1. [900]: You will have before you the body [900] and his writing, the book he is seeking to compile. Book number one, entitled "The Clue" is practically finished.
2. EC: (Interrupting) Then should be published! [Mr. [900] published his booklet in 1928 [1929?] called "Heaven On Earth." Now out of print - See booklet under Source File Key #900 re 900-340.]
3. [900]: That's what the dream told me recently.
4. EC: Then this, as is seen, was given as the command that that as has been compiled is worthy of the attention of so many that are in doubt and are STRUGGLING to see the light. This gives many the perfect understanding of that which they have sought for, but have not been able to put into the WORKABLE form, even for the mind. Then why delay? The time is at hand. The field is right. The harvest needs to be gathered. The work is ready. Then let's be up and doing, for the night cometh when no man can work. Now, this is not ordinarily understood. Then, in this case does not mean death. It does not mean the close of day, but rather that the individual has become so hardened, so engrossed, so hedged about by the various circumstances and conditions, that the individual is incapable of gaining the proper concept and to do the work as should be done for the development of self toward the mark of the higher calling. The work is prepared. The field is right, the field is ready. Let's publish same! GAIN the criticisms, GAIN the plaudits - but do not let same go to the head! Gain that understanding as comes from accomplishing and doing things, see?
5. (Q) Now, taking the number of words and exact manner in which this Book One "The Clue" is written, how should I best publish it, or rather to what publisher should I bring it. There are many, but some more in favor of publishing this than others.

(A) This should be bound in purple or in black buckram, should be an eightmo, should be in sufficient type and margin that questions may be noted in same. This should be presented either to Schuster or to Doran, or to ANY of such publishers. These two are well, see?
6. (Q) Both of these mentioned, or rather either of these - upon reading my manuscript - will accept same for publication? (A) Will accept same for publication, with some alterations as will be necessary through the editing of such matter, which will neither add nor take from the matter itself.
7. (Q) I assume this may mean breaking up into chapters, etc? (A) Breaking up into chapters, headings, etc.
8. (Q) Is there enough material in Book One for a whole book? (A) Sufficient if they are given as one. Meaning this is indicating that others are to follow. Sufficient matter in Book One for many others to write many VOLUMES, taking this as a basis.
9. (Q) It will only make a small pamphlet - (A) Hundred to hundred and twenty-five pages, yes. Digest this, and it will make a man much larger than the ordinary man, in mind.
10. (Q) Now, taking Book Two that I am writing, "Evolution and Reincarnation," in - (A) (Interrupting) This will be a good one!
11. (Q) (Continuing) In going into the work so deeply I have gotten myself into a little hot water - (A) See it boiling up, yes.
12. (Q) Now let's see - in environment and heredity - (A) Much has been given as regarding these various conditions as have been presented to the body, for in acquiring the perfect understanding of hereditary conditions and environnmental conditions, let not hereditary mean only that of the present generation, see? That is the ENTITY. We have begun to reason from inside out. Not from outside in. Though the illustrations may be presented that are seen from outside in. In environmental conditions, a great study has been made recently by Brennan concerning this very condition, in which there are some twenty thousand of the illiterates and the ones who have been termed as weak minded that have lived in an environmental condition until the condition itself has presented that as from the scientific standpoint of being the cause of insanity. Then, in the presentation of hereditary conditions, and of

environmental conditions, we find by the comparison of these two, this presents quite a condition to be reckoned with, and - as has been for the ages past, and will be for ages onward - the study of man as to whether environmental or heredity [conditions] produce the greater part in the one development. The answer is the application ever of will in either condition. Reckoning then as to whether will has been applied in more of the earth experiences, or has that of environmental used, rather than been used by the entity itself. Get the point? HAS the entity in its experience through its will APPLIED that of will toward the development, or has it allowed itself to be used by the environment and become subject to environment, or has it developed itself through its will towards its own hereditary position - for ALL are the children of God. How has the development led?
13. (Q) Now, let's take the animal. One great belief at the present time is the survival of the fittest - (A) Applies in the ANIMAL kingdom - not in man!
14. (Q) That's a touchy point, and it will take a lot of explanation on my part. (A) Let all read history! Which has survived - the brute strength, or the development towards that of God? Which survives - the man that studies God and seeks to emulate His forces and powers, or the man that emulates the forces of earth or flesh? This answers itself!
15. (Q) Well, now I take it that misapplication of creation, or of the coming into being of environment is correct - that is, the pushing of its way finally into liquid state and then carrying on into the mineral kingdom, vegetable kingdom, and lower animals of this original homogeneity, and then the coordination of its elements to push further into a two dimensional environmental condition that - carrying on in a duplication process - builds up in the lower kingdoms that called heredity. (A) Correct. Yet we find this may be carried to that very same extent, unless there is taken into consideration that as this condition existed, as this evolution began in the mind of the Creator, there then came the point, the place, the beginning, when that as created was GIVEN that as was necessary to make its development by applying these same forces ONE with that Creative Energy. Hence the next creation.
16. (Q) I have to study this. (A) That is, the kingdoms then being termed in the manner in which the conception may be gained better of this in earth's plane we are dealing with, alone, in this kingdom we

find first, as the worlds created - and are still in creation in this heterogeneous mass as is called the outer sphere, or those portions as man looks up to in space, the mists that are gathering - what's the beginning of this? In this same beginning, so began the earth's sphere. The earth's sphere, with the first creation in the mind of the Creator, has kept its same Creative Energy, for God is the same yesterday, today and forever, and same in one creation creates that same in the other creation. One keeps right on through with the other, see? Now, as this mass has pushed up into that wherein it reverses itself, as it were, making then its own environmental condition, and the survival of the stronger of these came to that as the animal kingdom, see? Now, as this came into the animal kingdom, then correct is that as is said, "God said, we will make man." Then man, the creation in itself, that combining all of the forms of creation so far created, that that same force might understand by having passed through that same creation as was necessary to bring up to that dividing point between man and animal and plant, and mineral kingdom - GIVEN then the will, and the soul, that it might make itself One with that Creation. Now, that will, then, is heredity. That environment is the evolution. There you have reincarnation, there you have evolution, there you have the mineral kingdom, the plant kingdom, the animal kingdom, each developing towards its own source, yet all belonging and becoming one in that force as it develops itself to become one with the Creative Energy, and one with the God. The one then surviving in the earth, through mineral, through plant kingdom, through the vegetable kingdom, through the animal kingdom, each as the geological survey shows, held its sway in the earth, pass from one into the other; yet man given that to be lord over all, and the ONLY survivor of that creation.
