Time of Reading 3:15 P. M. Dayton Savings Time. Deal, N.J.

1. GC: You will have before you the enquiring mind of [900], of ... Road, Deal, N.J., and the dreams this body had on the dates which I will give you. You will give the interpretations and lessons to be learned from each of these, as I read them to you.

2. EC: Yes, we have had the body and the enquiring mind here before.

3. (Q) "Tuesday morning, June 9, 1925. It seems I was married to [4353] [former gentile girl friend] and my family was shocked. Then certain friends at first congratulated me and were glad, then became angry at something. It seemed to be Margaret R. Then later that passed and was adjusted. Then I was in a store, my store, or of which I was buyer. Ladies were in buying coats and we were doing a good business. Myron, my cousin, came in to buy. Told me he wanted to spend about forty-five dollars and I showed him a coat for that. Walking along the floor I remarked at the fine business I certainly had, but was going home to another business, now that I was married. Then I started to play croquet and a professor played with me. I went first and failed to put the ball through the first two wickets. It seemed I had to put two balls through, one through the first, then both through the second, all in one shot. I failed and tried again, failed and tried again. The third time the shot remained and the professor coming for his turn said, 'I'm going to have a cinch on you now.'" (A) In this we find there entering some new phases of the development of the mental forces as co-relate [correlate] with the conscious mind and conditions and thoughts are co-related in the conditions seen. As we find, this then emblematical in points and in the different phases as are seen in the dream. Many are to be interpreted by the individual, rather than through the channels, yet the application may be made through either.

In the first portion then, we find that of the purely conscious condition, co-relating with results that would have gone with such conditions. This, then, reasoning of a

900-81 Page 2

physical condition from the subconscious or psychological viewpoint.

In the second portion, we find the store and the business representing the change of thought along certain given lines, as will [be] and is developing in the entity. Hence a projection from subconscious to the conscious forces in dream.

In the next we find, with numbers and dollars and cents showing the improvement as is to come, and does come, is coming, now, to the individual through personal efforts along the various channels as do present, are presenting and will be presented to the body.

In the latter portion we find a projection of conditions existing from one conscious mind to another conscious mind. The action of an individual in action giving thought to the individual, and those conditions under which the individual labors being projected to the mind and the subconscious forces of the body, [900]. Then, we have the change or the approach to that of telepathic forces being exemplified in the body. Study these well, for there is a great field and channel through which these may work.

The lessons then are as these: Nothing to be given, save as is the interpretation and application of individual's self through these conditions as may arise. Rather the study of the phenomena than of results, for the results will speak for themselves. The phenomena a manifestation to be studied and how to approach same will come in others, as we shall see. Ready for the next.

4. (Q) "Tuesday morning, June 11, I saw a string of pearls, then words, "Why throw pearls?" (A) Pearls the emblematical condition of tears as has been seen by the entity, and the representation of sorrow in someone whom the entity has contacted. This has already passed. The "Why throw pearls," why give out that that will cause the condition to arise (it is of tears, see?) when the strongest, ennobling forces are not found in tears, yet ever remembering, weep with those who weep, rejoice with those who do rejoice.

5. (Q) "Friday morning, June 12, on train from White Sulphur Springs to New York, was riding with [136] and other girls on train. A blonde and a brunette were discussing affairs of which I used to be familiar with, now sort of an outsider. I sort of smiled, half interestedly; as we detrained they sang in my ear some sort of song about getting children by the score. Then I went into a pool room

where four men were playing. A stout dictatorial player was showing his partner, who had a bandaged hand, how to make his shot. The man made his play and missed the pocket. 'You hit the ball too low,' said the stout man tersely. 'How do you hit a ball if not low?' retorted the other. I left the room." (A) This again we find co-relating of the physical conditions as are being acted upon by the subconscious forces, giving then rather again this lesson: That the development of mental and of the ability to co-relate conditions becomes a portion of the living, and that with the touch of any condition that surrounds certain environments, that line of thought and endeavor comes to be acted upon by the subconscious forces, for the conscious mind feeds that which the subconscious digests in the sleeping or unconscious condition. Hence the necessity of the body, mind, keeping in that line wherein the highest, the noblest, the greater, thoughts will control, rule, both waking and sleeping state, for should the mind, as is heard in conversation, gain those conditions and follow those channels, then the same is digested or made a portion of the inner being of entity in digesting of same. In the same as is seen in the pool room. These then again emblematical conditions to be studied and pondered, and through such phenomena the entity gains that knowledge necessary for the highest and noblest development for the entity, for as the entity sees in weighing these conditions as have been projected in the subconscious forces through Urim, with those when the mind dwelt on other subjects, the relations then and the lessons are drawn to a more definite line. As these are seen then, follow in those injunctions as have been given for the body. Do that. Ready for the next.

6. (Q) "Saturday morning in bed at home ..., Deal, N.J., [136], Ma and I were in the woods or field. [136] squatted on the ground, when suddenly an old man called to her. As we all looked his way, saw him grinning and pointing to an ugly snake, with outstretched head. Ma, [136] and I started to run madly, panic stricken. We leaped to other side of hill. I saw my mother zigzag, advising me to do the same. I started to and turned to also advise [136]. She was behind. It seemed we arrived safe." (A) Again that injunction to follow in the advice as would be and is given through the mother. As is seen in emblematical condition of snake, those who would harm do so in the underhand manner, and the tact as is given through advice of mother shows the manner in which the subconscious forces gathers that higher condition of those who would protect under whatever condition that may arise. Then the

900-81 Page 4

advice and counsel as would be given in this: There has come the time when there should be the close counsel with the mother [Mrs. [106]] as regarding conditions that are to arise. As to when these shall be, will be seen, we see, after someone's (an old man's) visit to the woods. Will occur on sixteenth (16th) day of August.

Then let the counsel be before that time and heed well the advice as would be given.

7. We are through.
