Time of Reading ..., Avenue, 3:30 P. M. Dayton Savings Time. ..., Ohio.

1. GC: You will have before you the reading as given on June 30, 1925, [254-23], regarding Virginia Beach. Also the conversation of [900], of ..., New Jersey, and his mother, [106], and their conversation on this subject of Virginia Beach, and answer the following questions as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes - mighty hard words here. Some very uncomely things said about different individuals and the temperatmental conditions.

3. Yes, we have the reading as regarding Virginia Beach and the conversation regarding same between [900], of ..., New Jersey, and his mother.

4. There may be many questions and many different ways of having questions regarding these, for as we see, these, that as conversation and reading, are hardly compatible with existent conditions. These, however, may be meted out in a way and manner as to be the advantage of all.

5. Ready for questions as given.

6. (Q) Should [900] disregard his mother's desire and advice and meet Edgar Cayce in Virginia Beach this week, which is the time given in reading of June 30th [254-23]? (A) No, [900], as has been given, should never disregard desires and wishes of mother, yet with the conditions as are laid down and given in reading that the body itself must make the decision as to how, when and the manner in which such associations with such work as is to be attempted, as is being laid foundations for, this the entity must choose for self, see? The conditions as are given in the reading [254-23] on June 30th, give those conditions as are the best for each and every individual. The conditions that have arisen will have to be met by the individual, [900], and those conditions decided in the mental forces of the individual itself. The desires of the mother in many ways, as have been given, the relations are such that the entity should temper self by same, see?

7. (Q) Should he follow her advice and go next week instead

of between 10th and 16th as given in reading? (A) This has been given. Must be the decision within the individual mind of [900], as to those relations with such work, see?

8. (Q) Will the one week's delay prove in any way detrimental to the move now to get under way in taking center of activity from Dayton to Virginia Beach? (A) Had they been of equal conditions, this would have been given in the first. Conditions as exist are existent, see? The laws concerning such are known to [900], see? Abide by those according to the directions of the individual application of same in the individual's life, see? The change in activities from one place to another, as given before, Virginia Beach the center, or near Virginia Beach the center, from which the radiation of such work would prove the more effective, see? As to when - been better if it had commenced twenty-five years ago. Longer the delay, longer the time when the forces would be applicable to the development of each, see? One day, two days - makes the difference then in that relation to the whole forces as applied to same. Should the conditions, and the conditions are seen within the mental forces of the body to delay for week, then delay the week. Should those conditions be such that the actions should be at once, then do it now, see?

9. (Q) Give the name and address of real estate men or persons it would be best for [900] and Edgar Cayce to do business with, after reaching Virginia Beach? (A) Bancroft and Cousin, Stratton and Patten [Frederick A. Van Patten, Va. Beach real estate man [?]]. Either of these, or there may be others, for there are constant changes, see? These conditions and such elements that enter in with these, as has been often given, it is supposed that people have, posses, ordinary common judgment. Same should be used from the standpoint, not depend upon all forces, for these change from day to day, just as circumstances and environments in other forces change, see? for all is of one whole. No element is of a different, save as of its potentiality of the individual whole, for as a truth may be a truth, its individuality depending upon it relation to the whole, in the application to the individual's life, see? These have been given as to the place wherein should be the best, see? Use common horse sense and apply same in the forces as would be - else -

10. We are through.
