1. [900]: You will have before you [900], present in this room, and his various fields of endeavor, and in particular his interest in the group that seeks to form a banking institution. Advice has been given [900] direct and from here from that entity named in earth world E. H. Gary, regarding this and instructions given to return here for further advice on this matter. Accordingly, you will advise as to best means of formation of this institution, answering questions I will ask you.
2. EC: We have the body, the enquiring mind - [900] - this we have had here before.
3. In the physical forces of the body, these we find would be well carried out in the way and manner as has been outlined for the body. Added to this, however, from those conditions as are apparent and existent in the physical forces, occasionally (and occasionally in this instance meaning once in every three days) take a lozenge of charcoal as prepared by Battle Creek, Michigan. These - the difference - we find are made with honey and less fermentation takes place with the use of same than other makes. This added with that of the pepsin to give the correct lacteal forces and no-acid forming conditions in system, with the manipulation, will bring the better physical forces for the body. Well, as given, that this be cared for, else resultant forces would not be well, and little may be gained in manifesting without the body at least in keeping with that as is being attempted.
4. As for those associations and the action of groups respecting formation of banks, these - as we find - are coming together much in the way as has been outlined. As for forces or conditions set in motion that would bring about the meeting, the association of minds in the general way and manner to complete association, here we will find that by the beginning of the new moon (again we turn to

another element having its forces and its effect upon the conditions in the affairs of men), in January, the coming January, will be seen during that period those conditions wherein the perfection or the perfecting of the organization may be made complete, see? Ready for questions.
5. (Q) Is Farrari a man who can be depended upon to deal justly, equitably and ethically with us, not seeking to squeeze us out at a later date? (A) In the present surroundings and conditions, this body may be depending and dependent upon. As to what may come from the largeness of the conditions, look WELL to the formation that this might be made impossible.
6. (Q) His proposition to us is for our group to put $300,000 in trust and he to do likewise and to sell the remaining $400,000 to public. This would mean, since all stock is voting stock, he with his group would control. Should we not rather insist that our group and Farrari himself own and control each of us half the stock in a holding company, which holding company shall own and control all of the bank stock? (A) Well! for in this we find many conditions are to be considered. Here we find wherein many men, with many changing conditions arising from time to time, become tempted above that they are able to bear. Hence the better condition of the holdings company being in the position wherein there may be no friction in the handling of conditions, or wherein one group may attempt to take advantage of another in an unseemly way and manner. While fifty-fifty or group against group would eventually revert to the minority being in power, yet this within itself - and with those associated as has been gathered thus far - we would find would bring the better conditions, the better possibilities of the correct handling, correct application of the truths and lessons - as in life as in business these may be made secure.
7. (Q) Give [900] how now to proceed in organization. First in relation to Rukeyser and our own group, second in relation to Farrari and his group. (A) Much may be said as respecting that relation between groups as individual or groups as a whole - for much, as is seen, is dependent upon the one around whom either group depends or works from; yet, as has ever been given, with [900] as a member or as a representative of the Board, it will group about him. Hence we will find that these various groups, while looking to and expecting action from those pivots, or those central figures, this body will ever be as the balance between either of these. Then handle that in

the light of that as is given thee from time to time. As the conditions arise meet them. Do not try to meet to-morrow until to-day is used correctly.
8. (Q) If [257] desires affiliation with bank, would he be a valuable asset to the organization as a director and can he himself raise sufficient money to buy a block of stock in bank? (A) Be very valuable asset and no reason why the body should not raise sufficient to buy stock. This may come through more than one source for the body. Consider the body well.
9. (Q) With regard to my associates in Association work, should [195] or [257] make the first approach to Emanuel and how should this approach be made? (A) This approach, as has been given, should be made first through the social and through those relations as of old, and THEN those conditions brought about as to the INTERESTS of each. The approach may be made either singly or made together between these, see? Well that one or the other make the appointment and then first socially, then as the business. Good $2500 to $3000.
10. (Q) Would it be well for [195] to bring [2734] to Virginia Beach as soon as possible? (A) As soon as the body shows the desire (which is present) to come, to see, to know - for the body will seek for first rather than secondhand knowledge concerning the affairs and the operation of condition, once having given the word.
11. (Q) Concerning astrological conditions as first given here, I have had dream regarding this. Can some explanation in the elementals of planetary effects upon men be here given and a book for study recommended? (A) As has been given, little of that as has yet been written in books may be taken without some clarification or without some conditions showing these to be incorrect, yet any astrological treatise gives an idea of impulse in the lives of individuals. Any of these, then, may prove worth while. As to reference made here, in the lives of the two pivot men [Farrari & Rukeyser?] there is seen the effect of the phases of the moon upon their lives, as in reference to its position with Jupiter in this month. This bringing then both the activity of these men as is made reference to here, bringing power, position, money, and a more perfect understanding. Now much may be said as respecting astrological effect. Will, however, should be studied more to know the application of same in its elemental sense - for, as has been given, the tendency of an individual (Now get this!

Not a personality - an INDIVIDUAL!), the TENDENCY of an individual controlled by its surroundings or its relations to its environmental element. This NOT in reference to earth's experience only but in the broader sense. Think not that an individual or entity experience is of the earth's plane alone, for all are influenced by that force which keeps the earth in its position in the universe, and hence becomes of a universal force. That element called will - that ability to make environmental and the urge from experimental condition in the life of an entity, whether earthly entity or cosmic entity - is as that which has the greater influence in the building or retarding of that entity towards its ultimate end. Then the astrological condition of a life, an individual entity, is dependent upon the astrological aspects and what the individual did with that experience in whatever sphere it may have enacted its will, that companion of the consciousness to which one must become conscious before the application of will becomes a factor. One may not, then, will to do thus or so without the consciousness of a choice existent. When this is not IN action, then the environmental sphere has its sway. We are through.
