1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [894]; this we have had before.

2. In the physical forces of the body we find a very great improvement. If these are kept in such a manner we find that they should react to the mental aberrations that are the after effect of physical conditions which have existed through the system.

3. As we find, the applications of the Gold solution through the Wet Cell Appliance would be effective in aiding that coordination between the impulses of the genitive system and the mental attributes of the motivative forces in the body itself. For, as seen in the elements or the influences within the system itself, the reactions or impulses from the brain centers to the motivative forces of the body do not coordinate properly.

4. So, we would keep the physical balance as at present; and add in a very minute manner the radial activity from the Wet Cell Appliance metals to the system, which would aid in making the physical force react with the mental body more efficiently.

5. Such Wet Cell or low electrical vibrations would be carried into the system in this manner:

6. The small copper plate or anode (the positive) would be attached first, to the 3rd and 4th dorsal center - as the radial center through the circulatory forces of the bodily organs in their assimilations for the body.

7. The other, larger, nickel plate or anode (the negative) would be attached last (passing through the Gold solution, which would be in the proportions of 2 grains Chloride of Gold to 1 ounce of DISTILLED water), to the area over the lacteal duct and portion of the umbilicii center - so that the activities of these to the system add to the

body-BUILDING forces as to the nerve energies, through the activity of those organs and glands upon which and with which the Gold through the radial forces will become active.

8. These vibrations given for twenty to thirty minutes each day, as we find, will aid materially to hastening and making for a correction in the directions where the forces as used by dissipation, by activities in the system that have made for this reaction to the brain forces to be hazy and incoordinant in the sympathetic and cerebrospinal association with impulses in the body itself.

9. Then, we would have these vibrations taken in these ways and manners. To be sure, there will be required a recharging of the Wet Cell Appliance after twenty-eight to thirty days.

10. But we would keep these for a period of six to eight weeks, and we find we should make material changes.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) Have the treatments had the desired effect? (A) They have been effective, as indicated, in bringing about a very much nearer normal PHYSICAL reaction. Now, to make for the coordination between the physical reactions of the body and the nerve forces and their response to the reactions in the system, we would use these applications as indicated.

13. (Q) Should the Ash and ultra-violet be continued, or discontinued? (A) We would discontinue the Ash and the ultra-violet in the present. And use the Gold with the low electrical forces, or the VIBRATIONS from same to the body itself, see?

14. (Q) Should the massage be continued? (A) Massages are necessary for keeping the normal balance or equilibrium through the body.

15. (Q) What may be done to change his outlook? (A) These applications as indicated will build for those forces as to make a coordination between the vegetative or sympathetic and the cerebrospinal and the brain centers themselves. These are the manners to change the outlooks.

16. (Q) How long should these treatments be followed before a change is made? (A) From six to eight weeks.

17. (Q) Do you find that a normal mental balance may be created? (A) As indicated, these applications should make for a much nearer normal mental balance, by creating those necessary forces or influences to make for the coordination of the impulses from brain centers to the movements of the body itself.

18. (Q) Any further advice to those who have charge of this body?

894-2 Page 3

(A) Patience, consistence, persistence, and following these outlines, should bring material and mental help to this body, [894]. Do that.

19. We are through with this reading. Two copies to Mrs. [882] (one for Dr. Townsend) Copy to Ass'n file (See letter [which was enclosed] explaining about Appliance.)
