or the proper associations or connections in DOING that for which the body has been and is best fitted, in its abilities and activities; though the circumstances may deter for the moment. How and in what manner, then, is asked, may the entity or body or mind determine? There have been set ideals in the mental and spiritual associations of the body. These have brought, as it were, almost IMMEDIATE reaction in proper directions, that enabled the body - as it were - for the time - to see those associations and connections that might be evinced by the very abilities of activities of the entity in given directions in the financial way and manner. These having shown, are being shown as lacking in some of the possibilities - through conditions and circumstances that have arisen, that are without the veil of the activity of the entity itself, the body has for the time being lost sight - as it were - of its SOURCE of supply. It would be well for the entity, then, to turn again WITHIN! For, know, as He hath given, "The silver and the gold are mine, and the cattle on a thousand hills." Hence those who put their trust in righteousness and judgement (not of men, but of the purposes that self may be the channel THROUGH WHICH there may come aid and help and understanding and awakening) may become those channels through which the worldly goods may be dispensed and disposed of in ways and manners to the glorifications of those purposes and causes WITHIN!
5. (Q) How can I sell my Sands Point house - (A) (Interrupting) Through those same channels that have been indicated, and through - as we find - those individuals that have made some indirect consideration of the property itself. And, as we find, as to the prices - these may be made satisfactory when there has been the proper association or connection, or proper showing of same - and the general
877-5 Page 3
circumstances that may be brought about by the very needs and necessities of the body; if its purposes and aims and desires are kept in that which has been set for self.
6. (Q) Is there any change to sell it to Normann Woolworth and if so, for what price and - (A) (Interrupting) Go about it in those routine ways and manners. As we find, there will be due considerations given here; but rather does it lead to the channel - as we find - rather than being sold to the individual direct.
7. (Q) Will the participants in the Melchers-Feldman syndicate get their money back? If so, when and what can be done to help? (A) In this we find there comes some questions. And it depends upon the considerations and the activities of individuals whose minds may be changed by circumstance. As we find indicated, though, to a greater extent they may - if there are those principles held, not merely of vindication of individuals' activities but of those activities that will allow some greater expansions that are necessary in carrying on. And this would insure the more of a return to investors.
8. (Q) What can I do to help investors in the PBA Corporation and affiliated companies and get their money back? Should this Corp. be continued or dissolved and its assets distributed? (A) As we find, after the due considerations that might be given, this dissolved and the assets distributed would be the more practical under the conditions that have arisen in the managements of same.
9. (Q) Should those holding stock in the American Seal Kap Corp. and PEM Corp. (holding Seal Kap shares) continue to hold? (A) Hold.
10. (Q) Should PEM Corp. be dissolved and if so, how - (A) Not unless there are other conditions that arise, that are not indicated in the present.
11. (Q) Is it wise for me to sell my stock exchange seat - (A) (Interrupting) As indicated; this would not be well to consider until associations or connections have been made to insure the activities supplying the needs in the financial activities. For there may be expected from same sufficient to meet the general running needs for the entity's activities.
12. (Q) What can I do to meet my debt situation? Will I be able to renew outstanding notes and - (A) (Interrupting) Will be able to renew, as we find, until sufficient or proper associations and connections have
877-5 Page 4
been made for handling the greater portion - or to insure the solvency of the entity in such ways and manners that these may be carried on.
13. (Q) Am I correct in expecting my present stock exchange business - [...] & Co. - to provide me with adequate income to meet current financial needs? (A) As has been indicated. First consider in all of these, and in those things that are indicated as the activities or connections of the entity, those things first given. First take stock of self, and the variations that have arisen by those little conditions that have been allowed to "slip in," as it were, in the purposes and desires within. Hold fast, thou, to that thou didst purpose. KNOW that His ways are not past finding out. They that seek may know; and this includes the material things as well as the mental and spiritual.
14. (Q) Is there any other way for me to increase my income? (A) Consider those things given.
15. (Q) Should I place my services at the disposal of the U.S. Government and if so, should I approach the Treasury Dept., the Federal Reserve or others, or should I sit tight and let them approach me? (A) Thou hast fitted thyself for activities in international associations, as indicated. Hence, to those departments of the Government, rather than to local or domestic relationships, as we find, would be the more preferable approach. Put self rather in the position to be called. And knowing thou hast done that in the RIGHT way and manner, THEN sit tight!
16. (Q) Should I endeavor to become associated with Lehman Brothers or some other investment banking house? (A) As indicated, first there must be the choice of those things; and then follow in those directions.
17. (Q) Should I endeavor to become associated with the Lehman Corp. or some other investment trust? (A) As indicated.
18. (Q) Am I not right in believing I am qualified and trained for international work - international finance, trade - (A) (Interrupting) As indicated.
19. (Q) If I am right, then what institution - (A) (Interrupting) As has been indicated.
20. (Q) Should I continue to handle other peoples' financial affairs or counsel and advise them?
877-5 Page 5
(A) These, as we have indicated, are a portion of the entity's activity - until there is the choosing of the way or channel of activity in those directions where there will be required the full or complete time; in those associations or connections that may be made for the international service.
21. (Q) Is there any advice to me regarding proper financing and handling of the Health Home Remedies Co.? [See [1800] series.] (A) As we have indicated in regard to associations or organizations of this character, there should be the opportunity given to ALL knowing of or having an interest in the purpose of such an organization; the opportunity to join in the activities of same. Choose from the list of such membership, or such associations, those that do have an interest in same - and present the opportunity. To be sure, while not dependent entirely upon the smaller contributors, we find that - because of the very class or type of organization - EVERY class or type of the own organization's should be given the opportunity to aid in financing and in carrying on the research departments, or work in such an association or connection.
22. (Q) Any general advice that can be given to me about my affairs, my finances, my studies - (A) (Interrupting) As indicated from the very first. Read that FIRST given. THIS was given first, and it is from that basis that all those seekings and questions and connections may be determined by self in due and proper consideration. Only upon that basis may the better influences be about the body. For he that putteth his hand to the plow and looketh back is worse than the infidel.
