Time of Reading Unknown.

1. DEK: Now, Mr. Cayce, you are going into a quiet, restful, normal sleep. You will hear me when I speak and give me the information which I will ask of you this evening, in detail, slowly and distinctly. Now, Mr. Cayce, you are asleep. You hear me and will give me the information that I will ask. Locate the body of [900] which is in the room. You will answer the questions on his physical, financial and spiritual body, as related to the reading you gave him September 2nd, last [900-2]. You will tell this body how he may associate himself with the body of Edgar Cayce, now also in this room, to promote the psychic work of Edgar Cayce. You will tell this body [900] how he may help the body of Edgar Cayce to establish the Cayce Institute for the cure of humanity's ills, and how the body [900] may be of assistance to the body of Edgar Cayce. You will go into detail and be specific. You will answer the questions and you will not be through until I say you are.

2. EC: We have these bodies here, their associations that have been and that may be. Also their conditions as regarding those conditions in physical, spiritual and financial, as outlined on September 2nd. See? DEK: Yes, sir.

3. As to the physical conditions in the body of [900] - these we find are better than when we had this body here before; not that all are in the normal conditions throughout the body but the inclinations, the conditions that produce the conditions retarding the functioning of the system are better; that conditions, that is, the improvement is especially in the eliminations of the system and in the manner in which the assimilations affect the various functioning organs. We see this in the circulation where conditions have been changed, in the cervical and dorsal regions. See? DEK: We see.

4. As to those conditions as how the body of [900] may be

associated with the body of Edgar Cayce and the work - in this we find as has been given. There are many ways in which [900] is especially fitted for such relations. This we find, to make the appeal and the one most satisfactory, first must [900] feel and know the understanding of the work, and, as would be termed in common parlance, "sell" himself on the work. See? Then, in many ways may he, [900], prove of benefit to such conditions. As to how, they should not be set from here, for they have to do with the physical and the material forces of the spheres. See?

5. (Q) As given in the last reading, to acquire worldly goods this body should acquire control of smaller groups or institutions - what is meant by institutions or groups? How may he go about getting control? (A) There are many groups of individuals who come to this body for information regarding the handling of their own affairs. These are heads or parties interested in groups and institutions. See? Of their own volition they present their conditions. See? Through the body's [900]'s, influence such groups may be turned to the use of the body in financial ways. These are the groups and institutions as given. These we see grow from time to time. See? As shown here.

6. (Q) How may this body better develop his powers of vision? (A) Through the understanding of self, for the vision or insight is of the soul and spirit force. For, learn that those that are for the uplift or assistance to individuals give and lead to the better force and development. Without the selfish motives must all be carried on, remembering that in the compliance of all law with the laws of cause and effect, with that of the compensation, is ever in accord with self's purposes expended. See?

7. (Q) As given before, some wonderful developments are to come about from this body's association with William E. Lauer & Co. of 74 Broadway, New York City. What are these developments? When will they come about? (A) Been given that they are coming. Sufficient. Do not be over hasty - they will come. Abide your time.

8. (Q) Is this body pursuing the right course to help bring about this development? (A) Yes.

9. (Q) Will this body, [900], have the opportunity of going into a new business in the Spring? (A) Nearer the middle of the Summer.

10. (Q) Will this business prove profitable, and bring worldly goods to this body? (A) It would.

11. (Q) Would it be advisable for him to give up his present business if he enters the new? (A) No.

12. (Q) Which, if any, of his present stock holdings will prove unprofitable? (A) Commodity - utilities.

13. (Q) Which will prove profitable? (A) Rolling stocks and oils.

14. (Q) Which specific holdings will be the most profitable? (A) Wait and see.

15. (Q) In regard to Cayce Institute. This name of [900]'s has been given as one capable and proper to associate himself with the body of Edgar Cayce to further the work of curing humanity's ills, using the institute for this purpose. How can this body associate in working out the details to bring about the successful termination of this work. (A) Through the relations and the parties in the various fields of endeavor. That is capable of being worked out. First must come that condition as has been given. Sell self first.

16. (Q) What should be this body's next immediate step in order to affiliate with and carry on the work of Edgar Cayce and the Cayce Institute. (A) Sell self. As given before, this body should acquire knowledge of the forces connected with this work.

17. (Q) What are these forces? (A) Spiritual and soul forces in each and every individual. See? And the action of the forces as manifested through such work and the collaboration of such in the results as given, as is shown in the lives of each individual through the forces manifest. See? Or as in this: Study that law as is manifest through such work.

18. (Q) Give the procedure this body should pursue to acquire knowledge regarding the present work. (A) Study self.

19. (Q) Should this body, [900], urge the publication in book form and in magazine or newspaper articles the work and writings of this force within Edgar Cayce? Tell him how this may be accomplished. (A) When self is sold - yes; before, no.

20. (Q) Is this the proper time for the body [900] to take hold of the work? (A) Yes.

21. (Q) How and in what capacity? (A) As has been given.

22. We are through.

23. Now, Mr. Cayce, all the organs of your body are

functioning fully and perfectly. In one minute's time after I cease speaking, thoroughly relaxed and very happy for having been of service to man, you will wake up perfectly refreshed. There will be no ill effects to your body in any way. Your mind will be clear - in one minute's time, you will wake up in good humor and in perfect condition.
