1. GC: You will have before you [551] and [900], and the information imparted to [900], and that which [551] possesses. It is of so authentic and important in character as to cause [551] to conclude the market and financial world will be shaken to their roots, as it is even worse than the Teapot Dome Scandal. You will tell us of [551] is correctly informed, and if he is, will the results in any way prove harmful to the upward swing in stock seat prices? To the business and financial world? You will answer the questions I will ask you regarding same.
2. EC: We don't have any place here.
3. GC: In the office of [900]-[137] Brothers, ..., New York City.
4. EC: Yes, we have the body and the enquiring mind [551]; also [900], with the information as imparted to [900] and in possession of [551]. These minds and their seeking for knowledge or understanding we have had before.
5. The information is of such nature that, were it to become generally known and considered of an authentic nature, would bring about a crisis in financial circles, especially as related to treasury forces, and the relation with stock market and with the exchange; but this is not wholly authentic, as has been obtained or given by [551], and will have little or no effect at the present time. There will come time later on in the present month, or in the first fifteen to twenty days of the NEXT month, where rumors will have their effect upon the exchange and quotations, as well as upon price of exchange seats. There, however, should not be entertained a great deal of worry concerning same from the viewpoint of the economic conditions, that necessarily are enshrouded in such reports; for one to two, to three individuals, who are more or less responsible for the condition, will be made (in common parlance) the goat, and conditions will subside after some two to three shakedowns.
Then continue much more in the same relations as have

existed in the past nine to eleven months.
6. Then, there should be caution in the last period of the present month, and in the first twenty days of the second, and the rest may take care of self.
7. As to the MORAL condition involved in such reports: These may be approached from several angles; for, as seen, while this represents that there is rottenness in the action of individuals high up in financial, in social, in political surroundings; yet the very existence of conditions in the political sense will prevent much of that coming to light that would produce PANICKY conditions at the present time, from such reports. Much of same is pure propaganda by those that enlarge upon small things. Much is true from SOME ONE'S viewpoint, yet the basis, or the SPIRIT OF the report is not so far in error. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) Should [900], [195] and [257] all relying on one - and all at one - be warned or cautioned about this matter? (A) As given.
9. (Q) Any guidance to be given [900] here and now in conduct of accounts for he is responsible for those here interested, as regards investments, to an ever growing degree? (A) In the way and manner as has BEEN, and as is herein given, to that degree should the guidance, should the ACTIONS AND guidance be in keeping with those, and that as will be PRESENTED FROM sources to and through whom the body is oft directed. Listen to that within, and not to that without! We are through.
