1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the relief and improvement of same, and you will answer the questions which I may ask you regarding this body.
2. EC: We have the body here - this we have had before, you see.
3. In the present physical conditions there is seen the necessity of those injunctions given respecting the care of the physical body, would that of the best mental, spiritual, manifest through the physical.
4. The congestion as is seen in head, throat, neck and antrum and chest - these are the disturbing conditions, and are reinfecting the system. Hence the necessity of applying that that would relieve, or so sterilize these portions of system as to overcome these conditions and allow the general physical condition to recuperate within the body.
5. We would use first, manipulations osteopathically over the general system, and specifically for the head, neck and other portions of the body.
6. Applying either one or the other of these treatments: Either would give the result. More quickly would be obtained by cleansing antrum and using Mono-Ichthyolate as the antiseptic in the frontal portions of the face. Or, after the massage as given osteopathically, each evening, massage over head, neck and face - that is, between the eyes, in the temple, about the nose, back of the ears and along the neck and the upper portions of chest - with equal parts cocoa butter and Coco-Quinine. These will take longer, but will be as effective. The other be more severe but sooner relieve the condition. Use either of these. Only one operation necessary using the Mono-Ichthyolate, while at least four or five massages of the cocoa butter and Coco-Quinine would be necessary.
7. Well, too, that at least five grains Calcidin be taken

each evening, if the cocoa butter and Coco-Quinine is used, see? Do not use same would the Mono-Ichthyolate be used as the antiseptic.
8. Take at least three to four of the manipulations osteopathically.
9. Keep the intestinal tract open so that the eliminations are above ordinary. Those properties in Oxy-Crystine will assist in the eliminations.
10. Keep in the open as much as possible.
11. Follow the diet of the SURROUNDING conditions, or that grown in the surrounding country - principally that of the flesh and vegetables, the vegetables as much green as possible. Do that. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Would the five grains of Calcidin be used as one dose? (A) Five grains as one dose each evening following the massage of the cocoa butter and Coco-Quinine. The Calcidin only as the respiratory system's assistant in elimination, see?
13. (Q) If the first treatment is used would it have to be done by a physician, or could the body do it? (A) Necessarily be done by a physician, and one that knows how! The other may be applied by self. See, this is Ichthyol treated with mono-hydrates, see? or ammonia and hydrogen with Ichthyol - or Mono-Ichthyolate. We are through with this reading.
