1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [900], and the dream this body had on Friday, Dec. 17, 1926, as follows:
I was discussing the Herbert [...] stock affair and other business relations with [4255] and she agreed with me that Herbert acted wrongly, and unethically in one instance. I said: "After all, Herbert was repaid for what he gave us in business this summer when we had him down at the shore." She agreed with me. Then she went to bed and didn't want to hear any more about it. I went over to talk to an elderly man, who was a member of N.Y. Stock Exchange, and he said: "The trouble with Herbert [...] is that he works only for money and thinks only of money." I agreed with him and tried to indicate this to [4255] but she would not hear of any objection on this score, and waved me away. Then Herbert [...] came in with [2886], for he seemed to have returned with [2886]. I refused to speak to or notice Herbert [...], and found, as I had expected, that Herbert had influenced [2886] to side with him. The latter was laughing at me, and Herbert seemed trying to make me ridiculous. I tried and did ignore Herbert, but thought I might have sacrificed business thereby. Yet I was not so sacrificing, I reasoned, as Herbert was of a character of mind as to remain dead set on his decision of never doing business with us again. So I could be losing no business, I reasoned, altho there was [2886] to consider.
You will give the interpretation and lesson to be gained from this dream. You will also have before you the present existing conditions between Herbert [...], [2886], [137], and [900], and you will tell [900] just how he is to handle the situation at the present time. You will answer any questions I may ask you regarding this.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the dream, those conditions as exist as regarding the relations as exist - in fact and

intent, and purport - for, as we see, these are as true as the definite relations as have existed and do at present exist - though these be definite conditions (though states of mind), between those as are given.
3. In the interpretation of the dream, there is seen the existent conditions at the present time. The relations being that the attempt at an explanation is rather that of the feeling of the entity, [900], as respect as to what OTHERS will think, rather than as to how would [900], if let alone, act as regarding existent conditions. As is seen also, with the conditions arising, there is given the manner and the way in which the entity should handle such conditions.
4. There are those that are associated with the entity, as members of the Exchange, to whom - ere such conditions will be reported, and through these channels - first as counsel should the entity approach, and let the entity's side, as it were, be presented first - rather than the wrangle that may occur from same.
5. Then, the manner in which the entity should handle the situation would be to go to the members - of those associated in the direct manner with the entity - confer and counsel with them as to the situation and the conditions as exist, in person, in fact, and in mind.
6. Then, when such has been done, answer in that way and manner as is in keeping with the thorough understanding of the entity in respect to good counsel, good business, and as relations of brother to brother - rather than of the angry avenger for wrong done. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) Who is it that [900] should go to first? (A) Member Block, Maloney & Company. (After pause) We are through.
