Time of Reading 4:45 to 5:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [877], at the University Club, 54th and Fifth Ave., N.Y.C., who seeks information, advice and guidance as to his affairs. You will answer the questions he has submitted, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [877]; this we have had before, together with information that has been given regarding many material affairs.

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) Please advise me fully regarding the activities of my law firm of [877] and [1423]. What can I do to make this firm more useful, obtain clients, and prosper financially? (A) As has been indicated, the firm offers services for those in rather a unique way and manner; such as would prevent, or as precautions to those entering in negotiations with VARIED characters of groups - or in activities. Thus this naturally requires a little more time than is ordinarily considered in launching the activities of such a firm. But if there is made known that there is being sought larger fields of activity, through the associations of each associated in the firm, to those whom the body as well as the associate has aided, has directed, as we find this - with the purposes, the desires - will create that environ such as to make for the attracting and the gathering of those whom the entity and the associates may aid in these directions. The entity, [877], is aware not only of the laws that pertain to cause and effect in the material, but also as to how the same apply in the sending out of the vibrations that are of the attractive activity. This has been given very thoroughly to the body through counsel or advice from Van Dyke. And these, as has been indicated here in these relations, CANNOT be set as just for the satisfying of financial gain. But if the thought, the purpose, the desire is for help and hope and confidence and faith and courage TO

those who are seeking such services that may be supplied, then that service - as love, as hope, as confidence, as courage - must be not only exhibited but manifested; and THE LAW WORKS! Hence if these are set out, or if these are set in motion - and materially through the very channels that have been indicated, we will find there being added constantly those to whom the entity may be of the greatest service.

5. (Q) Is there anything I should do to further the interests of the shareholders of American Seal-Kap Corporation? (A) As has been indicated before, there needs be those activities more pronounced in the directions that have been formerly indicated in this direction. And as we find, if these things or conditions are set in motion, these will bring that desired.

6. (Q) What can be done to increase the market activity in these shares and what can be done to increase the market price of these shares? (A) By joining in with groups who not exploit but who, seeing the value of such stocks, induce - through the combinations with specific activities - and bringing about of a market, a price for such stocks.

7. (Q) What is the best thing for me to do now regarding my Sands Point house? If it is best for me to sell, how may I sell it, and to whom? (A) As we find still, as has been indicated heretofore, through those channels that have been set in motion a sale SHOULD be consummated. Circumstances and conditions DEMAND that these be brought to a conclusion, even though it becomes necessary to sell at a reduced figure from that which has been indicated. And this as we find should be pressed through channels that engage in such specific activities.

8. (Q) Through what special channel should I go? (A) That as indicated; that is, those that - or choose one that is engaged in the handling of such estates, and through the channels make contacts again - as has been indicated - to Woolworths' and their associates.

9. (Q) For what price, and when? (A) This again depends, as before and as just given, upon circumstances; and as we find conditions demand that concessions be made in that direction - but as little as possible.

10. (Q) What is the best thing for me to do now regarding my Stock Exchange Seat?

877-19 Page 3

(A) As we find, during he early portion of September - by or before the eighteenth, or between the fifteenth and eighteenth - sell.

11. (Q) For what price should I sell it? (A) Again, as we find, that which is the market price at that particular period.

12. (Q) What should I do about Cox and Macneal, Incorporated? Is there any chance of this Company being a success? If so, in what direction and how can I assist? (A) As we find, as has been given heretofore, unless there is some reorganization, little can be expected; unless a great deal of change is brought about that is not indicated in the present. Then the assistance may be in those directions of inducing or convincing or showing where by reorganization such help may be brought as to make it a success.

13. (Q) What should I do about Ruber Manufacturing Company? Will this Company be a success, and how can I help it be a success? (A) This as we find has excellent prospects, and with the changes that are being wrought in policies and activities would make for a success. Then the help that the entity may be is in assisting those in authority to make those policies such that they become safe and more in order with CONSTRUCTIVE conditions in the organization.

14. (Q) What is the best thing to do with Pem, Inc.? Should the Company be dissolved or should it be altered in any way; or should it continue in status quo? (A) This, as has been given before, offers some problems. While there is in the present not a great deal of the income that should be from such activities, we find that left as it is in the PRESENT - with the CONTINUED activity that has been evinced since last we had it - this may be brought to a great deal better activity. If there is that change which has been intimated in some connections, best to dissolve.

15. (Q) What can I do to serve the best interests of the shareholders of this Company? (A) As has been indicated, keep those in authority and work along the lines that have been attempted, that have been carried since we had same.

16. (Q) What can I do to improve my personal financial position, clear my debts, and establish a steady income? (A) The curtailing of those portions of indebtedness that

877-19 Page 4

are heavier and heavier by their very dragging on; as the Stock Exchange Seat, as the home, as the activities in those PARTICULAR directions. Rid self of this burden, in these two directions. Then build up - through material, mental and spiritual activities - the activities in association with the law firm; that will make for the better for the body in every direction, as we find.

17. (Q) Is there any position open to me in the International Banking World? (A) This as we find may be considered as changes are wrought, especially with the South American and the Norwegian and the English associations. Keep in touch with those, then, that are in AUTHORITY in MAKING for connections in this direction. But this as we find does not fit in with the program of making the law firm the success as it SHOULD be in its immediate surroundings - but the choice, if this is opened, must be made by the entity himself.

18. (Q) Is there any position open to me in the Government service? (A) This as we find, and as has been given before, is possible. This is plausible. The activities have fitted the body well for same. This might be accomplished. In the present NOT the best.

19. (Q) In what direction should I devote my energies in order to obtain financial freedom, prosperity and security? (A) In those directions as we find that have been indicated in the law activity, and naturally the ASSOCIATE conditions that arise from same.

20. (Q) What should I do regarding Lyttleton Gould and his suggestion about forming a Corporation to represent the Shanghai Commercial and Savings Bank? (A) This is well to be considered. Under the existing conditions this might appear to be rather a question, but owing to the existent agreements, owing to the activities of the entity, especially in the ability of the entity to fathom, to know, to FEEL the interests that would arise from the associations in the Mongoloid activity, these are WELL to be considered. And in the organization, in the corporation of same, don't forget self - yet give self in service.

21. (Q) Would such an enterprise be wise, successful and beneficial to me and those providing the capital? (A) As has been indicated.

22. (Q) How much capital should the Corporation have? (A) Sufficient at least for the ability of making the exchange in the affairs of the SERVICE that is intended to be rendered; which would be near to the half, three-quarters

877-19 Page 5

or million mark.

23. (Q) Any further advice that would be of help at this time? (A) Let the impressions, those activities especially in that direction as indicated, be manifested. To attain or gain success, to gain freedom, you must manifest same, send out same - but not in a selfish manner; rather in a SELFLESS manner as a service to those who become involved, that the involvement may be as hopeful experiences to ALL concerned.
