Time of Reading Del Coronado Hotel, 11:30 A. M. Coronado Beach, Calif. (Dream Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [900] - this we have had here before.

2. Dreams, as we see, come through the various channels, and the entity applies same in those ways and manners as are outlined for the entity. Ready for dreams.

3. (Q) Monday, Feb. 20th. I was talking of Christ with Horace Block and was disagreing with him. He said: "Well, we may say that He is of the land of the Gods, if one may put it so." For some reason I disagreed - though that is really one way of wording it, I believe. (A) In this again there is presented to the entity, through the mental application of the mental body towards questions and conditions as are viewed by varied individuals, and as seen by one of conditions studied, that wherein others may present the aspect that is concurrent with their individual development; yet that sought, that seen, is of the same force, and while the disagreement may arise, yet it is only as of wording of that being understood or studied. Hence, as is seen in that presented, the higher element of consciousness is in gaining that concept of the Christ life.

4. (Q) Tuesday, Feb. 21st. Our hospital was built and attached thereto were bowling alleys and a general recreation center. I was showing all this to [137]. I asked Cayce if anyone was in the hospital, and in reply Cayce drew a bloody bandage from sterilizer and said: "Yes, one. He is one [900] knows and does business with daily. He is of C. E. Fellows & Co." (A) Again there is seen this same wondering or correlation of varied conditions between the mental forces of the body and the subconscious, and in the emblematical manner varied conditions as will arise, as do arise, from thought taken, that would build that as is necessary to meet the various needs of those that would be interested in development of recreation centers, as well as that to meet the needs of the physical conditions; as seen in blood, in sterilizer, in the

900-376 Page 2

recreation grounds, alleys, etc., and also that of the individuals with whom the entity would associate. In applying such there is seen that all the various needs of individuals and the varied individuals and the varied individual development must be considered in the construction of such places.

5. (Q) I was telling Al Rosner that all profits from investment in lands with [195], I was giving to institute in Virginia Beach. Criticism, ridicule and trouble followed. [137] found fault with me for telling Rosner and I said I couldn't help it, but wished I had not. (A) This as presented, in this emblematical manner, is as of that that is seen from the attempt of any to act in a manner of bragging about what the body, the physical forces, apply toward that that seems well and good. Even again, as has been given, let not thy good be evil spoken of through any effort of thine self to appear above the ordinary individual. Let rather what would be said, concerning good deeds done from any source, come from others rather than from self.

6. (Q) Then much trouble with Meinhards. I seemed, by my work, to push their brown stone front down. Herbert Son came up and I told him I'd send a brick layer up to fix it in the morning, but he angrily replied that it was hurting them on the floor in business and all socially as well. I was in a peck of trouble, embarrassed and hurt, and went around and tried to temporarily fix things by patching up the damage done myself by putting in little blocks, one at a time. (A) Even as seen and as understood by the entity, this vision as the opposite of that as was experienced in the one preceding this; that by their works shall an individual, a body, be known - and, as the good pushes in bringing trouble, consternation, misunderstandings; yet same may be patched up or repaired by self, by putting in the little word, the little deed, that confounds the wise in their wisdom; and in the understanding let that mind be in thee that was in the Savior of men; that the will of creative forces are in accord with those that would make THEIR will one with His - see?

7. (Q) What must I expect from Meinhard, Rosner, etc., that source, and how may I best handle situation when it arrives? (A) As given. To one source, let not thy good be evil spoken of. In the other, should the good so excel as to push out that that apparently builded by secular conditions, only let THEM speak of their OWN undoing, by applying in self those little words, little deeds, that so easily confound the wisdom of him who thinketh himself wise in

900-376 Page 3

building up earthly conditions that so easily are undermined; for first must the purpose, the will of self, be set aright - and keep in that way that is beyond censure or fault finding - even as was said of Him who confounded the wisdom of many by the word of comfort, the deed, that brought only the satisfaction of being in accord - that though He were rebuked by many, yet no fault was found in Him.

8. (Q) Then at Grand Opera. [4255] and [140] in socially prominent box. I couldn't get in. I had no ticket. I went up to usherette and said: "I have been told by Mr. Curtis that I could sit in his box." I was admitted and when [4255] & [140] looked up at me they were surprised to see me, and didn't know whether to snub me, scorn me, or what. As others entered I feared, having no admission ticket, yet I was told I could stay right there in Curtis' box. (A) A varied presentation of the same conditions as seen in a different manner and form, showing how that each may be met by the knowledge of perfect understanding of those truths and laws that govern the elemental conditions or phenomena in life.

