1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [900], of ..., Deal, N.J., and the dreams this body had on the dates which I will give you. You will give the interpretation and lesson to be gained from each of these, as I read same to you, and you will answer the questions I will ask you regarding same.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [900]. Ready for dreams.
3. (Q) Sunday night, June 13, or Monday morning, June 14, 1926. I seemed to be in a hotel or some building and left my mother to go downstairs to call up Cayce regarding a stock dream and interpretation by reading. I took the elevator down, and noticed that it was a local elevator, stopping at each floor to see if anyone wanted to board. Not any did and the elevator finally reached the main floor. I went to the switchboard operator and put in my call for Virginia Beach 220 and then while waiting decided to go into the basement, where a pool was located, and take a swim. It seemed early morning and I had descended in my bathrobe. I jumped in the pool and swam around, noticing a policeman also in with me and others. Turning to the officer, I said, "It's fine - this water and this exercise." He assented that it was. Then I thought of my call to Virginia Beach and jumped out, for it was time, and in getting out squeezed my way through a narrow place. I barely got through and the policeman watched me. On my way to the switchboard someone passed me and told me long distance was waiting for me. I started to run for the phone and ran peculiarly and with a great burst of speed. When I reached the phone I found it was not my call at all but one for someone else. The telephone operator told me that the call probably came in and I was away but to ask "Special Operator" about it. I put the switchboard plug in the hole marked "Special Operator" and she answered, but knew little of my call to Virginia Beach. It was probably lost. Discouraged, I decided to be on my way - or put the call in again from some

other place.
(A) In this there is presented through this many changes in the spiritual aspects, and the body conscious and the material mind, or the subconscious, the material conscious, and the physical consciousness of the individual, is shown, as it were, back and forth, back and forth, reasoning with self, as it were, through the vision of conditions as exist, or as apparent in the entity's inner or whole consciousness, as respecting the intent and purpose of the entity in the call, as respecting conditions at present relative to the stock market, for, as is seen in the call, the attempt of the entity to call, is that as there has already been given information as respecting the rise, the fall, the changes as were in a perspective manner given for the entity's edification through study - that is, there was given the changes that would come through the month of May, through the changes as would appear through the month of June, with the various rises and falls as would be seen, and the inability of the entity to get the call in quick, as it were, slowness of descent, the turning away to do something else, the remembering again of the call, the seeing of the officer (as is of necessity the condition as is presented within the mind itself) and of the squeezing through, all represents conditions through which the mind has passed, as respecting these various things, see? Or, as is seen then in the continuation of this same dream, [See Par. 4-A & 5-A below] in going into such place where the entity is to see some individual, and hindered from calling the one, as is apparent by the conditions and circumstances, by the not understanding of why the entity had not been called when such conditions had arisen, through some social function, social position, all show this same operation, WHEREIN, were the entity to apply the body consciousness, the mental consciousness, already gained, WITH the information already obtained, there would be seen that these would apply in the present circumstances and conditions, and give the entity, as it were, that foreknowledge of conditions as were to exist. That is, as is seen, there has been given Steel to be the criterion as regarding industrial stocks, Oils as regarding that lowness of industrial stocks. As is seen, at the present time Steel on the descent, while Oils on the advance. Hence there may be expected very soon a considerable change in the market both ways - the sudden rise, the sudden fall, see?
These, then, are as presenting to the entity that necessity

of the mental consciousness gaining a greater perceptive of information already attained to apply under present circumstances and conditions.
4. (Q) I was hurrying back to the switchboard, or to some other place, to telephone Cayce - I just had to get that stock dream interpretation, (A) (Interrupting) This already in hand, as is seen, and that as is necessary for the entity to gain the full concept of the information already in hand, that it may be applied under this crisis, or this condition as is arising now in the physical affairs and mental conditions of the entity.
5. (Q) (Continuing) and on my way passed Louis Schoolhouse. We were on a golf course and I noticed the barriers, bunkers and sand pits. "This is the chance to get out," said Louis, meaning out of stocks. "Are you getting out? It is the chance." I noticed a tall building with many windows and wondered if the market would not go higher on this move. Louis looked at me in disgust and said: "Those that have not GOT should not take on or PUT ON." (I suppose take on means buy stock and put on means "airs".) I felt abashed and rebuked, and went uncertainly on my way. (A) Still this same presentation of these conditions as have been shown here, of how the entity should study that already in hand as regarding these conditions that are arising at the present time.
