Time of Reading 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., New Jersey.

1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [900], of ..., N.J., and the dreams this body had on the dates which I will give you. You will give the interpretation and lesson to be gained from each of these, as I read same to you, and you will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding same.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [900]. This we have had here before. The dreams come in one of the ways and manners as have been given, and may be used by the entity in that way and manner as has been given. Ready for dream.

3. (Q) Thursday Night, May 27, or Friday Morning, May 28, 1926, at ..., New Jersey. "It was in a house and [137] came rushing down stairs making peculiar noises. I mentioned to [140] that this sounded as though he were mentally affected - unbalanced - out of his head, and she seemed to be worried and nod 'yes.' [137] appeared, his mentality restored and unaffected, but very weak, pale and sick. I was worried about [137] and went to him - tried to help him. 'I am going to die,' said [137]. 'If you so make up your mind you may,' I said, 'But now just think you are going to be well, fight mentally for health and you will be well!' [137] smiled weakly - he was trying but was failing fast. Grieving, I picked him up in my arms and kissing him said in prayerful manner: 'May the great Power and Spirit dwell in you and with you, that thru His strength health may be restored to you.' I noticed [137] smiled and that his legs were stiff as though paralyzed and stuck straight up in the air. My inner feeling was one of faith and futility, as though to say in spite of my faith and love, 'It is futile, for [137] seems to be going.'" (A) In this there are seen many various phases of those conditions as have been studied by the mental forces of the entity, [900], and these are presented to the entity in this emblematical manner as visions of the subconscious forces of the entity. The lessons as are to be gained, as will be

900-237 Page 2

seen by the entity in studying these from this phase and manner, are as these: That the entity as seen shall use and apply that as has been gained through the great forces as is called upon by this entity, [900], for the betterment of the conditions of the entity seen, [137], that the entity may become better balanced, mentally, physically; and that the great strength, as is seen as is losing in the entity in vision, is ONLY gained by the application of the entity of those forces gained in self, for in this there is seen that as is given: For one to have a knowledge of the divine as may be manifest in and through the individual, and not apply same, better that the millstone be hung about the neck; for, as is seen and visioned in this, through the application there is the WORKABLE knowledge gained of any law, and a misapplication brings only those conditions as will be detrimental in varying ways, according to the elements and temperament of the individual. Not is this seen as a condition in the physical sense. Rather that as is taking place in the MENTAL and SPIRITUAL sense, for, as is seen, the various conditions are FELT rather than visioned materially by this entity. Then, apply same, see?

4. (Q) "After awakening in fright, I turned the above dream over in my mind and upon falling asleep again saw the following: [137] died, and I noticed his corpse. It seemed very natural, life like. I went into a University, or hospital, and saw many such corpses. I noted closely the artificial work of the undertaker, for the faces and their life like appearances. They seemed in glass cases or closed in and as I looked at them I said to myself: 'Just as if they were sleeping - that is how they look. Yet they are dead - i.e. their higher form of life has changed to a lower form.' The World claims its own and the Universe claims its own, the latter including the former. Here are two propositions: 1. I know my consciousness and have reason (analogous) to believe in a higher consciousness or higher consciousnesses. 2. The One Consciousness includes many other and lower forms of consciousness. Now how may I prove by analogy, or any other way, that the higher forms of consciousness than my own are all embraced in One inclusive consciousness? Therein lies the problem of Rationalism. Will you answer this for me?" (A) In this vision there is seen again that demonstration, as it were, of the subconscious and superconscious forces of the entity attempting, as it were, to reason or to experience to the entity those visions, those conditions as go to make up that called Life and Death in the physical plane. As is seen by the entity's reasoning, the variation

900-237 Page 3

or the error in the first reasoning begins with this: To pass from the physical consciousness to the spiritual consciousness is to RISE, not to lower the condition.

As to the analogy of these various conditions as are seen or experienced in these various conditions, these may be reasoned and may be gained the full concept of how Rationalism, as is viewed from the material viewpoint, may be reasoned by the entity through those same series of various conditions as have been studied and as are visioned in this way and manner.

As is seen here in the vision, the entity is seeing the MATERIAL as represents that Whole Oneness in action - that is, the physical body made by the act of a physical being to represent in stillness, in inanimation, that vision of the likeness of the real, see? that is, of the living. The lack of animation is felt within the individual viewing this condition. What change then has taken place? How would this be reasoned that this is not the same as has been viewed? What is lacking with the body? What is it that has changed this condition? It looks alive - like the appearance of the whole individual as if that it must be - yet it lies sleeping. In the normal sleep the whole condition is viewed as a normal condition, yet there is the ever present evidence, by the rise and the fall of the respiratory system, that the heart or life act, or engine of that physical body, is still alive, awake to the conditions, yet the NORMAL, or the consciousness of the earthly plane, is not present. Then, we find there remains that spark called Life, that breath of life breathed into the being that became the living soul. Then in this inanimate object that looks so life like, this then is lacking. To whence has it taken its abode, whence has it gone, remaining ever unto that plane to which it has attained in that existence in the earth's plane, modified by those various conditions that change in the various elements, for this may be reasoned as in and from a physical viewpoint.

In the embryo, or the life giving sperm as begins in that first atom that creates the physical being, there is seen this begins first with the one cell. The uniting with the other cell - the male, the female - the two - begins with the two cell. Cell by cell the body is builded, each cell having that full life principle to conform to that element of the One Spiritual Infinite Mind to build to that purpose, that intent, for which it is set; taking first from that

900-237 Page 4

source from which this is begun, and adding to, cell by cell, until the full time has elapsed, when it becomes a living organism, capable of sustaining and propagating those same cells from itself. As each cell functions NORMAL, the Whole is a normal full living being. As each functions abnormal, or the MIND of each cell in at variance to the Whole, does the condition, PHYSICAL or MENTAL, take place that prevents this Whole One Beginning Unit from being One with the Full Being of that to which the Spirit Force, the breath of life, the ever giving fluid, goes in its departure from the physical body. In this analogous way, in this manner and form, may this be reasoned by this entity, [900].