9. (Q) Again about trouble I am going to cause Meinhard's socially, as well as financially - i.e. Son on floor and trouble I may expect therefrom. How best met? (A) No troubles there. Rather that of self's introspection of the attitude assumed and the attitude as lived by self as respecting others' social or financial prestige. Do not seek troubles, for troubles will not arise from proper actions from within self, but should thine own self be evil spoken of on account of misapplication of deeds or truths within self - then these bring about the troubles, through censure; but in the proper application of spiritual truths in spiritual sense - that is, the creative force - and through the proper application of mental body, being and force - which is the mind, the builder - the PHYSICAL RESULTS as are attained, in the social prestige, the material benefits, the material conditions, all these - then - are in accord, and bring rather consternation and an unanswerable condition for him who makes the proper application of laws in their right way and manner. It is in the application of a spiritual truth or a mental force, or a physical being applied in the wrong field, or in the improper direction, that brings to the one so applying the troubles, the consternation, the misunderstandings, the worries of the mental or physical or spiritual being.

10. (Q) Feb. 22nd. Ed [...] looking sadly at [91] said to Ma: "I had an opportunity last week, but couldn't take it."

900-376 Page 4

Ma asked why not. Ed then referred to [91] who discontentedly sat over some food, grumbling that he was going into brokerage business. (A) This as seen, many varied conditions and elements that are being presented through the mental forces of the body in the comparison with those of varied conditions in the lives of individuals seen. These are not as definite conditions, even as food, brokerage, discontent, lack of application, disappointment in inability to apply self - these are at variance with each other. Leave these out.

11. (Q) Girl appeared to me. Seemed it might have been Dorothy Youngman who I heard before (on train from N.Y. to B'ham). Sex appeal she turned aside, discussing rather suicide. She jumped off cliff and committed suicide, and I beheld her mangled body. Then I gained access to surviving soul individuality, which appeared as the girl that appeared in the first place. She was regretful, after awakening to the cosmic self, that suicide had stopped short her development and blocked accomplishment of her development, and thus prevented her advancing in spiritual plane. "It is terrible not to be able to advance," she said. "Earthbound, that is Hell." "Now you see what I am trying to do," I said to her. "Yes," she replied, "I understand." Then she complimented my bottle illustration of cosmic life very highly. Then she demonstrated to me that sex explodes or the appeal disappears for the spirit self, remaining a part of the physical plane and manifested by the animal and animal part of physical man. That where its application pertained to one's wife, it did not bind one to this physical force, for it was then under will's control and not the dominating factor over will, as it is in animal. In animal it is will. In man it is the earthly aspect of will, while other elements are earthly manifestations of higher or other elements of will. (A) This as seen, the physical - or the application in these manners as presented of the various truths as being studied, being thought out by the entity, and appear as the outcome of varied experineces in the physical life to conditions as would be viewed from that expressed in the cosmic or ethereal life, and are to be taken and applied by the entity - the whole body - in that way and manner as an experience, or a more perfect understanding of that being sought.

12. (Q) Then I went on to another subject and asked her if groups united for a common purpose in the cosmic plane as they do in physical. "Certainly they do," she replied. "Is it true then" I continued, "That certain groups of cosmic

900-376 Page 5

individualities seek to help me accomplish a certain purpose on earth?" "Yes," she answered, "Your father is the center of one group that seeks your better understanding and to aid your better application. Elbert H. Gary is the center of another group that seeks to aid you financially. He and the group are determined to make you a millionaire." (A) In this again that same experience as just given, for the better understanding by the entity of the varied conditions as are experienced by a subconscious or the soul body of an entity in the study of varied relations as exist from the cosmic plane.

13. (Q) Feb. 25th. [302] was hurt in feeling by publication of a slanderous article that much surprised her. She refused anything to do with the matter. Man who wrote the article sought to attack her. I said: "We can overcome this," and threw the man on his face. Then I carried [302] bodily away. (A) This again the presentation of the same thought, changed or varied in the aspect of presenting things in the various PHYSICAL planes as are seen in that as understood by the sensuous consciousness of the varied conditions as are seen in or through the cosmic forces, and relate only to that of EXPERIENCES for the entity of that being sought or studied of how the actlvity of cosmic forces operate on individual application in a sensuous or physical plane - see?

14. (Q) Feb. 27th. Again Herbert Son and [137]. I wanted [137] to go South somewhere. [137] said, "No, you go ahead and go." Then he and Herbert Son went out into sunshine and got a lot of business, while I bundled up and sat out in the cold. (A) This again presentation of those as has been given aforetime regarding the health of the self and the applica- tion of forces as referring to individuality as related to the physical, the mental, and the spiritual body and its development towards the various forces in the phenomena of life; whether as related to that of the mental, the spiritual, or the physical body, and as seen in these varied conditions as are presented - are applicable in the LIFE of the individual in the study of that being made.

15. We are through.
