1. (Q) [900]: Monday Morning of May 16. The Light again, particularly at my back - (A) EC: Urging on my son to put in motion, in activity those truths that will turn the hearts of men toward my face. I will help thee. I am thy God in every trouble, and as thy ways falter I will give my angels charge concerning thee, that will bear thee up lest at any time thou stumblest, for in the light is the life, and the light is the life of worlds that draws men right unto Him who gave thee life, that thru that scepter, that channel, men might be drawn in and thru that way to that everlasting light that may be known and read of men, that the ways may be made aright in this crooked and adulterous generation.

2. (Q) Morning of May 14 re Rock Is. and Long Is. - One seemed to be the stock, the other real estate; regarding the book in both of these. (A) In this we find there is again being presented to the entity the study of those conditions that in the reorganizations as are being set up and as are about to take place those [?] as they will be presented from time to time may be taken in hand and used aright. Then, as these are presented, use same in and thru those manners and channels as has been given unto thee.

3. (Q) This reorganization, will it have any bearing on San Francisco R.R. that own so much of Rock Is. stock? (A) Yes, these will have its effect upon these in the change: First, as will be seen and will be presented. Act only when presented. Then will come the sliding off. Then, as the changes come about, these will then be taken in at advance.

4. (Q) Any relation to our present position? (A) Only as these are to be presented from time to time. At present, as has been indicated from that given, put yourself on guard.

5. (Q) Morning of May 12. Regarding the various versions of the Gospel: As such, Matthew, James, Luke, I was told the following: "The facts presented are true, not fictional. True it is that both James and Jose varied the

stories to suit their own particular needs. That seemed advisable"; but continued my interviewer, "He who writes between the lines shall not enter the kingdom of Heaven." (A) In this there is presented to the Entity for the study and consideration, that is, as being contemplated in the mind of the entity thru those channels that come [as presented] from the interviewer as was to any of the writers in that period, and which is binding as they that said "if ye live, keep my commandments. Love God, eskew [eschew] Evil, and [love] thy neighbor as thyself."

6. (Q) Now in the application; sometimes a word or direction as this, awakened me to what is made by application. Will you help me here? (A) In application, this as is seen comes from and thru that which finding a truth of any character, information of any nature as is related and is relating to the endeavor of the one making such an application, and is then of the present, rather than of the general or universal nature, and in application one begins to understand, for as has been given, the growth is from within, for first appears the blade, then the flower, and then the whole fruit, ripe and ready to be applied to the usages of others. Do not attempt to walk before crawling. Do not run before one is able to walk. Feed not children upon meats, and keep thine own heart pure.

7. (Q) Regarding the study I am making of Sir Oliver Lodge's work as presented in "Light." (A) This, as is seen, and as is contemplated by the entity, will in application as made by some connected or associated in divers manners with Sir Oliver Lodge in so well yet. These interviews are often true and often worth while. The entity takes that instruction as is given and impart it to the self from the source of sources rather than from that of the primary nature.

8. We are through for the present.
