Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [877]; this we have had before.
2. There are a great many improvements in the general physical forces of the body since last we had the physical reactions here. Yet, as we find, the body laboring or being activative under a stress and strain, at times it finds those reactions that are not altogether satisfactory. Yet the body may not be said to be ill at all. Yet this stress, this strain, with the attempts at times to stimulate same to a sufficient equalizing of portions of the body - whether with the use of smoking or the ales that make for such a stimulation in the activative forces of the body - the conditions become depressing in their reaction. And those conditions in the upper cervical area, as well as those conditions for the throat, or the lymph circulation making for a tendency of an irritation to same, those reactions to the eyes, ears, nose, through the pressures as created upon the centers from which the sensory system takes its impulse, become activating to the body.
3. As has been indicated for the body, we would find that conditions would alter if there would be more of a budgeting of the time; in a period for perfect relaxation, periods for recreation through the physical activities of the body recreation, the mental influences of the body; the reading, the applying of the self in those conditions or experiences that are in direct opposition to or the other side of the affairs of its daily activities and grind; with the taking of the adjustments, chiropractically - but given more in an order of the neuropath manner.
4. Those activities in the stimulations should be more general, or more in moderation; and we will find these will bring their reactions to make for better conditions throughout the body.
5. Ready for questions.

6. The corrections we would take about once a week, but take them not as rote; rather that there may be the relieving of the pressures specifically in the lower cervical and the 1st, 2nd dorsal; that there may be this relaxation and then the proper reaction by activities as indicated.
7. Exercising in the open at times - this is well for the body.
8. (Q) What causes the occasional tied up feeling in right foot, causing slight limp? How correct same? (A) When we correct those tie-ups that have been produced, or are produced from this overstimulation in the caecum and the areas above same, we will remove the pressure from the axis in the lower portion of the body and thus remove this disturbance. Be mindful of the diet in those directions also as indicated. Too great a stimulation makes for a corresponding reaction that gives way in locomotory forces of the body.
9. (Q) Why is the tired feeling and feeling that shoulders and back of neck are tied up, more apparent when first getting up in morning? (A) As the strain upon the system in its activities has not been equalized through the period of general activity, during those periods of rest this becomes rather as set or staid; and requires periods of movement for the body to equalize the general circulation and impulses through the body. This is a natural consequence. Hence the injunctions that there should be periods given for recreation, for rest, for mind-body recreation and activity, as well as for the real physical reactions of the body itself.
10. (Q) What causes crust-like formation on ears and face? These are improving but what can I do to clear same? (A) This is from the diet. Alter the diets, and we will find these disturbances disappearing.
11. (Q) What is best diet for this body? (A) This as an outline, as has been outlined for the body before, but there have been times - not so much breaking in the diet as in making for activities inconsistent with same: Mornings - citrus fruit juices or cereals, but not at the same meal; one may be taken one day, one the next day. At times eggs, preferably only the yolk of same taken, with any crisp meat or any of those things that are preferable to the body at such times. Noons - preferably ONLY the raw vegetables. These may be had with oil or without same.

Evenings - the only meats would be fish, fowl or lamb, with fruits or salads or other combinations that go with same. And we will find in following these that these conditions and disturbances in the lymph circulation will be improved for the body.
12. (Q) How improve eliminations? (A) In the diet and in the activity.
13. (Q) What about smoking? (A) More in moderation.
14. (Q) What about alcohol? (A) More in moderation. Not that these should be eliminated entirely. For WINE, red wine, would be good for the body as a food - but not to be taken merely with the meals. Rather take it with sour or black bread around four or five o'clock in the afternoon. An ounce or ounce and a half with black bread would be a stimulation and most helpful. Hard drinks are not so well. These disturb the equilibrium through the activity of the liver itself.
15. (Q) What about tea and coffee? (A) These taken without milk are more preferable than with milk or cream. A little sugar, or without sugar would be more preferable, or it may be taken in moderation.
16. (Q) How improve digestion? (A) By the activities of the body as well as the diet itself.
17. (Q) What will relieve the irritation in throat? (A) The things as suggested.
18. (Q) What can I do to help my nerves? (A) This has been indicated in those manners in which the body should give the time for the recuperative forces throughout. Do those things indicated, and we will find a much better condition throughout the body.
