1. [900]: You will have before you the body of [900], present in this room, and [137], on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, [and the reading] which is in the hand of [900], in this room, and the question in this reading regarding business holdings of the body, [137] [137-13, Par. 7-A?]. You will also have before you the way in which both bodies have acted upon this information contained in the reading and tell the body [900] if they have acted in any manner not right as regards the using of information that comes from these forces. Finally, you will have before you the intent of these bodies individually to use the information regarding April 15th as contained in this reading to sell stocks and taking into consideration all the conditions surrounding each of these bodies, including the purpose to which each of the bodies individually has used, and will use, money derived from this source, and tell the body [900] whether the intended action is using information from these forces in right way. You will answer questions regarding this.
2. EC: Yes, we have the bodies here and information as is given regarding utilities and oils, and the intent and purpose of each individual as regarding the usage of returns from such stocks or such sales. In this we have many different phases of conditions to be considered, for we find the intent and purpose in each individuality, while in a general manner much the same, in many specific manners different. We find much information as regarding the same conditions have been received through other sources and co-relation with these, as has been given, and we find, as has been given before, that the manner in which these, [900] and [137], should use this information in different manners. That as obtained by the body [137] should be used for the individual, without reference to any other individual, yet the usage of same should be kept with the same intent and purpose for which the body, the entity, has held in the inmost being of the body; while as that as given to the body [900] is for the intent and purpose of giving aid to others

in the way that will prove beneficial to others, as well as self, and the usage of same should be in the manner as given. We find these have been kept to now in a very correct manner. There have been instances when there was doubt in the mind of each. There have been occasions when the information was used improperly by banter with others regarding the conditions to happen. These should not be done in that manner. Rather in the way as of conditions that are to arise, and follow in the manner that will be in keeping with good business policies. In the first we find such information that gives one entity the advantage over another, when used in a manner to subdue, or to take the advantage of another, is not in keeping with any intent and purpose of right, for then we find same taking advantage of fellow man. Where such information is used as conditions that exist, for this is an ensample:
3. When a body knows that a lake lies in a certain district, and that same may be used for transportation, and the body knows there are others owning utilities in this district and not capable of handling same unless of this knowledge, and without telling or making acquainted with conditions takes advantage of the fellow man, using such knowledge to the disadvantage; yet with the same knowledge given, and both cognizant of conditions, and one may use same to the greater advantage than the other, not taking advantage.
4. In this information as has been given, we find since the third of January there has been that gradual rise in these properties, and utilities and oils, as was given. There have been times when combinations of various natures have produced fluctuations from time to time, yet the general trend has been in the one direction; that is, upward for the information as has been given has been to the intent there was a shortage in oils, with a large necessity of the usage of same. We will find in the early days in April will begin when the tankage are nearly emptied in certain quarters that the general impressions will be given of new fields open, larger territories of stored properties, and decrease will begin. Then the properties should be disposed.
5. As to the use of such information, when taken as the manner of an advantage over other individuals improperly used. When taken as a condition of which both are cognizant, and the usage of same may be used better by one than the other, use same. The intent and purpose of each, while different, are correct. There perhaps is considered a small shade of difference in such relations. The wrong use of same is rather in the intent and purpose than in the information.
